The Apprentice’s Bianca Miller accused of stealing business idea

'The Apprentice' candidate Bianca Miller has been accused of stealing her idea for skin-tone tights.
The hopeful will be seen vying for a £250,000 investment from Lord Alan Sugar in the final of the business reality show this evening (21.12.14), despite another woman, 37-year-old Ella Bennett, claiming it is her idea which she told the entrepreneur about over two years ago.
She told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "No way should Lord Sugar hire Bianca. He should fire her - 100%."
The disabled law graduate explained she has been working on the hosiery range for the past four years so was shocked when she found out about the business proposition which the 25-year-old finalist presented to the Amstrad founder.
She continued: "I am devastated. I feel cheated out of my dreams. After putting in so much hard work and effort it feels like I've basically been mugged."
However, Bianca has hit back at the accusations by acknowledging she is not the only person to have come up with the idea.
A spokesperson for the hopeful said: Her spokesperson said: "Bianca came up with the idea in 2010 and has been developing it since then.
"She knows she is not the first, and nor will she be the last to come up with this idea - but she views any other brands providing a similar product as healthy competition."

Caroline Flack to quit presenting?

Caroline Flack has suggested she may be set to quit presenting.
The former 'Xtra Factor' host has been competing on 'Strictly Come Dancing' for the past four months and admits her time on the BBC One celebrity dance contest has made her realise she'd like to try something new.
Speaking at a press conference with fellow finalists Simon Webbe, Mark Wright and Frankie Bridge at the BBC's New Broadcasting House in London, she revealed: "I just know that there are other things I want to do now. I didn't know that I was going to come in and do well on this so it just shows that you can put your mind to anything, you can trial it and you might succeed and you might not but it's worth giving it a try."
The 34-year-old beauty - who recently split from music manager Jack Street - also claimed the show and working with professional dance partner Pasha Kovalev had given her a new outlook on life.
Caroline explained: "It's changed my life completely. It's changed my life in a way where I feel more confident, I feel like there's lots of different things that I want to do, I met Pasha, we're all really good friends, I met everyone here.
"It's just such a positive experience. It releases all these endorphins that I never knew were there, naturally. You just come out on a high everyday."

Caroline Flack wins Strictly Come Dancing

Caroline Flack has won 'Strictly Come Dancing'.
The television presenter beat Simon Webbe and Frankie Bridge to be crowned the BBC One dancing show's 2014 champion.
Speaking after her win at tonight's (20.12.14) live final, she said: "This is the best feeling in the whole world. This has been the best experience of my whole life because of all the brilliant contestants; they have been so supportive. They're the most lovely bunch of people. I've been so lucky to get to know you."
She added, to her fans: "Thank you so much for voting. It's been so lovely to have your support."
Pasha Kovalev, the 35-year-old's dancing partner branded the show's cast and crew a "family".
He said: "'Strictly' is a big family ... I'm glad Caroline experienced that and I could not imagine a better partner."
Caroline was the first ever contestant to get a perfect score of 120 in the final, being given the maximum of 40 for all three of her dances tonight (20.12.14).
Viewers were wowed with a fantastic group performance to a mash-up of Captain and Tennile's 'Love Will Keep Us Together, Maxine Gayle's 'Right Back Where We Started From' and Sister Sledge's 'We Are Family', where all the eliminated contestants returned to the dance floor one last time.
Take That also treated fans to a medley of some of their greatest hits including 'Greatest Day', 'Never Forget' and new track, 'These Days'.

Mark Wright eliminated from Strictly Come Dancing

Mark Wright has been eliminated from 'Strictly Come Dancing'.
The television personality was booted out of the BBC One dancing show during tonight's (20.12.14) live final, after receiving the least public votes.
Speaking after his exit, Mark said: "It's gonna be sad to go. I'm boring everyone - but this has been the best experience of my life.
"I'm so overwhelmed by the support at home and the public, my family, the judges, all my friends, the contestants, you guys. I can't tell you - 'Strictly' is the best thing anyone can ever do and I've loved every minute of it."
Karen Hauer, the 27-year-old's dancing partner, was full of praise for the former 'The Only Way Is Essex' star.
She said: "You have shined on that dance floor.
"You are a best friend and you are now a dancer, my friend."
Mark - who is engaged to ex-'Coronation Street' star Michelle Keegan, 27 - also spoke highly of his dancing professional.
He said: "I'm just gonna say, she is like the most diamond girl you'll ever meet. She's taught me anything that I would ever ever have dreamt to have known in dance.
"I couldn't dance for toffee - we all knew that. Her hard work and commitment and patience - she puts up with a lot. She got me to the final - what?"
Caroline Flack, Frankie Bridge and Simon Webbe will now perform their favourite dance from the series as they fight to be crowned 'Strictly Come Dancing's 2014 champion.

Mark Wright feels like he’s won Strictly Come Dancing

Mark Wright already feels like he's won 'Strictly Come Dancing'.
The 27-year-old reality TV star - who's engaged to actress Michelle Keegan, also 27 - says he didn't expect to make it half way through the BBC show, meaning he already feels a strong sense of achievement having made it to the final of the series.
He shared: "Do I think I can win - you want me to be honest? Probably not.
"But I'm in the final and that for me on a personal level - I've won. I didn't even think I'd get halfway."
The former star of 'The Only Way is Essex' is appearing in the final alongside Frankie Bridge, Caroline Flack and Simon Webbe, but Mark says the pressure level has remained fairly constant throughout the series.
He revealed: "On a personal level, I've never felt more or less pressure each week.
"I'm just competing with myself because I'd never believe for a minute that I would be in this position. Even going into the final, I don't feel any more pressure. I just want to get my dances right."

Conchita Wurst to present the Eurovision Song Contest

Conchita Wurst is to present the Eurovision Song Contest in 2015.
The 26-year-old drag queen won the annual competition on behalf of Austria earlier this year and it's been confirmed Conchita will return to present coverage from the Green Room in Vienna on Saturday, May 23.
Reflecting on the move, Kathrin Zechner, from broadcaster ORF, said: "[Conchita] won the contest with her personality, voice and song for Austria. She did not take the first but the most powerful Austrian step in the fight for self-determination and respect in Europe and the world.
"The slogan of the Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna is Building Bridges, which stands for bridges between countries, age groups, tradition and contemporary, supported by the pillars of respect and self-determination.
"For me it is important to make these powerful, society-shaping women visible to an audience of some 200 million Europeans in a show Austria can be proud of."
The performer, who won this year's contest with 'Rise Like a Phoenix', recently unveiled the music video for her first post-Eurovision release, 'Heroes'.
Since winning the competition, Conchita has also become a prominent gay icon, receiving invites to perform at various pride parades across Europe.

Danny Dyer left feeling ‘broken’ by EastEnders schedule

Danny Dyer has been left feeling "broken" because of his intense work schedule.
The 37-year-old actor, who plays Mick Carter on BBC soap opera 'EastEnders', was unable to attend a screening of the much-anticipated Christmas special and show bosses have conceded that his gruelling schedule has taken its toll.
Asked about Danny's absence from the screening, executive producer Dominic Treadwell-Collins said: "We've broken Danny Dyer. He's at home vomiting. He's done more episodes in a year than anyone's ever done."
Danny's on-screen family will be the focus of attention this Christmas and according to Dominic, it was always the intention to build their storylines to a crescendo over the festive season.
He said: "When we brought the Carters in last Christmas we knew we were going to explode them this Christmas.
"It's got its origins in Greek tragedy."
But he also conceded that the violent storylines would soon lift, saying it's tough to "sustain" such intensity over a prolonged period of time.
He admitted: "It's not all going to be bleak. This is heavy, but you can't sustain that. There will be joy to come for the Carters, because that's important."

Simon Webbe thought about quitting Strictly Come Dancing

Simon Webbe has thought about quitting 'Strictly Come Dancing' "every day".
The Blue singer has revealed he's found the BBC One celebrity dance contest "mentally draining" but learned he can do anything he puts his mind to after making it to the final four.
Speaking at the BBC's New Broadcasting House in London about whether he'd ever thought of quitting, he said: "Every day. Sometimes your body gives up on you and it's mentally draining as well but that's when you learn something new about yourself because you just pull through and you realise that you'll survive and there's nothing too hard out there that can bring you down enough for you to quit."
The 36-year-old star - who has 17-year-old daughter Alanah from a previous relationship - also confessed taking part in the show has helped him to overcome the depression he suffered with after he was declared bankrupt last year.
He explained: "This experience has been a lifeline for most of us, especially myself, and when you're down in the dumps, something comes along as long as you keep believing and Strictly has been that experience for myself."
Simon will go up against TV presenter Caroline Flack, former 'The Only Way Is Essex' star Mark Wright and The Saturdays singer Frankie Bridge in tonight's final on BBC One at 6.30pm.

Peter Capaldi: Doctor Who is easiest job

Peter Capaldi says starring in 'Doctor Who' is the "easiest" job he's ever had.
The 56-year-old actor took over control of the TARDIS from Matt Smith for this year's series and although it's hard work making the programme he insists he's having a lot of fun.
Speaking at a Q&A session at the screening of new episode 'Last Christmas' at the BFI in London this week, the former 'The Thick of It' star laughed: "It's the easiest thing I've ever done in my life! It's not hard, it's fun, because we've got such a great team, the scripts are so good, and we've such a fun programme, and it's such an iconic thing."
Capaldi is shocked that 2014 is almost over and his first run as the Twelfth Doctor has come to an end.
He said: "It's difficult to say what specific moments were significant to me because the whole thing has just been amazing. The first time you go on to the set, the first time you meet a Dalek or even the first time the TARDIS wobbles when you shut the door."
The actor and his castmates have already done read-throughs of Series 9 and are due to start shooting in January and the next season will kick-off with the episode 'The Magician's Apprentice' - written by showrunner Steven Moffat.
Capaldi said: "I can't believe it's gone so quickly. We just had the read-through for the first of next series and I went through the same thing last year, and was absolutely terrified as I didn't know anybody - and I had to be Doctor Who!"
The 'Doctor Who' Christmas special also stars Nick Frost as Santa Claus, former 'Coronation Street' actress Natalie Gumede and Jenna-Louise Coleman - who portrays companion Clara Oswald.
'Last Christmas' airs at 6:15pm on Christmas Day (25.12.14) on BBC One.
