Simon Pegg and Mike Myers join Terminal

Simon Pegg and Mike Myers have joined the cast of ‘Terminal’.
The 46-year-old actor and comedic star, 52, are understood to have boarded the Vaughn Stein directed action thriller which already boasts ‘Suicide Squad’ star Margo Robbie in the lead female role.
Max Irons and Dexter Fletcher are also in the line up and play two hitmen that take on a seemingly dangerous mission while working for a mysterious high-paying employer.
Robbie, 25, will play Annie, who surprises the hitmen with her level of involvement in the mission, and they get entangled with her character.
However, how Pegg and Myers fit in has yet to be revealed.
David Barron and Molly Hassell are producing the project alongside Tom Ackerley, Josey McNamara, Sophie Kerr with LuckyChap Entertainment.
Vaughn is also writing the screenplay for ‘Terminal’ and the project is his directorial debut.
But his previous credits as second and third unit assistant director include ‘Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows’, ‘Snow White And The Huntsman’ and ‘World War Z’.
His work can also be seen on ‘In The Heart Of The Sea’, ‘The Danish Girl’, ‘Dad’s Army’ and the forthcoming Sacha Baron Cohen movie ‘Grimsby’.
Pegg is currently filming Steven Spielberg’s ‘Ready Player One’ – starring as OASIS creator Orgen Morrow in the big-screen adaptation of Ernest Cline’s best-selling book – and will be seen in Star Trek Beyond due out in July.
Irons has worked on romantic drama ‘Bitter Harvest’ and Fletcher – who last directed Eddie The Eagle – will star in ‘Eat Local’ and ’60 Seconds To Die’.
And Robbie was most recently seen starring alongside comedy-actress Tina Fey in ‘Whiskey Tango Foxtrot’.
