Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck want to be a "healthy couple".
The movie stars - who have three children, Violet, eight, Seraphina, five, and two-year-old son Sam - understand Hollywood can be difficult on marriages but they are determined to set a positive example to their kids.
Quizzed about Hollywood relationships, Jennifer explained: "It's something we pay attention to, yes, but that's as much because we've been together for 10 years as it is about Hollywood.
"We want to be a healthy couple and to make time for us as well as for the children and we find ways to do that."
The 42-year-old star also believes it's important to spend as much time together as possible as a couple but are also happy to share parental duties.
She added in an interview with Britain's HELLO! magazine: "Just this week, we picked up the kids from school together, took them home, then went up the coast to Santa Barbara for the night. We had dinner, woke up in the morning, had breakfast, walked around and were home in time to put the baby down for his afternoon nap."

The 'Voice' USA mentor, who is expecting her first child with her fiancé, is reportedly scouting for tropical venues for their nuptials, as she wants to tie the knot a few months after their daughter is born.
A source said: "They love Hawaii, where they got engaged, but Christina is worries about privacy, so they might rent a private island."
The singer, who also has son, Max, six, from her first marriage to Jordan Bratman, wants a "laid back" wedding.
The insider added to Life & Style magazine: "It will be a nondenominational ceremony. Last time Christina got married, it was officiated by a rabbi. This time, it will be a lot more laid back."
Matt proposed to Christina in February, and it was previously revealed he spent a year designing the perfect engagement ring.
A source said: "Matt has been working on the ring for over a year and been working on the proposal for several months.
"Matt spent a year's time mastering all the specific details with the designer to signify their love and their journey together - it's all reflected in the ring."
Matt - who has been dating Christina since they met on the set of her 2010 movie 'Burlesque', on which he was a production assistant - took inspiration from two of the 'Beautiful' hitmaker's favourite pieces of jewellery and thought carefully about the meaning behind the nine gemstones which accompany the diamond.
The source continued: "Matt knew what her two favourite rings were and married them together into one, incorporating all the details that she specifically loved. Every jewel and diamond placing has a reason and meaning for being placed there."

He told E! News: "I love that fans are constantly telling me on social media their favorite parts of the game and even offering suggestions.
"We're working really hard to integrate fan feedback and we've already added one of my favorite vacation spots to the game!
"There's so much more to come, including plenty of cute new looks and exotic locations."
The game allows the player to choose a celebrity character and navigate them around Hollywood as they attempt to gain fame, attend glamorous events, join in photo shoots and fall in love.
However, along the way, your character meets animated Kim as she assists you on shopping trips, nights out and styles you for shoots.
The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star described being in a video game as an "amazing experience".

The 21-year-old star - who recently showed off her latest design, which is white text reading 'breathe deep' - has reportedly had a showdown with bosses after they claimed her ink meant she was risking her spot on the catwalk.
An insider told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "Cara is without doubt the world's most tattooed high profile model.
"It is not ideal for catwalk shows, especially when she's modelling delicate summerwear, and particularly feminine collections.
"But her family are totally supportive, and couldn't care less, so that's all she's really bothered about. She told bosses that anything can be airbrushed these days and it wouldn't affect her professional appeal."
It is said Cara is very independent and refuses to "take orders from anyone".

The iconic comedian checked into rehab recently to help him maintain his long-term sobriety, and his 'Merry Friggin' Christmas' co-star has backed him to continue on the right path.
He told the New York Daily News newspaper's Confidenti@l column: "He wore his struggles and sobriety and was very up front and candid about what he has gone through.
"I know he is a man who likes to win and be healthy. So him going back to rehab, I pray it all works out."

He added: "I have never met anybody with a bigger brain than him ... When you talk to Robin you think, 'I have learned more in the last 20 minutes than I ever learned.'

She said: "It's no secret that I love to talk. I'm excited to do it on SiriusXM without having to interrupt anyone or keep things clean.
