Gwen Stefani will be advised by Gavin Rossdale on 'The Voice USA'.
The No Doubt singer has enlisted her husband - with who she has sons Kingston, eight, Zuma, five, and four-month-old Apollo - to help her in the second stage of the competition and she thinks he has already proved himself to be the right man for the job.
She said: "He is super articulate and he has a really good opinion and he is smart and he's been doing a really good job.
"We both have, I think, a lot of experience in the sense that when you look back at all the shows and all the things we've done - and I mean, we all met like touring together and doing hundreds of shows - and it's so fun to be in the position to meet [all of the contestants]."
Meanwhile, Gavin is enjoying the experience but admits he feels a lot of "pressure".
He said: "It's a lot of pressure! These people like, I press my button because I thought they sounded good, and then I fight for them. You are in the moment and then they choose you, and it's like wow, that's their whole life right this moment! So I felt really responsible."
And the Bush frontman thinks the key thing he needs to do is help Gwen be the best she can be.
He added to 'Access Hollywood': "The main thing, from my perspective, is just to make sure that Gwen is so good and excellent like all the other judges on the show.
"It's just sort of to not interrupt and to normally let her speak, let her do her thing and I'm just like a side thing."

When asked if she wanted to have more children, Kerry - who also has Molly, 12 and Lily-Sue, 11, with her first husband, former Westlife star Brian McFadden and Heidi, seven, and Max, six, with her ex-spouse Mark Croft - told New! magazine:"Yeah. George would have another one tomorrow."

"I feel like Miss Hannigan from 'Annie' sometimes, I've got that many kids. It's just about realising what works for each child and being a team."
The 33-year-old singer - who suffers from bi-polar disorder - also admitted to being the "happiest she's ever been" with George, whom she first got to know in her teens.
She explained: "He's my best mate. We've known each other since we were 14. George asked me out when I was 17. In fact he asked me to marry him and I said no."

French Montana is reportedly planning to propose to Khloé Kardashian.
The 29-year-old rapper is smitten with the reality TV star - who filed for divorce from her husband of four years Lamar Odom in December following revelations he cheated and took drugs - and doesn't want to wait to pop the question and ultimately make Khloe his wife.
A source told Life & Style Weekly magazine: "He has started to look at rings. French knows she's the one for him. They've discussed their future and she's said she would marry him.
"If he got his way, French would propose soon, and they would marry by the end of the year. So Khloé is going to try to push her divorce through as soon as possible."
Khloé recently helped French look for a new home in Los Angeles so he can be nearer her.
Although the pair's relationship has been moving quickly over the past few months since they started dating, Khloe's family, including sister Kim Kardashian-West and stepfather Bruce Jenner are concerned about the romance.
The Kardashian clan fear the relationship is happening too soon after her painful split from Lamar and that French is using Khloé to raise his own profile.
A source previously said: "[They] are very sceptical of him. They think he's using Khloé for fame."

"This year we took Camden to the zoo for the first time, I cooked up a storm, we had family in and out, and most importantly we adjusted to now being a family of 4 with baby Jax. Speaking of Jax, here is my precious little peanut..."

Tracy Morgan is feeling "strong" after his recent accident.
The 45-year-old actor, who sustained serious injuries, including a broken femur, broken nose and broken ribs, when a Walmart truck crashed into the vehicle he was traveling in on the New Jersey Turnpike last month, was seen looking noticably thinner and used a frame to help him walk as he left his home in Cresskill, New Jersey yesterday (14.07.14), but insisted he is on the mend.
He flashed a piece sign to waiting reporters and said as he walked to his car: "I'm OK. I feel strong. Love you. Thank you very much. I appreciate it."
The '30 Rock' star's spokesperson confirmed at the weekend that the actor would undergo an "aggressive outpatient programme" after being released from a rehabilitation facility where he had been treated following the accident.
The crash, which occurred on June 7, killed Tracy's comedy writer friend James McNair, who was traveling home from a gig with him and a group of friends.
Lawyers for the actor, his assistant Jeffrey Millea, his wife Krista Millea and comedian Ardie Fuqua filed a lawsuit against Wal-Mart last week accusing the retail giant of negligence because its truck driver Kevin Roper had allegedly been "awake for more than 24 consecutive hours" when he caused the six-car pile up.
Tracy spent 10 days in a critical condition before being transferred to the rehab facility on June 20, but a source previously said he still "has a long way to go" before he fully recovers.
He is seeking compensatory and statutory damages, punitive damages, legal fees, as well as pre- and post-judgment interest at a trial by jury.

Kris Jenner feared she would never be a grandmother.
The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' matriarch is "beyond excited" that her eldest daughter Kourtney Kardashian - who already has kids Mason, four, and Penelope, two, with partner Scott Disick - is expecting her third child because she adores her all her grandchildren.
Kris - whose second child Kim Kardashian has 12-month-old daughter North with husband Kanye West - told Giuliana Rancic on 'Beyond Candid': "Truth be told, there was a couple years ago where I thought if these kids don't get started, they're not gonna have any kids. I'm not gonna have any grandchildren.
"But they are on fire right now. You can stop, I was just kidding.
"No, no, the more the merrier around here."
Kris - who also has daughter Khloe and son Rob with ex-husband Robert Kardashian and daughters Kendall and Kylie with estranged spouse Bruce Jenner - thinks being a grandmother is "fabulous" and she is enjoying the new stage in her life.
The 58-year-old star added: "I think that this is probably such an amazing time in my life and how it feels to be a grandmother, it's like nothing other than I could explain. It's just fabulous."

Cheryl Cole has taken her new husband's name.
The 'Crazy, Stupid, Love' singer - who secretly wed French restaurateur Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini last week - kept her surname from her marriage to Ashley Cole for four years following their divorce in 2010, but plans to be known just by her first name in her pop career.
A friend of former Girls Aloud star told The Sun newspaper: "Cheryl is very traditional and she is taking JB's name going forward.
"She kept the Cole name after her divorce from Ashley as it felt like a backwards step reverting to [her maiden name] Tweedy. But this is a very different situation.
"She's a traditionalist and this is the man she plans to spend the rest of her life with.
"For music, she's likely to use just Cheryl for her official artist name in the future."
While Cheryl will drop her surname for her music, she is expected to use her surname on 'The X Factor' - the UK reality show of which she has returned to the judging panel - and will be announced as Cheryl Fernandez-Versini by the series' famous voice Peter Dickson when the live shows start to mark a "new phase" for the pretty brunette.
A show source said: "It's certainly a mouthful, but it's great because her return to 'X Factor' will mark a new phase in her life."
Cheryl first sparked speculation she was changing her name after changing her Twitter handle from @CherylCole to @CherylOfficial yesterday (14.07.14).
The 'Fight For This Love' hitmaker is believed to have wed Jean-Bernard in a small ceremony of just four - which included her mother Joan Callaghan - on the island of Mustique, in the West Indies last week.
She took to Instagram to confirm the news, captioning a photo of a sparkling diamond on her ring finger: "I usually do not discuss my personal life but to stop the speculation I want to share my happy news... Jean-Bernard and I married on 7/7/14.. We are very happy and excited to move forward with our lives together.. (sic)."

Simon Cowell reportedly took Lauren Silverman on a double date last weekend.
The music mogul - who has five-month-old son Eric with his partner - is said to have splashed out on a fancy meal for himself, Lauren and several other couples on Friday (11.07.14) at the Red Stixs restaurant in New York's Water Mill, the New York Post's PageSix reports.
Simon, 54, and Lauren, 37, recently purchased a love nest worth $10 million in the city's Upper East Side but have been staying in a rented home in the Hamptons for the summer.
Meanwhile, Simon was recently left red-faced when he visited a massage clinic in London and asked for a colonic - where a patient's colon is flushed out through their bottom.
The 'X Factor' boss is said to have asked his limo driver to drop him off at a colonic cleansing centre for the procedure but was instead left embarrassed when he asked for the treatment at a reflexology centre.
Employees at the facility reportedly got the giggles when Simon asked: "Am I in the right place for a colonic?"
A source revealed: "He took a look around, checking out the foot maps.
"Staff disguised sniggers when he then asked about his colonic appointment.
"One quietly pointed out he was in a reflexology clinic and the place he needed was up the road."

Julie Bowen thinks Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello are "too good looking".
The 44-year-old actress - who stars alongside Sofia in 'Modern Family' - has commented on her co-stars' new boyfriend and joked that if the pair were to have children it would be like a "genetic explosion".
She told Entertainment Tonight Canada: "You know it almost is like a genetic explosion and there might not be enough diversity in the gene pool because they are just too good looking."
However, despite having not yet been introduced to her co-star's new squeeze, Julie admitted that what she'd seen of Joe, 37, had impressed her.
She said: "I have never met him. I saw him, certainly, and he does not hurt my eyes."
The blonde beauty also wished Sofia, 42 - who ended her engagement to businessman Nick Loeb in May - the best in her new relationship.
Julie added: "But, you know, God bless her, she's amazing and if he's nice to her I am all for it."
Sofia celebrated her birthday with the 'True Blood' hunk on Friday night (11.07.14), when she was pictured enjoying an intimate dinner party at Nobu Malibu in California.
However, the pair are said to be taking their relationship slowly as an insider recently revealed: "It's very, very new. They're having fun and getting to know each other."
