J.B. Gill says Britain's Queen Elizabeth is "surprisingly cool".
The former JLS singer met the monarch when the group played the Diamond Jubilee concert in London in June 2012 and he says he and his bandmates - Aston Merrygold, Oritse Williams and Marvin Humes - were stunned to learn she was familiar with their music.
He said: "We met the queen at the Diamond Jubilee concert and she is surprisingly cool. She named all of our songs."
While J.B. enjoyed meeting the queen, his particular career highlight was when the band - who shot to fame after competing on 'The X Factor' in 2008 - picked up two prizes at the 2010 BRIT Awards.
He said: "This was the moment I knew JLS had made it. We won a BRIT for British Breakthrough Act and British Single and it was an unbelievable time.
"So many artists haven't won any BRITs and we got two."
And the 'Beat Again' hitmaker admits the group never expected to be so successful.
He told Closer magazine: "I look back on my time on 'The X Factor' and think what an absolute blast we had.
"It was a complete crash course in the music industry and we didn't know whether we'd sink or swim. But we had more success than I ever imagined possible."
Michael Cera says there is a "terrible stigma" for actors who move into music.
The 'Superbad' star released his debut album 'true that' earlier this month, and while he has always loved writing and recording songs, he isn't sure if he sees it as a viable career path.
He told Billboard magazine: "I don't really know right now. Honestly, there's a terrible stigma that if you're an actor or something, and you're going to make some [polished music], it's just kind of embarrassing no matter what the result.
"It makes me cringe just to think about that. Maybe that's not smart to share, but that's how it is. I kind of have that sense of that myself. I don't know.
"If you put something out, you're inviting people to perceive you a certain way. I don't have too much of an interest in that."
However, Michael insisted he didn't even think of his first record - which was posted on Bandcamp - as an actual album, and explained he's been "sharing music with friends" for years.
He added: "I really didn't even consider it an album, so much as some of my musical efforts put onto a page and organized as an album.
"That's what I like about Bandcamp, is that you could pay for it if you feel like it.
"It's like a donation, almost, or you could stream it there for free. I've been sharing music with friends for a long time, for years."
Kate Bush has asked fans not to take photos of her upcoming live shows.
The 'Wuthering Heights' singer will perform a residency Hammersmith Apollo later this year - her first set of live shows since 1979 - and she has urged punters to refrain from snapping a picture or filming any of the concert because of the nature of the venue.
She wrote on her official website: "We have purposefully chosen an intimate theatre setting rather than a large venue or stadium.
"It would mean a great deal to me if you would please refrain from taking photos or filming during the shows.
"I very much want to have contact with you as an audience, not with iPhones, iPads or cameras. I know it's a lot to ask, but it would allow us to all share in the experience together."
Meanwhile, the legendary star also commented on the rehearsals for the concerts and insisted preparations are "going very well indeed".
She added: "We're all very excited about the upcoming shows and are working very hard in preparation. It's going very well indeed."
Grace Andrews burst into tears at James 'Arg' Argent's Westlife tribute on 'The Only Way is Essex' finale.
The 25-year-old star couldn't stop crying when she watched the last episode of the ITV2 reality show's 12th series, in which Arg hired out a choir to perform the Irish boy band's hit 'Flying Without Wings' in an attempt to win back on/off girlfriend Lydia Bright.
Grace said: "Arg's Westlife tribute at the finale was absolutely amazing. I cried when I watched it. It was so emotional.
"Lydia and Arg were both talking about it afterwards and yeah, they're getting on. I think they're taking it slow but they are getting on at the moment which is nice."
Grace admitted she would burst out crying if anyone ever did a similar thing for her as she is often in tears, especially when she sees animals which are unwell.
Speaking at the Carlsberg Born to be Chilled BBQ to promote Carlsberg Citrus and Blackcurrant, she added: "I cry at everything, to the point where I see a dog that's not well or something I'm crying. So I'd probably break down in tears if a guy did something like that for me."
Grace and co-star Danielle Armstrong recently enjoyed the refreshing great taste of Carlsberg Citrus and Blackcurrant at the Carlsberg Born to be Chilled BBQ.

Kyle Christie is looking forward to getting the "party started" when he enters the 'Geordie Shore' house tonight (19.08.14).
The latest addition to the MTV reality show is to make his debut when he arrives at the famous party house in Newcastle on tonight's episode and he's revealed he thinks he's going to be a big hit with the girls, including Vicky Pattison, Charlotte Crosby and Marnie Simpson.
He says: "I don't know what it is that lasses like about us, it's just natural. It just happens. I've necked on with Vicky, I've kissed Charlotte, and Marnie is like my little sister. I can't wait to get this party started."
Holly Hagan - who has previously had flings with co-stars James Tindale and Scott 'Scotty T' Timlin - also expressed her interest in the new housemate.
Speaking on the show, she says: "There's a new boy in the house and he's fit! Welcome to the Geordie Shore house, please enter here [points to her mouth] or here [points to her crotch]."
Meanwhile, Vicky Pattison is set to destroy her chances of romance with Aaron Chalmers - who joined the show at the beginning of the current series - when he overhears her gossiping about him behind his back.
Holly says: "We're all just sat here slagging off Aaron and picking at every fault we can pick at. We're being a bitch bitchy actually."
After overhearing the girls' comments Aaron tells the boys he's heard them bad-mouthing him and slams them as "two-faced".
James says of the drama: "I can't believe it. The girls have been sat downstairs slagging Aaron off and he's heard every word of it. Things are going to kick off big time!"
Alison Hammond has been confirmed for the next series of 'Strictly Come Dancing'.
The 'This Morning' presenter has been announced as the third celebrity set to compete on this year's edition of the ballroom contest, after describing herself as "absolutely overjoyed" as she revealed the news on the ITV breakfast show today (19.08.14).
She said: "I am ready to immerse myself in glitter and hard work, with a dash of fun along the way!"
The official announcement follows reports last month that she had already been fitted for her costume and was "genuinely delighted" at the opportunity.
A source recently said: "She came in for her fitting last week and can't wait to get started ... Alison's personality is infectious and the bosses are sure she will be popular. She has the kind of charisma and humour that people love.
"She was genuinely delighted to be asked to join. There is no doubt she will throw everything into her dance training. She could be one of this year's real surprises."
The TV star joins The Saturdays singer Frankie Sandford and tennis coach Judy Murray - the mother of British star Andy.
Simon Pegg and Edgar Wright are working on a new movie.
The pair have collaborated on three films over the last decade - 'Shaun of the Dead' (2004), 'Hot Fuzz' (2007) and 'The World's End' (2013) - and Pegg, 44, has revealed they already have another project in the pipeline.
He told BBC 6 Music: "Edgar and I were having a conversation the other day about it, and it has a title and everything. We're kind of into a creative cycle now."
Pegg added: "We made three films in ten years and hopefully in the next decade we'll make another three. I really love working with those guys and I wouldn't ever not want to work with them. It's not even a question."
The actor was careful not to reveal too many details about the new flick, but he was happy to confirm that he and long-time friend Nick Frost will appear in the Halloween special of the Disney channel's 'Phineas And Ferb'.
Pegg revealed that he and Frost would reprise their roles from 'Shaun of the Dead', the zombie comedy film released in 2004.
Filming for 'Jurassic World' is complete and the film is ready to go into post production.
The eagerly-flick will hit cinemas in 2015 and Hollywood star Chris Pratt says fans can expect an "awesome" fourth instalment of the 'Jurassic Park' franchise, which started in 1993 in the memorable film starring Jeff Goldblum and Sam Neil.
Pratt - who recently appeared as Peter Quill in 'Guardians of the Galaxy' - told Collider: "It's going to knock your socks off. It's gonna be so awesome, so awesome. And to the long-time fans of the franchise, it's in good hands.
"Colin [Trevorrow, the director] is a huge fan, he's gonna deliver a movie that is worthy of the brand and I swear to you it's just gonna be so good I already know it. I can tell."
The upcoming movie will feature many of the dinosaurs that appeared in the first 'Jurassic Park' film, as well as some that have never been seen before.
Bryce Dallas Howard, Vincent D'Onofrio and Omar Sy have all been cast in the film, which is scheduled to be released on June 12, 2015.
JWoww has banned her fiance from having sex with her for two years.
The former 'Jersey Shore' star gave birth to her first child, Meilani, on July 13, and while everything appears to be back in working order following her horrifying labour, she isn't keen on having fun between the sheets with her partner Roger Matthews again just yet.
Speaking to HuffPost Live, she said: "[Roger]'s like, 'Come on!' I'm like, 'No, I was stitched, you've got to wait!'
"I haven't even looked yet. I'm not going to have sex for another year or two."
The 28-year-old reality star - whose real name is Jenni Farley - admits she is too "scared" to fall pregnant again because giving birth was the worst thing she has ever experienced.
She added: "My birth was god-awful. She walked out, she ran out! She took everything with her and I felt it all.
"It was the worst pain in the world. I'm so scared to get pregnant again."
JWoww recently admitted she will consider adoption to have another child.
She said: "We've considered adoption. Even before Meilani arrived, we've always said that we'd have two."
Chelsea Handler's staff have been left disappointed to learn they won't all work on her new show.
The 39-year-old presenter initially told employees on 'Chelsea Lately' they would move with her when she begins her new project at Netflix, but with her E! show coming to an end next week and the next venture not beginning until next year, only longtime production staff Tom Brunelle and Brad Wollack have so far been offered jobs.
A source told the New York Daily News newspaper's Confidenti@l column: "Obviously there were a lot of people in the office saying 'Oh, s**t' when they heard about the Netflix deal.'
"At first Chelsea was telling people, 'It's fine. You're my staff -- I'm going to take care of you guys.' I don't know what happened in between, but at this point there's no plans for anyone but a couple of guys who have been with her since the beginning to make the transition."
However, while the staff members are disappointed, they are accepting of the situation, though they will miss their kind and supportive boss.
The source added: "It's weird for a lot of those guys (staff members), because Chelsea's a great boss and she's been very supportive and loyal to her staff. So on the one hand people were expecting her to take them to Netflix, so they're disappointed, but on the other hand they're like, 'Well, we'd be nowhere without Chelsea and she can't carry people forever.'
"It's tough as well, because the crew are really close with each other and with Chelsea. They'll go on vacations together.
"Chelsea will put on yoga classes for the staff with (Jennifer Aniston's yogi) Mandy Ingber and things like that."
Katie Price's priority is to be a "supermum, not a superwoman".
The 36-year-old former glamour model welcomed her fifth child, a girl whose name she hasn't yet disclosed, into the world two weeks ago, and rather than worrying about getting back in shape is focussed on caring for the baby, her 12-month-old son Jett - both of whom she has with husband Kieran Hayler, older daughter Princess, seven, and other sons Junior, nine, and Harvey, 12, who are all from previous relationships.
She said: "My body's had to grow two babies in just under a year and, like all my children when newborn, they're my priority, not my body.
"I want to be a supermum, not a superwoman being put under pressure to get into shape in record time to please... well, who? I've got my own post-baby weight-loss goals, as and when I'm ready
"Admittedly, I'm luckier than most, but it doesn't mean I don't have to work at it. I'll eat a balanced diet and when my body allows - and when I'm ready - I'll do some exercise."
Katie - who recently reconciled with her husband after he was found to have cheated on her with two friends - said that trained nutritionist Kieran will help her to get back in shape.
She added in her column for Now magazine: "He'll help me with my healthy eating and make sure I get my proteins, carbs and fats all balanced, along with gentle exercise routines at first. I want to feel good and healthy for myself."
Scott Disick is "feeling good" despite his recent hospitalisation.
The 31-year-old reality star - who was treated for alcohol poisoning in June - is trying to "better" himself and move forward with his life.
He said: "I'm good. I've had ups and downs. Every time you can better yourself it's a good thing, and a positive thing."
Scott - who has children Mason, four, and Penelope, two, with pregnant girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian - was hospitalised soon after both his parents passed away and as well as seeking help to cope with his losses, he is doing his best to "live healthy" and "get by".
Speaking to People magazine, he said: "I'm excited to just be feeling good and living healthy, eating better, exercising more and doing whatever I can to get by."
And pregnant Kourtney - who is due to give birth to the couple's third child in December - is doing well and not letting her condition affect her life.
Scott said: "She's great. She'll [keep running around] until that kid pops out of her."
Scott was joined at the Foxwoods Resort Casino's Liquid Sundays pool party in Connecticut at the weekend by Kourtney's sister Khloe Kardashian, and while she drank pink champagne, he stuck to bottled water.
He quipped: "I'm gonna drink out of the pool."
