Cameron Diaz wanted to "vomit in her mouth" at the thought of sleeping with Drew Barrymore.
The 'Sex Tape' actress - who admitted earlier this year she had "been with a lady" - was horrified when she was directly asked if she had been intimate with her close friend.
She said: "Some media outlet called for a comment and they wanted to know whether I was with Drew. Literally, I said, 'That makes me want to vomit in my mouth.'
"That's like saying I'm having sex with my sister. Are you crazy? I wouldn't even ménage with her!"
Cameron's admission triggered a lot of speculation, but she tried not to pay it too much attention.
She said: "I don't even pay attention. People will always speculate. People like scandal. They like to put a label on something that they don't understand. It makes them feel comfortable. Mostly they like to guess who it could be."
The 41-year-old beauty admits she has been experimental in her sex life, and though she doesn't want to share too many details, she doesn't want to appear horrified by anything as she wouldn't want to "shame" anyone else.
She explained to America's Harper's Bazaar magazine: "Everybody tries things and sees things and checks them out, and either walks away or walks further in. It's life -- it's what people do.
"I'm not going to tell people what I've done, but I'm also not going to say, 'No! I would never!' If I said that, I'd be shaming myself and shaming other people's choices. I don't want to add any stigma to someone's choice."

Kristen Wiig would love to tackle a "dramatic" role.
The 40-year-old actress is mainly known for her work in comedy, and while she doesn't think being pigeonholed is a "bad thing", she would also like to branch out and do new things.
She said: "It's not necessarily a bad thing. You have to have some sort of context for a person to register in your brain, and I was introduced to the world as a cast member of 'SNL'.
"But I've always wanted to do dramatic stuff, to write and direct, do a lot of different things. Comedy is where my heart lies, but there's also something really satisfying about being able to step away with a small crew, become a character and get to know her for a few months at a time."
Kristen's next role, as a lottery winner with borderline personality disorder who stops taking her medication and starts a talk show in 'Welcome to Me', sees her take on a new challenge - getting "fully naked" on screen.
She added in an interview with America's ELLE magazine: "I'd never read a character like that.
"I got to a scene where it read, 'She's fully naked,' and I remember thinking, 'If I do this movie, I have to do this scene, because it's really important to this script.'"

Kim Kardashian's stepbrother thinks her ex-boyfriend "dodged a bullet" in not marrying the socialite.
The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star's stepsibling Brody Jenner, who skipped her own nuptials to Kanye West in Florence, Italy in May, was on hand to watch Reggie Bush marry professional dancer Lilit Avagyan at the Grand Del Mar in San Diego at the weekend, and was reportedly overheard making it clear he thinks the NFL star has now found his perfect match.
A source said the former 'Hills' star was overheard saying "that he had never seen Reggie happier, and thought his new wife Lilit was the perfect match for him."
The insider added: "There was of course no mention of Kim during the festivities, but Brody believes Reggie dodged a huge bullet by not marrying her!"
Brody was also have said to have told fellow guests he "couldn't care less" if Kim was upset he was at Reggie's wedding but didn't go to hers.
The insider added to RadarOnline.com: "Of course it's a huge diss to Kim that her step-brother went to her ex-boyfriend's wedding, and not hers!
"But Brody has been friends with Reggie for years, and wouldn't have missed his wedding. It's no secret that Brody and Kim aren't close."
The 30-year-old star recently blamed working commitments for his decision to miss Kim and Kanye's wedding, but insiders claim he only booked a gig after he received an invite to the nuptials in Paris, France, and Florence, Italy, because he was upset his model girlfriend Kaitlynn Carter, 26, wasn't invited.
The source said: "Brody chose not to attend because she didn't invite his girlfriend.
"He only booked a gig to DJ in Chicago after her wedding invitations were sent out."
Kim and Reggie dated for three years until 2010 and Brody formed a close bond with him afterwards.

Sandra Bullock came face-to-face with her alleged stalker when he broke into her home.
The 'Gravity' actress raised the alarm last month upon discovering superfan Joshua Corbett going through her personal items, and it has now emerged she found him in her hallway at 1am after getting up to close and lock her bedroom door when she heard a loud banging noise.
According to website TMZ - who have obtained a copy of the search warrant for Corbett's property - Sandra slammed and locked her door shut and called police, who she told she had showered before going to bed so she was unsure how long he had been in the Los Angeles property.
When police arrived at the home she shares with her four-year-old son Louis - who was away that night - Corbett began screaming apologies.
He said: "Sandy, I'm sorry. Please don't press charges."
The alleged stalker was carrying several handwritten notes and a notebook filled with cut-out pictures of the 'Blind Side' star.
One note read: "I will forever be thinking of you and Louie, my son, as you are my wife by law, the law of God and you belong to me and me to you.(sic)"
Another said he forgave her for "anything you may have done" and that she is "hot and intelligent, lissome and taught. (sic)."
Following a search on his home, Corbett was charged with 19 felonies relating to weapon possession after he was discovered to have an "arsenal" of weapons, including seven machine guns.
As well as seven charges for those guns, he also faces two counts of possession of an assault weapon and 10 counts of possession of a destructive device - believed to be red-tipped tracer rounds - as well as being charged for stalking the actress.

Lady Gaga doesn't feel "threatened" by her boyfriend's sex scenes.
The 'Applause' hitmaker doesn't mind Taylor Kinney - who she has been dating for three years - getting close to his 'Chicago PD' co-star Sophia Bush because she is confident in their romance and understands he is just doing his job.
Sophia said: "[Gaga is] an artist through and through. There's no part of her that doesn't understand our job or thinks it's weird. I thinks she's probably the least threatened woman on the planet."
Sophia also admitted her first encounter with the 28-year-old singer - whose real name is Stefani Germanotta - was "a little strange" because she had already shot intimate scenes with Taylor at that point.
She told DigitalSpy: "It's always a little strange to meet the love of someone's life after you've swapped spit with their partner!
"But she's just the loveliest human being and so warm and welcoming - I've been such a huge fan of her for so long."
However, the 32-year-old beauty - who is in a relationship with Google programme manager Dan Fredinburg - admits she was pleased she didn't meet Gaga when she first started working with her boyfriend as she thinks she'd have been overwhelmed.
She said: "I didn't get to meet Stef until after Taylor and I started to work - I was really glad I had a while to wrap my head around it, because if I'd have met her in my first week in Chicago, I probably would have cried and it would have been real awkward for everyone!

Nicola Roberts has defended Cheryl Cole over her whirlwind marriage.
The 'Crazy, Stupid, Love' singer tied the knot with Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini in a secret ceremony last week after just a few months of dating, and her former Girls Aloud bandmate insists the depth of her feelings for the French businessman mean she hasn't rushed into things.
She tweeted: "For the Versinis', but mostly for her, who is happier than ever. Love. xo.(sic)".
The message was accompanied by a picture of a quotation which read: "You can be in a relationship for two years and feel nothing; you can be in a relationship for two months and feel everything.
"Time is not a measure of quality; of infatuation, or of love."
Meanwhile, Cheryl's new engagement and wedding rings have been estimated to be worth a staggering £300,000 by celebrity jewellery Vashi Dominguez.
The jeweller explained: "Cheryl has been presented with an emerald cut diamond engagement ring by Jean-Bernard.
"Reminiscent of Kim Kardashian's emerald cut choice following her recent wedding to rapper Kanye West, the ring is

Katie Price will only take Kieran Hayler's surname if he proves himself.
The 36-year-old glamour model, who was left humiliated earlier this year when the part-time stripper cheated on her with her best friend Jane Pountney, admits she's "old fashioned" and would change her name to Katie Hayler - but unfaithful Kieran, 27, must first win back her trust.
Speaking on her FUBAR Radio show with Mark Dolan today (15.07.14), she said: "I'd love to have the surname, but obviously for work it's Price because that's that. But the passport, yes, I would do it but with Kieran he would have to prove himself before I actually have the name.
"I'm quite old fashioned believe it or not. I just want to be in love, have that fairytale, be that perfect wife, [and] have their name. [I want to] still have my career as I think it's important that you're not in and out of each other's pockets and stuff."
Katie, who has been married twice before, to cage fighter Alex Reid and singer Peter Andre, also claimed she tends to be the breadwinner in her relationships but tries to share the wealth as much as possible.
She explained: "I go for the men who don't earn the same as me, but I try to make it equal - it's not like in a relationship I go around with a label on my head saying I earn more money than you so I'm looking down on you."
But the pregnant mother-of-four - who has son Harvey, 12, with Dwight Yorke, Junior, nine, and Princess, seven, with Peter and 10-month-old Jett with Kieran - admits money has often caused relationship conflicts in the past.
Katie added: "I try to make it equal but it just goes to show, whatever man I've been with, there's always been a drama. Do I go out with a man who's got more money than me or the same as me - who knows?"

Lea Michele visited a spa on the anniversary of Cory Monteith's death.
The 'Glee' actress didn't want to be in Los Angeles - where she was given the news her boyfriend had died from an alcohol and drug overdose last July - for the actor's memorial day, so was taken to the San Ysidro Ranch spa in Montecito, California, by a group of girlfriends and her new boyfriend Matthew Paetz.
A source told E! Online: "She was in Los Angeles when she got the news that Cory died. So she was not going to stay in LA over his anniversary."
While the insider said Lea and her friends had a "great time" relaxing and hanging out, the brunette beauty also found the time to remember her former lover on twitter.
The 27-year-old actress posted an old photograph of the Canadian actor, in which he is smiling on a beach, on the social media site, and wrote: "We hold you in our hearts today, and every day we remember your smile. We will love you and miss you always."
Lea's co-stars also remembered Cory on their social media profiles.
Matthew Morrison tweeted: "I personally believe Cory was reborn into some other beautiful form a year ago today. I celebrate him and his life... Wherever that may be."
'Glee' creator Ryan Murphy simply tweeted: "Miss you."
Actor Kevin McHale posted: "It's been 1 whole year & it's still so surreal, but today is just a reminder of how damn great you were and how much you mean to us all"

Jessica Simpson and Eric Johnson looked "so in love" on their honeymoon.
The couple - who tied the knot on 4 July - spent a week in the presidential suite at the luxurious Four Seasons Punta Mita Resort in Mexico, and spent much of their vacation at the secluded hotel relaxing by the pool and on the beach.
A source told Us Weekly magazine: "They had an amazing time and looked so in love during the entire visit.
"They enjoyed cocktails by the pool and spent a lot of time on the beach, just relaxing after their big day."
Despite the resort boasting first-class spa facilities, the newlyweds chose not to visit, preferring their "natural surroundings".
The source added: "They just let the natural surroundings put them at peace.
"They [were] lounging around at the resort, and enjoying their first week together as husband and wife."
During her honeymoon, Jessica - who has daughter Maxwell, two, and son Ace, 13 months, with Eric - celebrated turning 34 and marked the occasion with a social media posting of herself relaxing in the resort.
She wrote: "And the sun sets on 33."
