The Apprentice winner Mark Wright wants role as Lord Sugar’s new sidekick

Mark Wright wants to be Lord Sugar's sidekick.
The 25-year-old Australian - whose digital marketing agency won the £250,000 investment from the business man on 'The Apprentice' - is ready to replace Nick Hewer as the 67-year-old's right-hand man.
Mark said: "If Lord Sugar needs to replace Nick he's got my CV already.
"They are big shoes to fill to replace Nick, but I've definitely got those shoes."
Jokingly, he added to The Sun newspaper's TV Biz column: "I've been practising pulling the faces and I'm getting modelled for glasses."
Earlier this week, it was revealed that Nick would be leaving the BBC One show after 10 years in his role.
In a statement, Nick - who appeared on the programme alongside Baroness Karren Brady - said: "I've been pondering my departure from 'The Apprentice' for a while and have decided that year 10 is the appropriate time. So I leave with relief, tinged with regret.
"Anyone can do what Karren and I have been doing, but it takes stamina to follow the candidates week after week, and my stamina is not up to those long weeks."
The Amstrad founder paid tribute to his friend on Twitter, writing: "It's with a heavy heart I have to say farewell to my good friend Nick Hewer from the apprentice.
"I thank him sincerely for the past 10 years (sic)"

Sarah-Jane Crawford to holiday with Simon Cowell

Sarah-Jane Crawford will join Simon Cowell on holiday.
The 29-year-old star - who presents 'The X Factor's spin-off show, 'The Xtra Factor' - will fly out to Barbados on Boxing Day (26.12.14) to join the 55-year-old media mogul, his partner Lauren Silverman and their baby son, Eric.
A source revealed: "Sarah-Jane was really excited and honoured to be invited to spend the holidays with Simon and his family.
"While the entire 'X Factor' gang get on well, she received an invite ahead of Dermot O'Leary and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini so she has to be in his good books."
Simon's invitation to Sarah and her boyfriend Ross Harland is making her chance of returning to her role on the ITV2 show incredibly likely, providing there's no trouble in paradise.
The source continued to The Sun newspaper: "She'll certainly be expecting to keep her 'Xtra Factor' role for next year's series - if the holiday goes smoothly that is."
However, Sarah-Jane will be expected to help Simon host a charity auction whilst she's there, which helps find homes for the island's stray dogs.
The group - which also includes some of Simon's ex-girlfriends, Sinitta and Mezhgan Hussainy - won't be enjoying the comforts of his luxury yacht this year because Lauren, 37, suffers from seasickness.

Call The Midwife nuns are atheists

Some of the stars of 'Call The Midwife' don't believe in God.
Pam Ferris, Judy Parfitt and Jenny Agutter - who play nuns in the BBC One show - have revealed that they are all atheists.
Judy - who plays Sister Monica Joan - said: "I'm against organised religion. It's caused more trouble than anything else in the world.
"How can these people go around saying their terrible actions are in the name of God? It's a joke."
Jenny - who stars as Sister Julienne - added: "It's very hard to have a faith when you see all the terrible things that are going on in the world."
Pam, 66, plays Sister Evangelina in the show and has admitted that she has trouble "pretending" there is something above reality.
She said: "I am an atheist. I have enough trouble dealing with reality as I see it, observe it and feel it, without pretending there's another layer that we all have to agree on."
When asked if her ability to play a nun on the show is affected by her own beliefs, she added to The Sun newspaper's TV Biz column: "How do I balance being an atheist and playing a nun?
"Well, I don't have to be a murderer to commit a murder on screen!"

Helen Flanagan is pregnant

Helen Flanagan is pregnant.
The former 'Coronation Street' star is said to be expecting her first child with her boyfriend, footballer Scott Sinclair, in June.
The pretty actress - who is already three months along - is "thrilled" with the news after making it known she was keen to start a family with Scott, 25, whom she has been dating for six years, over the summer.
A friend told The Sun newspaper: "It's a much-wanted pregnancy which makes it all the sweeter. Helen is so thrilled. She was bursting with excitement."
While Helen, 24, was recently spotted showing off her baby bump in a skimpy bikini during a holiday in Dubai with her pal Karis Kennedy, it is believed the actress has been struggling with morning sickness throughout the first trimester of her pregnancy.
Her friend explained: "It hasn't been easy for Helen. She's been feeling poorly.
"She has complained on Twitter about feeling under the weather -but did not reveal why."
The brunette beauty - who briefly split from Scott last year following reports he had been sending flirtatious texts to another woman - previously described herself as the "broodiest woman in Britain" and expressed her desire to start a large family.
She said: "I'm probably the broodiest woman in Britain.
"The plan is to have four children and then adopt one or two more."

Amanda Holden has Christmas spreadsheets

Amanda Holden plans Christmas "weeks in advance".
The 'Britain's Got Talent' judge - who has children Lexi, eight, and Hollie, two, with husband Chris Hughes - admits she likes to take charge of celebrations in her home and wants everything to go so well, she creates extensive planning documents.
She said: "I need to be in charge in the kitchen. Cooking is my domain because, in all honesty, I don't trust anyone else to do it.
"I make spreadsheets and really plan weeks in advance. I need everything to run smoothly."
Despite her organisation, Amanda's plans nearly came undone last year after her house suffered a power cut.
She told Closer magazine: "It was awful! We had no power so we had to get the barbecue out just in case it didn't come back on. Can you imagine a turkey barbecue in December?
"Luckily we got the power back on but we were behind schedule. I needed a sweet sherry to calm me down after that, believe me."

Mark Wright ‘shaken’ by Bianca Miller’s confidence

Mark Wright was "shaken" by Bianca Miller's confidence on 'The Apprentice'.
The 25-year-old sales manager was crowned winner of the BBC One entrepreneurial show last night (21.12.14) and will now receive a £250,000 investment from Lord Alan Sugar but he's confessed he became less confident towards the end of the process.
Quizzed on whether he ever doubted he was going to win, he exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "Yeah I think actually as we got closer there were probably two times I doubted it. After the Tesco incident where I had the coughing fit I thought I wasn't going to win.
"And I think as we went through the final I saw how confident Bianca was pitching her leggings and her knowledge and passion for the industry actually started to shake me a little bit because she was so confident in moving forward and I thought, 'She might get it over me here'."
Mark also admitted he was wary of choosing certain former candidates for his team in the final over fears they could sabotage his chances of winning.
He explained: "To keep Daniel [Lassman] off my team and Lauren [Riley] off my team I knew that everyone would want to work for me ... I really wanted to work with Lauren and I think she's a very smart young lady but I think she was still a bit bitter about the soft drink challenge.
"That I brought her into the boardroom and she got dismissed and I could see that that was lingering at the time of the selection and I thought if I have her and Daniel together on my side we'll actually implode internally!"
The Australian digital marketing expert also insisted he'd be more than happy to take over from Lord Sugar's right-hand-man Nick Hewer, who revealed he'd quit the show last week.
Mark added: "Absolutely, I'd do it tomorrow."

Mark Wright wins The Apprentice

Mark Wright has won 'The Apprentice'.
The 25-year-old Australian is to receive a £250,000 investment in his digital marketing agency after Lord Sugar decided he was the show's outstanding candidate, ahead of fellow finalist Bianca Miller, who was gracious in defeat.
Mark described London as the perfect place to explore his business ambitions, saying: "London particularly is a land of opportunity for young people to start businesses. You can start a business here from your kitchen bench and turn over a million quid - what other place in the world can you do that?
"In Australia the population's not big enough and the dollar's not strong enough."
Mark also revealed that his rivalry with fellow contestant Daniel Lassman spurred him on to success.
He said: "That's why you see a lot of businesses excel when they get a competitor with a good product who pushes them in competition.
"Daniel comes from a footballing sales background and so do I. You put two of those people in a competition and it becomes a nightmare for anyone else around it. In the tasks, we hated each other, but in the house we got on fine."
Meanwhile, Bianca, 25, said: "If you lose to someone who isn't very good, it's upsetting, but Mark is very credible.
"I was happy to go up against him and if I was going to lose, to lose to him was the best I could hope for, really."

Ben Haenow claims Christmas number one spot

Ben Haenow has won the race for the Christmas number one.
The 2014 winner of 'The X Factor' sold 214,000 copies of his single, 'Something I Need', according to the Official Charts Company.
The 29-year-old former van driver was thrilled by his achievement, saying: "To have even been in the running for Christmas Number 1 against some of the names that were in the race, and then to have actually won is incredible.
"It's an incredible end to my year. I'm absolutely shocked, I can't believe it.
"I'm gonna go and have a few good drinks with my mates - definitely more than a few good drinks - to celebrate."
Ben's single, which was originally recorded by US pop band OneRepublic, overcame competition from Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars, whose song 'Uptown Funk' dropped one place to number two.
Charity single 'Band Aid 30' ended up in 17th place, well below expectations.
Meanwhile, Ed Sheeran's 'X' was named the top-selling album in the run-up to Christmas, shifting more than 214,000 copies last week, which is the most it has ever sold in a seven-day period.
Ed's record was already the UK's biggest-selling album of 2014, excluding compilations.
