Chris Hemsworth had to clean breast pumps to make a living before acting.
The 'Avengers: Age of Ultron' star has revealed the worst job he had before making it in Hollywood was scrubbing the used nursing aids at a pharmacy.
When asked during a joint video interview with his 'Avengers: Age of Ultron' co-star Chris Evans what his worst job had been, the Australian hunk instantly replied: "Cleaning Breast pumps!
"I worked for a pharmacy that would rent out milk extractors, you know breast pumps, for pregnant women.
"I swear to God I had a toothbrush and a spray, and I would scrub off dried milk off the machines."
Evans, who was convulsing with laughter next to him, chipped in to say: "This is hilarious!"
Continuing to discuss his unusual role with Collider.com, Hemsworth - who is married to Elsa Pataky - added: "And if they didn't work, I'd have to unscrew them, replace the little thing..."
Prompting Evans to butt in and finish his sentence with the words: "And pump the breast myself!"
Hemsworth, 31, also revealed his favourite thing about returning to his character Thor for the Marvel superhero sequel.
Speaking about the 'Avengers: Age of Ultron' shoot, he said: "The best part of filming was having a beer and a chat with friends at the start ... That was basically just all us having a good time and catching up because it was at the start of the movie."

Tara Reid has hinted a new 'American Pie' film is in the works.
The 39-year-old actress starred in the 1999 original but has now suggested a fifth theatrical film could be added to the series, with the movie set in Las Vegas.
Speaking on KIIS FM's 'Kyle & Jackie O Show', she said: "There's actually talks about [a fifth movie], they may be doing it in Las Vegas."
The former 'Celebrity Big Brother' star - who played Vicky in the films - added she is eager to return to the franchise, as the theatrical films have grossed more than $989 million worldwide.
It was previously believed 'American Reunion', which hit cinema screens in 2012 following a nine-year hiatus, would be the final film in the series, but bosses were reportedly impressed by how it performed at the box office and are keen to capitalise on its success.
However, the 'Sharknado' star admitted there would be tension on set if the film did happen, as she has been left disappointed by co-star Jason Biggs who last year said "no one knows what's going on with Tara's body".
Responding to the comments, she insisted: "I don't like his statements in the press but I like him as a person."

Mel Gibson wasn't cast in 'Mad Max: Fury Road' because of the "turbulence in his life".
The Hollywood star was due to reprise his role as Max Rockatansky for a fourth time in the action movie in 2006 but his drunk-driving arrest - during which he told one of the arresting police officers that "Jews are responsible for all the wars in the world" - that July and subsequent three-year probation order derailed the project.
Shooting wouldn't commence on the movie until 2011 by which time Gibson, now 59, was considered to be too old to play Max again and the part went to Tom Hardy.
Director George Miller - who was originally due to helm the project after completing big screen animation 'Happy Feet' - said: "Then Mel hit the turbulence in his life and time was 'getting on' by the time we regrouped. We got to 2010."
Miller, 70, had originally been due to work with Gibson on the sequel in 2001 but it was shelved following the financial implications of the September 11 terrorist attacks against the US.
Miller told the Postmedia Network: "He was to do the movie in 2001 ... What happened was that 9/11 happened. The American dollar collapsed 25 percent against the Australian dollar. Our budget ballooned. It was very hard to get all the planets aligned and, by then, Warner Bros. was very keen to get on to 'Happy Feet'. To do the animation, that took three-and-a-half years."
Although Miller decided to go with Hardy, the filmmaker insists there were no hard feelings from Gibson about losing the role that made him a star when he appeared in the original 1979 film.
Miller said: "Tom sought out Mel and they had dinner together and they had a kind of handover. Tom wears a kind of cloth bracelet made from parachute cord and he gave one to Mel. So it was a sign (of passing the torch) ... I also had dinner with Mel. It was in the thick of the more recent problems. Like a lot of people, I feel he is an adorable guy. But, with all that stuff coming out, it was hard to watch.
"Deep down, he is a really good man. The stuff he does - like charity work, anonymously!"
'Mad Max: Fury Road' is released in cinemas worldwide on 14 May.

Gemma Jones is worried she'll be on a Zimmer frame by the time the next 'Bridget Jones' movie is made.
The 72-year-old actress - who plays Bridget's mum in 'Bridget Jones's Diary' and 'Bridget Jones: Edge of Reason' - wants the producers of the hit film adaptations of Helen Fielding's novels to hurry up and make the third instalment before she and the 65-year-old actor who plays Bridget's dad get too old.
Speaking at the British Academy Television Awards at London's Theatre Royal, she said: "I bumped into Jim Broadbent the other day and said, 'If they don't hurry up and make a third we'll both be on our Zimmer frames!' "
The 'Marvellous' star also revealed she was horrified to learn Mr. Darcy, who was played by Colin Firth in the movies, was killed off in the time between the second and third books and hopes he'll somehow be reincarnated in the next big-screen version.
She told Radio Times magazine: "I rather hope he might come back from the dead."
Meanwhile, Firth himself previously admitted he'd like to continue his involvement in the franchise despite his character's ugly fate.
He said earlier this year: "It would have to have somewhere to go. Back at the time, I said that a third one should only happen if we were telling a story about having moved into a different generation when we were all beginning to deteriorate a little bit. I think we might be ready for that moment."
And the author herself even hinted Darcy could be set to make a return, with Fielding saying: "It's possible. Remember the latest James Bond movie, 'Skyfall', when 007 fakes his own death? And in 'Kill Bill 2', Uma Thurman is buried and digs her way out. These are all good ideas - you'll have to watch out."

Jennifer Lawrence is set to end Hollywood's gender pay gap, by banking twice what her co-star Chris Pratt will earn from 'Passengers'.
The 24-year-old actress has signed a "watertight" $20 million deal for her role in the upcoming film, putting her in an exclusive group of Hollywood high earners, alongside the likes of Leonardo DiCaprio, Bradley Cooper and Robert Downey Jr. - all of whom can command enormous fees for their projects, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
This news comes after Jennifer, along with Amy Adams, found herself at the forefront of a bitter row over Hollywood's gender pay gap after an email from the Sony hack revealed the two women were paid less than their male co-stars Bradley, Christian Bale and Jeremy Renner for 'American Hustle'.
Email exchanges between studio execs showed that Jennifer and Amy - who both received Oscar nods for their performances - received seven percent shares of the film's profits while the director and the three male leads received nine percent.
It's not just Jennifer's career that's going from strength to strength, as it was recently reported that she's "happier than ever" with boyfriend Chris Martin as well.
She started dating the 38-year-old Coldplay frontman last year, and the two have reportedly been spending lots of "quality time" together since the Oscar winner recently wrapped up filming her upcoming film, 'Joy,' in Boston.
A source close to the couple said: "Both have full plates and they like it that way. They see each other when they can, yet each continues to do their own thing. They respect each other immeasurably."

B.J. Novak was inspired by Quentin Tarantino.
The 'Saving Mr. Banks' actor revealed he knew he wanted to become a director after starring in the American filmmaker's movie, 'Inglorious Basterds'.
The 35-year-old star said: "After I acted in his film 'Inglorious Basterds', I knew I wanted to direct. It feels like a natural extension - to take something you've created all the way to the finishing line. that's why I visit schools now with my children's book. I get real joy when I take my work directly to the reader."
The actor has previously explained why he liked Tarantino's directing style so much, admitting he is "very loud and thoughtful" to work with.
He said: "Just by being in the background holding a machine gun watching him debate something with the director of photography. Or watching him coax a different direction out of Diane Kruger. So that was my favorite part of his directing style is that he is very loud and thoughtful, so I could sort of follow what he was doing and learn from it."
Meanwhile, 'The Office' director also said he finds children stimulating and admits he finds the company of adults a "bore".
He told The Independent newspaper: "Everyone bores me but children. There is something about being a celebrity that makes adult conversations tiring. You talk about the same things again and again. Children are never predictable, they don't follow a format. They can say anything - and do often."

Rebel Wilson wants to make a "Fat Amy origins story".
The 29-year-old actress has returned to play the hilarious Barden Bellas singer in 'Pitch Perfect 2', and admitted she hopes she gets to tell the back-story of her character in a future film.
Speaking about what she would like to see in a potential sequel, she said: "All the Bellas are together becoming a legit singing group out of college. I also think a Fat Amy origins story would be awesome."
However, the idea isn't the only musical movie she has her eye on, as the 'Grimsby' star confessed she is eager to make an on-screen appearance as a rapper at some point in the future.
She said: "I was a fan of Glee. I'd love to do something where I play a female rapper."
And although a further project is yet to be approved, the movie's writer Kay Cannon insists she has no plans to hand over the reins to someone else, and would be keen for 46-year-old actor Tracy Morgan to be involved if they did make another.
She told the Hollywood Reporter: "I do want to write the third one. I don't want to give over my baby to someone else. I would love to see Tracy Morgan in it. Not only because I think he's hilarious, but I miss him and want to see him perform again."
