Gogglebox stars get ‘over-excited’ at celebrity parties

'Gogglebox' star Chris Steed vomited outside Buckingham Palace.
The 43-year-old Brighton-based hairdresser - who is a regular on the show along with pal Stephen Webb, 38 - admitted they frequently get "over-excited" when they are invited to fancy celebrity parties, which once resulted in him throwing up outside the Queen's home.
Stephen confessed: "We got so drunk at one our driver had to pull over outside Buckingham Palace for Chris to throw up."
However, the pair say they have grown tired of drinking excessively at the parties, as "free bubbly" is commonplace for them nowadays.
Stephen added to Woman's Own magazine: "We used to get over-excited about the free bubbly."
The pair - who have featured in the popular Channel 4 show since its first series - were previously romantically linked, although they have since revealed they are just friends as things didn't work out between them.
Chris admitted: "We were actually a couple for the first series! But we decided that we're better as friends. So second series, we went into it as friends, but I think a lot of followers that watched the first series continued to think that we were a couple. I think that people just assume that, because we're two gay guys and we're really close."

Coronation Street bosses secure stars

'Coronation Street' bosses are trying to secure Brooke Vincent and Kym Marsh on the show for another 12 months.
The soap's producers are reportedly keen to keep the pair on following the announcement that series favourites Alison King and Craig Charles are planning to quit the show earlier this week.
Fans were left shocked when Craig, 50, who plays Lloyd Mullaney on the soap revealed he was exiting to take up a part on the sci-fi sitcom 'Red Dwarf' despite bosses pleading with him to stay, while Alison, 42, who plays Carla Connor will star in her final scenes in 2016.
Rumours that Craig's pay packet - which is thought to be an estimated £200,000 each year - being responsible for him quitting the show quickly circulated, sparking worries that more stars are set to exit the ITV soap.
However, sources have confirmed to the Daily Mirror newspaper that Brooke, 22, who has played Sophie Webster since 2004, and Kym, 38, have no plans to leave.
An insider said: "Brooke loves it on the soap and is very happy.
"Before signing on for another year she met with bosses and her character has some great storylines coming up."
Kym - who plays Michelle Connor - is already thought to have a six figure contract which takes her through to 2016.
Show bosses were said to have become increasingly worried about losing their "big names" after Craig and Allison, as well as Jimi Mistry and Hayley Tamaddon, recently announced they were leaving.
A source previously said: "Corrie is still doing well as far as viewing figures are concerned but certain cast members are unhappy with the direction it is going in. A lot of people feel that it has changed considerably in recent years.
"These two departures might not be the last - and if big names keep leaving that could prove to be a major problem for Corrie.
"Soaps rely on their big names and Corrie can't afford to keep losing theirs."

Holly Hagan ‘inspired’ by Katie Price to have breast reduction

Holly Hagan is having a breast reduction after being "inspired" by Katie Price.
The 'Geordie Shore' star has booked a consultation with her surgeon to discuss having the size of her implants reduced and admits former glamour model Katie's decision to have hers removed entirely influenced her.
She said: "I'm doing it for me but she certainly inspired me. She's always been known for having massive boobs and she's managed to turn it around. I think she looks great either way, but as a mother and career woman she might get taken more seriously now and that's probably what she wants."
The 22-year-old star - who is dating her co-star Kyle Christie - wants to have her trademark size 32F implants reduced to a B or C cup despite insisting they are "perfect".
She told Now magazine: "I've never seen any as good as mine. The shape is great. When I'm in a bikini or doing a topless shoot they look amazing."
Asked why she wants to get rid of them, Holly added: "Since losing weight, when I'm wearing clothes I think my boobs look out of proportion with my body. But mainly I think I'm just growing up."

Mary Berry: ‘Coronation Street’ is too depressing

Mary Berry thinks 'Coronation Street' is too depressing.
The 'Great British Bake Off' star has revealed she used to watch the ITV soap but has turned off in recent years because she doesn't like being faced with harrowing storylines.
She said: "I used to watch 'Coronation Street' but it was totally different then. I don't really want to watch the stuff that goes on now - the fighting, the drama, the stories about rape, children out of wedlock... That may be as life is, but I don't really want to know. I want something a little bit happier on my television, something gentle that's not going to disturb and worry me."
However, despite claiming she's uncomfortable with the issues 'Corrie' deals with, the 80-year-old baker insists she's a big fan of dramas such as 'Downton Abbey'.
Asked what her favourite TV programme is, she told Radio Times magazine: "'Downton Abbey' - Oh, I'm so boring! 'Call the Midwife'... I love a British period drama! I'm in another world. I love seeing all the scenery, the china, the food, the lamps, the beds, the clothes... and also the speech. Listening to it puts you in another world... it's all gone now."

Rylan hints at Big Brother ex-housemates returning

Rylan Clark has hinted that the next series of 'Big Brother' could see "some familiar faces".
The 'Big Brother's Bit On The Side' presenter revealed that the 'Timebomb'-themed series - which kicks off next Tuesday (12.05.15) - could "revisit" any of the previous houses.
Rylan said: "[The 'Timebomb' theme] means 'Big Brother' can control time in all of its elements. As an ex-housemate, I know that in the house, time is the only structure you have to your day. It's the only thing that keeps you sane in that house.
"With this series, time doesn't mean anything. We could also revisit any Big Brother series if we wanted to which means we could even see some familiar faces."
The former 'Celebrity Big Brother' winner also said he'd love to see some fan favourite ex-housemates like Makosi Musambasi and Nikki Grahame go back into the famous house in London, calling them the "reason" that the Channel 5 show is still being watched.
Rylan, 26, said: "I would love to see the likes of Nikki Grahame, Aisleyne (Horgan-Wallace), Makosi, Heidi (Pratt) and Spencer (Pratt). I would love to see the core Big Brother people like Nadia (Almada). There are so many of those people over the years that are the reason that the show is still on air."

Dan Osborne ‘disgusted’ with himself

Dan Osborne is "disgusted" with himself over the tapes in which he's heard threatening to stab his ex-girlfriend Megan Tomlin.
The 23-year-old star has spoken out for the first time after recordings of him threatening his ex-girlfriend, with whom he has 17-month-old son Teddy, emerged earlier this year, to claim he was "pushed" over the edge.
He said: "I'm disgusted with myself. I said the worst things you could ever say to a person, but it was in the heat of the moment during an argument and I didn't mean any of it.
"I'd never hurt anyone and I'd never hit a woman. I want people to understand I'm not an angry person. The day I reacted like that was after two years of being pushed and pushed and pushed. I wish I could turn back time and deal with things differently."
The former 'The Only Way Is Essex' star - who was sacked from the ITVBe show after the tapes were made public - claims he said the things he did because he was made to believe Megan was trying to stop him from seeing his son.
Dan - who also has daughter Ella with girlfriend Jacqueline Jossa - told Now! magazine: "There were things said that implied someone else would bring my son up. I never wanted that. That's why I said the most stupid and embarrassing things, like, 'You can never be with another man'. I never meant that. I just didn't want someone else bringing up my son. It was the scariest thing in the world."

Michelle Keegan thankful for Mark Wright’s help with wedding plans

Michelle Keegan is thankful to Mark Wright for getting involved in their wedding plans.
The 'Ordinary Lies' actor - who is set to marry the 'Take Me Out:The Gossip' presenter later this month - has confessed he is definitely the more organised of the pair and is thrilled he's been helping her out as she's struggling with the seating plan.
Asked if she was getting annoyed with him for getting involved, she said: "No, I'm not getting the hump, I'm thinking, 'Thank you very much'. I'm the most unorganised person you'll ever meet, where Mark is the opposite, so it's balancing quite well. I am thinking, 'Thank god he's getting involved as I need help'. It's working really well. There haven't been any arguments yet, well apart from the table plan today."
The former 'Coronation Street' actress has revealed there will be 200 guests there for their big day and insists that's just the people closest to them.
Speaking on ITV's 'Loose Women', she shared: "We are having 200 people to sit and that is just our close friends and family, we can't fit anymore in!"
Fresh from her luxurious hen-do in Dubai, the beauty looked relaxed as she told panellists how she had reacted when she was told she'd been crowned FHM's 'Sexiest Woman Alive'.
Michelle said: "I found out on my way back home. I felt well chuffed, I couldn't believe it.
"I don't feel pressured by the title though, girls are always going to get scrutinized."

Jasmin Walia has quit TOWIE

Jasmin Walia has quit 'The Only Way Is Essex' after eight series.
The 24-year-old reality TV star - who is dating 'Ex On The Beach' hunk Ross Worswick - has taken to Twitter to confirm she is departing the ITVBe programme, and also thanked the TOWIE cast and crew.
She wrote: "I can confirm that I am taking a break from filming #TOWIE but would like to thank everyone involved with the show, Producers, Crew & Cast x (sic)".
Jasmin started her TOWIE career as an extra in 2010 but got promoted to a full cast member in 2012. She's hinted, however, that she's set to move into the modelling industry, revealing on Twitter that she's working with a "lingerie brand".
She wrote: "Shooting with an amazing lingerie brand today all will be revealed...so excited (sic)".
Jasmin also recently revealed that she wants to star in a Bollywood movie, and thinks being named 'Sexiest Asian in the UK' has helped her chances.
She told BANG Showbiz: "At the moment I'm doing TOWIE but ideally I want to get into acting and singing, and possibly, I'm working on acting in Bollywood. I would love to do that.
"The transition to Hollywood, I'd love to make that. It's something I just really want to do. I've had a couple of meetings and it did help - I'll just drop this in - I was named Sexiest Asian in the UK. I've been trying to network, and events like [The Asian Awards], it is a great event to network at.
"I'd love to be offered a small part. Even if it's just a small part that leads to a big part."

Michelle Keegan returned to spot where Mark Wright proposed on hen-do

Michelle Keegan returned to the spot in Dubai where Mark Wright proposed to her while on her hen-do.
The 'Ordinary Lies' actress has admitted she couldn't stop thinking about the 28-year-old 'Take Me Out: The Gossip' presenter while on holiday and was thrilled to show her friends and family where he popped the question.
The loved-up star said: "I went back to the exact same spot where Mark proposed on the beach with some of the girls.
"I did a rerun of what happened. It was so nice for them to see it."
The 27-year-old beauty - who was recently crowned FHM's Sexiest Woman Alive - continued: "Now my friends know why I love it here so much. This place is really special to me and it was a chance to share that, as I'd told them so much about it."
Michelle was joined by 29 "hens" on the trip including her former 'Coronation Street' co-star Brooke Vincent and Mark's sister Jess Wright.
She told HELLO! magazine: "It was really nice for the Manchester girls and Essex girls to meet up. Now they'll all know each other at the wedding.
"Brooke (who plays Sophie Webster in 'Coronation Street') and I are both so busy that sometimes we don't get to see each other, but when we get together, it's like nothing has changed."
The stunning brunette is now looking forward to walking down the aisle later this month.
She added: "It's all coming together. My wedding dress is looking amazing. It's everything I wanted it to be."
