The Duke of Cambridge loves BBC Radio One’s Innuendo Bingo

The Duke of Cambridge loves the game ‘Innuendo Bingo’ played on BBC Radio One.
Prince William and his wife Duchess Catherine appeared on the show earlier this year, and during a quiet moment with the 34-year-old royal and the host Scott Mills, which was not aired on the show, William admitted he has always been a fan of the show and loves the game where innuendos are played whilst two people compete to hold in their laughter and a mouthful of water.
Speaking about the unforgettable moment William – who has three-year-old son Prince George and two-year-old daughter Princess Charlotte with his spouse – praised his show, the Radio One DJ said: "William genuinely grew up listening to Radio 1. When we were having a downtime moment on the day, William said: ‘By the way, I’ve listened to you for a very long time.’ I said to him: ‘I don’t think I’m going to be able to top today in terms of interview.’ Wills said: ‘Oh, come on, you’ve been to live with David Hasselhoff!’ I actually had done that for a show on Sky Living. Then he said: ‘I love Innuendo Bingo [a slot on Scott’s radio show].’"
However, the 35-year-old royal – who was formerly known as Kate Middleton prior to marrying William – had no idea what the stint was, although William promised to fill her in at a later date.
Scott explained: "Kate asked: ‘What’s that?’ He said: ‘I’ll explain later, darling.’"
Scott was not only blown away by their presence, and William’s confession he is a fan, but also by their generosity.
Scott told The Sun’s TV magazine: "I’d also done the LOL-a-thon, a 24-hour event for Comic Relief, just before that, and William said: ‘By the way, I texted in and donated to the LOL-a-thon a couple of times.’ That was one of the most surreal days of my whole life. They were so lovely."
