Lord Alan Sugar claims that ex-'Apprentice' contestants, Katie Hopkins and Luisa Zissman are "of no interest to anybody".
The businessman has hit out at the former participants of the BBC One show - who are now more famous for their outlandish behaviour than their business acumen.
Speaking of the self-proclaimed 'rent-a-gob' Katie, who appeared in series three of the competition, and the 'Celebrity Big Brother' runner-up, Luisa, who starred in series nine, Lord Sugar told Radio Times: "They'd go to the opening of an envelope if they got an invitation. They have their Andy Warhol moment, thinking it's going to make them famous, but very few have actually succeeded. Before long they're of no interest to anybody."
However, the business mogul was adamant that some contestants - in particular the latest three winners Leah Totton, Ricky Martin and Tom Pallereau - have gone on to success.
He told the magazine: "The last three candidates are in business with me and they're doing very, very well. Some of the others worked for me for a couple of years and they've gone on to work in other things."
The new series of 'The Apprentice' starts next Wednesday, October 15 on BBC One at 9pm.

'24: Live Another Day' actress Emily Berrington watched the original series when she should've been revising for her exams.
The blonde beauty stars as Simone Al-Harazi alongside Kiefer Sutherland as Jack Bauer in the follow-up to the hit series '24' and she's confessed she never imagined she'd be starring in the show herself when she was avoiding doing work for her University degree by catching up on the latest episodes.
Quizzed on how she felt to be offered a role, she said: "I just couldn't believe it. I watched it at University. I did a geography degree and if you told me whilst I was ignoring my geography degree revision in order to watch another episode of '24', that one day I wouldn't need that geography degree and I'd actually be in '24', I'd have been quite pleased I think."
'The Inbetweeners 2' actress insists the appeal of the series is that it follows real time, which hasn't been done before.
She explained: "The suspense that was created was just brilliant. And also it made it completely impossible to stop watching it. You couldn't stop because you thought, 'I must see what the next five minutes are and the next five minutes and the next five minutes'."
'24: Live Another Day' is out on DVD now.

'Game of Thrones' star Rose Leslie used to hate her ginger hair.
The 27-year-old beauty has admitted that it took her several years before she began to embrace her natural auburn locks.
Rose - who played Ygritte opposite Kit Harington in the HBO drama, 'Game of Thrones' - shared: "When I was younger, I wanted to dye my hair black. I've only recently begun to love and accept the colour. I wouldn't cut it though. I'm constantly plaiting or twisting - it's a comfort thing - and I like to hide behind it!"
It may have taken her a while to accept her hair, but Rose has revealed that she quickly realised that she wanted to be an actor.
She told InStyle magazine: "I am one of five children - I'm the middle child in a rather loud family - so wanting to be heard and to be the centre of attention was a big thing. No one else in my family acts and my parents approached my going to drama school with a bit of trepidation, but they were phenomenal; they have always backed me."

Danny Dyer took some time out of his busy 'EastEnders' schedule for a family day with his daughter yesterday (05.10.14).
The 36-year-old actor - who plays Queen Vic landlord Mick Carter in the BBC One soap - joined celebrities including Donna Air, Sara Cox, Joe Swash and Ben Shepherd and their families at the 'Skylanders Trap Team' launch party at London's Festival Hall and he and six-year-old Sunnie had a "really good" time at the bash.
Danny - who said he and the youngster particularly enjoyed playing with a pinata - said: "We had an awesome day at the 'Skylanders Trap Team' launch, what a great way to spend a Sunday with my daughter".
All the kids at the party got the chance to play 'Skylanders Trap Team' before its release on Friday (10.10.14) as well as take part in a number of other activities, and they also got to take home personalised goodie bags at the end of the fun day.
Danny has enjoyed a good week of family time as last Monday (29.09.14) he and partner Joanne Mas were on hand to support their 18-year-old daughter Dani at the London premiere of her movie 'We Still Kill The Old Way'.
And the emotional actor even broke down in tears as his daughter enjoyed her moment in the spotlight.
A source said: "Dani was really nervous before arriving at the event, but her dad walked her through everything and showed her the ropes. "He couldn't hide his excitement at seeing his daughter follow in his footsteps. At one point he and Joanne were cheering and clapping but then he broke down into tears and the film's producer Jonathan Sothcott had to run and get him some tissues."
'Skylanders Trap Team' will be available on iPad, Kindle Fire and Android tablets; on Xbox 360 and Xbox One video game and entertainment systems from Microsoft, PlayStation 3DS hand-held system, and on iPad, Kindle Fire and 3 and PlayStation 4 computer entertainment systems, Nintendo's Wii and Wii U, and a completely unique adventure available on the Nintendo Android tablets.

Christopher Eccleston is to star in new ITV series 'Safe House'.
The 50-year-old actor will take on a lead role in the four-part drama series alongside his 'The Leftovers' co-star Paterson Joseph and 'White Collar' actress Marsha Thomason.
The thriller tells the story of married couple Robert (Christopher), a former detective, and Katy (Marsha), a teacher, who are asked by a close friend and police officer Mark (Paterson), to turn their remote guest house into a safe house.
Former 'Doctor Who' star Christopher's character will uncover a web of lies after re-questioning an incident which saw his lead witness shot before she had the chance to testify against her gangland husband when he's tasked with protecting a family in fear of their lives when they move into his 'Safe House'.
The drama, which was inspired by a real couple, was created and written by Michael Crompton and is to be directed by Marc Evans, produced by Andrew Benson and executive produced by Paula Cuddy and Jill Green.
Jill said of the project: "This brilliant idea for a psychological thriller has attracted a strong cast - and will keep viewers gripped."
Shooting on 'Safe House' - which will also star Emmerdale's Jason Merrells, Nicola Stephenson and Peter Ferdinando - began today (06.10.14) in the Lake District.

Will Mellor says working on 'Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps' was "the best job in the world".
The 38-year-old actor starred as Gaz Wilkinson in the BBC comedy for over ten years and admits he felt lucky to be given the opportunity to work with people that he went on to become great friends with.
He exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "We had such a ball doing the show, we laughed everyday, we laughed out loud. I miss those days. It was such a tight cast, we had such a good laugh and we socialised together.
"It was a different stage of my life ... But at the time it was just the best job in the world to do ... I miss it but I'm glad I have it. It's in my past."
The former 'Hollyoaks' actor starred alongside 'Cilla' actress Sheridan Smith, The Royle Family's Ralf Little, Kathryn Drysdale and Natalie Casey in Two Pints and has confessed he'd love to work with them again in the future.
He added: "I would definitely work with any of the Two Pints cast again. Ralf, Sheridan ... I'd love to work with Sheridan on something else but I think you need to give a long enough time for people to forget the Two Pints connection."
Will recently took on the role of expectant father Rick alongside Jill Halfpenny as wife Diane in 'In the Club', which is out now on DVD.

Gregg Wallace sought the help of a therapist before performing on 'Strictly Come Dancing' on Saturday (04.10.14).
The 'MasterChef' judge was the first star to leave the BBC One celebrity dance contest last night (05.10.14) after he failed to impress with his take on the Charleston.
Writing for the Daily Telegraph newspaper, Gregg said: "I've never felt so scared and uncomfortable, to the point where I was crying and having severe anxiety attacks, with pain in my chest and shortness of breath."
He added: "I only managed that Charleston thanks to an hour's session with a therapist beforehand."
The 49-year-old star found himself in the dance-off with his dance partner Aliona Vilani against 'Mrs. Brown's Boys' actress Jennifer Gibney and her partner Tristan MacManus.
The Strictly judges - Len Goodman, Bruno Tonioli, Darcey Bussell and Craig Revel Horwood - all voted to save the actress and Tristan for another show, while Gregg and Aliona were forced to leave the competition.
Meanwhile, 'EastEnders' actor Jake Wood topped the leaderboard after he received three nine out of ten scores from the judges for his amazing Salsa with partner Janette Manrara.
Pop star Pixie Lott came second alongside her professional Trent Whiddon, as they scored 35 points in total for their Waltz.
