EastEnders' Linda Carter is to confess her rape hell to Stacey Slater.
The Queen Vic landlady - played by Kellie Bright - will finally open up about being sexually assaulted by Dean Wicks (Matt Di Angelo) when she realises Stacey (Lacey Turner) is growing close to him.
Linda - whose husband Mick (Danny Dyer) is yet to discover that Dean is in fact his brother and not his nephew - was left so traumatised by the rape that she hasn't been able to bring herself to tell anyone but decides to warn Stacey, who has a young daughter named Lily, when she realises they've become romantically involved.
A source told the Daily Star newspaper: "Linda can see that Stacey's falling for Dean and she can't just sit back and watch it happen, given everything she knows.
"She would hate it if Stacey were to be attacked when she could have done something to prevent it. It's a big moment for Linda to open up about what happened to her, but it's going to open up a massive can of worms."
The emotional scenes are set to air next month and, in the meantime, Linda will be seen confessing to husband Mick that she's pregnant on tonight's (21.11.14) episode of the BBC One soap and while he's thrilled with the news, she is unsure as to who the baby belongs to.
The source added: "When Mick finds out that Linda's not only been raped but she's pregnant too, he's going to lose the plot."

Carl Fogarty has an "evil streak" and is "dedicated" to winning 'I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!'
The four-time World Superbike Championship winner has no qualms about facing bush tucker trials while appearing on the show because he "does not know the meaning" of fear and is "dedicated" to winning.
The 49-year-old racer - nicknamed Foggy - recalled his determination for victory, even as a child, saying: "When I raced other kids at the back of my house I always had to be first. And when I won, I wanted to win more and more.
"I don't see the point in doing something unless you are going to be the best at it."
The mouthy contestant arrived in the jungle over the weekend but admitted although he is fighting for victory in the star-studded camp, he will take no notice of what the general public think of him.
He explained: "I don't care what people think. If you take 100,000 people, 95,000 might think I'm ace and 5,000 might hate my guts because I'm outspoken."
Speaking about his nasty side in 'Foggy: The Explosive Autobiography', he said: "There's no doubt I've got an evil streak because I laugh at other people's misfortunes. Anything which is not too serious I always find amusing."

Jessie J has hinted she could be set to return to 'The Voice'.
The 26-year-old star was a mentor on the BBC One talent show for two years between 2012 and 2013 before being replaced by Kylie Minogue on the 2014 series and Rita Ora for the upcoming 2015 series, but she's now suggested she could be set to return.
She told the January edition of Q magazine: "I miss doing 'The Voice'. It's this time of year that they film it, so winter days remind me of doing the show.
"But who knows? It might not be that long until I'm back on 'The Voice'. Wink, wink!"
However, the 'Do It Like A Dude' hitmaker - who failed to lead any of her contestants to victory during her time on the show, losing out to Sir Tom Jones and The Script rocker Danny O'Donoghue - may have been implying she's signed up to perform on the show rather than reprise her role as a judge.
Meanwhile, 'EastEnders' actress Jessie Wallace's boyfriend of two years, Tim Arnold, has made it through to the televised heats of the contest.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "Jessie is expected to go to the studio to support Tim. He's besotted with her and has written lots of songs about their love. She's even sung with him in the past."
The upcoming series of 'The Voice' is set to air on BBC One next year.

He admitted: "Love is something that I have never looked for and has never come my way. I haven't yet found the special person who is right for me. I am the male Bridget Jones- awkward. I always mess up."
When quizzed if was a virgin in an interview with Italian Vanity Fair magazine, he replied: "Well, if in 20 years I have never been in love..."

Gemma Collins has threatened to quit TV "for good".
The 'The Only Way Is Essex' star - who walked out of the 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here' camp on wednesday (19.11.14) after struggling to cope with the harsh jungle conditions - has been left so traumatised by her experience on the ITV reality show she has told her close pals she is considering abandoning her TV career, reports The Sun newspaper.
According to a friend, she said: "I'm going to give up television for good.
"This has been such a massive wake-up call. I had no idea this was going to be so hard.
"I've been on a rollercoaster ride for the last three years and it might be time to get off.
"The jungle was torture, but it gave me time to think. I have to completely re-evaluate my life."
The 33-year-old star - who has now safely returned home - struggled with the lack of food on the show and claimed all she wanted was a ham sandwich and a packet of Quavers when she was given nothing but porridge to eat.
Following her departure, Gemma also blamed her meltdowns on the emotional turmoil of splitting from boyfriend Alex Moss just hours before she flew to Australia.
She admitted that the show had proved too much for her and described the experience as "hellish".
She said: "Don't get me wrong, I love going for walks in the forests in England where there are no wild animals.
"I will never ever dislike nature, but I will just never ever come to Australia again."
Following her sudden exit, 'Coronation Street' actor Craig Charles also decided to leave the jungle after learning that his older brother Dean had suffered a fatal heart attack.

Matt Ryan watched three series of '24' in one sitting.
The 33-year-old actor has confessed he is a fan of video streaming services but admits he often finds it difficult to stop himself from watching episode after episode of his favourite shows.
Quizzed on what he thought of his show 'Constantine' featuring on Amazon Prime Instant Video, he exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "I normally binge watch so I think that's kind of the way that TV's going and it's great to be on that.
"I've watched all of 'Breaking Bad', 'Game of Thrones' I love, and I used to binge watch '24'. I think I did like three series in one sitting or something like that. By the end of it I felt really guilty and went to the gym for like a week."
Matt - who stars as John Constantine in the series based on the DC Comic series 'Hellblazer' - also spoke of his excitement at the number of British stars doing well in the US at the moment.
When asked why he thinks so many actors from the UK are featuring in American series and movies, he said: "I just think it's that they're really good. David Morrissey ('The Walking Dead') is awesome and Matthew Rhys ('The Americans'), who I know, is fantastic and I just think it comes down to who is right at the time for the job.
"I'd like to think the Brits are taking over America but if I say that then they might stop the Britons coming."
'Constantine' airs on Friday nights on NBC in the US, and is available on Amazon Prime Instant Video in the UK.

Len Goodman has no intention of quitting 'Strictly Come Dancing' - because it's "such an easy gig".
The 70-year-old judge has been bemused by rumours he is going to retire from the BBC One ballroom competition, insisting he is very happy sitting on the panel.
Instead, he thinks it will be the BBC that will decide when his time on the show is up, as he insists he'll stay for as long as he can because it's such a fun job.
Discussing the retirement rumours on 'This Morning' today (20.11.14), he said: "I don't know where that keeps cropping up from - I guess it's because I'm getting on a bit and they think, 'He can't keep going and going.' I guess I can't keep going and going, but I think it'll probably be the BBC saying, 'Len, I think it's time,' eventually or whenever. But no, (I'm not retiring) I love that show. 'Strictly' is fantastic and I love it. So as long as I can keep going, I will."
He added: "And it's such an easy gig! A car picks you up and takes you to the studio, you sit there for a couple of hours saying, 'Keep your head up.' And then a car takes you home and then they pay you! So when you think I did about 10 years on the docks, this is the most wonderful job."
Len thinks the current series of 'Strictly' is the best yet because the standard of the celebrities' dancing is so high.
He said: "This is the best series ever."
Discussing last week's first show from Blackpool, he added: "It was a brilliant show I thought. I was knocking the 10 scores out one after the other! It was a 10 from Len."
Among the contestants still competing for this year's Glitterball Trophy are Pixie Lott, Jake Wood, Frankie Bridge, Caroline Flack, Simon Webbe and Mark Wright.

Bo Bruce has slammed 'The Voice', describing the show as a "less successful version of 'The X Factor' ".
The 29-year-old singer appeared on the programme in 2012 to help kick-start her career and despite finishing second in the competition, she is clearly not a fan anymore as she insists the show has lost its "edge" and is not as good as its ITV rival.
Speaking at the Sony Hi-Res Audio exhibition at Proud Galleries Camden in north London last night (19.11.14), she said: "I can't help but see it as a less successful version of 'X Factor' now - it's definitely lost its edge."
Bo doesn't appear to have tuned into the final of this year's show because she failed to recognise the competition's reigning champion Jermain Jackman at the London-based event.
A source said: "Bo admitted she hasn't watched any of the show since appearing in it herself, so much so she claimed not to know who Jermain Jackman, winner of the 2014 show, was when he stood next to her at the bar."
The star's stint on 'The Voice' was shrouded in controversy as she was romantically linked to her mentor Danny O'Donoghue, and she has described her experience on the programme as a "very hard time for me".
But she doesn't appear to be in touch with The Script singer anymore as he recently insisted the pair no longer speak to one another.
Talking in September, he said: "She had a single out that I helped her with but that was the last contact I had with her.
"It's just one of those things that we're not in touch anymore."
Bo was at the launch of the Sony Hi-Res Audio exhibition at Proud Galleries Camden. The exhibition features never-been-seen-before images of music acts such as The Beatles and runs until Dec 3, 2014.
