General Levy raps for Nick Grimshaw

General Levy recorded a special rap song for Nick Grimshaw.
The ragga MC has just released new single 'Pull Up' with DJ Sticky and the BBC Radio 1 breakfast DJ was one of the first people to pick up on the track.
However, when Grimmy first began playing the song he had trouble pronouncing General Levy's name correctly, and it was his moniker mistakes that inspired the humorous dubplate.
Grimmy played the song this morning (20.11.14) and screamed in delight as he heard Levy rap his name incorrectly several times.
Lyrics included: "Nick Grimeshaw ... Kershaw ... Grimshure ... me no sure."
And another line was: "Breakfast show you have to Pull Up Pull Up ... with your tea and your toast, you have have to Pull Up Pull Up."
After he played the track to the nation, Grimmy said: "That was so amazing!"
Levy wrote 'Pull Up' - which is available now - with DJ Sticky and their composition was inspired by an impromptu road trip from Croatia to Venice.
The two artists met each other on an airport transport bus after they both performed at the Outlook music festival but they missed their flight and had to hire a car to get home and that's when they agreed to work on a collaboration.
Sticky exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "We were on our way back to the airport on the same transfer bus, I jumped on the bus and I was like, 'I can't believe it its Levy!'
"A three-hour journey ended up being a seven-hour journey because we missed the plane; we had to go through two borders and ended up flying out from Venice airport."
Levy - whose biggest hit was 'Incredible' with M-Beat - added: "Yeah it was a mix-up, we had a lot of time to bond and a lot of connections got made on that trip during those summer festivals that's when a lot of artists cross-pollinate."

Britain’s Prince Harry challenged to duel

Britain's Prince Harry was challenged to a duel in Oman.
The 30-year-old royal was visiting the Nizwa Fort in the country on the second day of his tour to the Middle East when he was challenged to a sword fight by folk dancer Mohammed Moussa.
Harry was then handed a wooden shield and 3ft-long blade by the 60 year old, before the pair started to mock battle, reports Telegraph.co.uk.
The fourth-in-line to the throne was also taught how to do a "sword shimmer" as part of a traditional Razha sword dance and attempted to join Mr Moussa in making the blade wobble.
The Prince clearly enjoyed trying out the dance, saying, 'This is mad', as he attempted to perfect the trademark move.
Later, Harry enjoyed a shopping spree at the Muttrah souk in the country's capital, Muscat, where he was spotted buying a cashmere scarf and a soft toy in the shape of a camel.

Britain’s Duke of Edinburgh honours soldiers

Britain's Duke of Edinburgh, Prince Philip, has honoured soldiers on their return from Afghanistan.
The 93-year-old royal travelled to the Athlone Barracks in Germany to present around 100 troops with medals for their services in a mission entitled Op Herrick 20, reports the Express newspaper.
The Duke - who is married to Queen Elizabeth II - admitted it was a "great pleasure" to award the medals as he addressed the 300 strong regiment, as well as the soldiers' families.
The troops are some of the last to receive their medals since the British soldiers left their Camp Bastion posts and handed it over to Afghan officials in October.
He said: "It's a great pleasure for me to be here again to present these campaign medals and also to welcome you all back again.
"I am quite sure your family and friends are delighted to see you and I hope you all had a good leave and are now back raring to go."
One member of the squadron, 24-year-old Luke Edwardson from County Durham, recalled his experience fighting in Afghanistan and shared his pride at being part of the last tour.
He said: "It will never leave me and it was a big part of my life.
"It was the last tour so I feel proud to be part of it.
"There's not going to be any more combat troops there.
"On the plane and having a quick look behind and thinking no-one's coming back, I was really proud."

Zac Efron’s solo fun

Zac Efron has joked he pleasures himself 17 times a day.
The former 'High School Musical' star made the claim in a spoof interview with James Franco, who was appearing as his 'The Interview' character Dave Skylark, and also insisted he likes to enjoy doing such antics with his knees while driving his car.
Speaking in the E! video, James says: "Tonight, the topic is masturbation. The guest is Zac Efron, who seems to be a bit of a master of masturbation."
Zac is later seen pretending to self-pleasure without using his hands in the clip in which he is seen leaning back in his seat before falling back into the chair and saying: "God damn - woohoo!"
The 27-year-old actor is no stranger to appearing naked on screen as he appeared nude in comedy movie 'That Awkward Moment' earlier this year when his character had to lie over the toilet in an attempt to use the facility while under the influence of Viagra.
Zac can also be seen fondling himself in a deleted scene from his 2014 motion picture 'Neighbors', which appears in the DVD extras.
What's more, when asked whether he would be prepared to do a full frontal scene on the big screen in the future he didn't rule it out.
He said: "Who knows? I'm not going to say yes or no yet."

Craig Charles quits I’m A Celebrity after brother’s death

Craig Charles has quit 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!' following his brother's death.
The 'Coronation Street' actor - who was starring in the 14th series of the reality TV show - has left the jungle after he was informed that his elder sibling, Dean, had suffered a fatal heart attack, aged 52, on Tuesday night (18.11.14).
According to The Sun newspaper, Craig, 50, was told of the tragedy when he woke up this morning (20.11.14) and show bosses have confirmed he left the jungle camp shortly afterwards.
An ITV spokesman said: "Craig decided to leave the IAC camp earlier today and will be heading back to his family in the UK. We send our sincere condolences to Craig and his family."
Dean's ex-wife Karen Shaw - who had two children with the former police superintendent - has spoken of the family's shock.
She said: "It's a shock. He was always fit and healthy."
Adding: "Craig will have to leave after this."
Craig is the second person to quit the show in just 24 hours after 'The Only Way Is Essex' star, Gemma Collins, decided "that jungle life is not for her" on Wednesday (19.11.14).
A spokesperson for the show said: "We're sorry to see Gemma go but respect her decision and wish her well."
Before her departure from the ITV series, Gemma, 33, had complained about the lack of food on the show and insisted camp mates were being treated worse than criminals.
She said: "People who murder get treated better than this.
"That's the truth. Even a murderer gets fed three times a day."

Gemma Collins heartbroken by split

Gemma Collins quit 'I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!' because of a "personal and very serious incident".
The 33-year-old star left the show yesterday (19.11.14) after three nights in the jungle, and has now revealed her split from boyfriend Alex Moss before the cameras started rolling is to blame for her short stay in the camp.
She explained: "The jungle was harder than I ever expected, I am just not as strong as I thought I was.
"A personal and very serious incident that happened to me hours before I flew to Australia affected me in camp far more than I could have imagined and I just couldn't carry on in there."
Police were called to 'The Only Way is Essex' star's home in Brentwood, Essex shortly before she flew across the world for the reality show - with Gemma claiming her boyfriend had assaulted her.
The 34-year-old ex-convict was questioned by police following the incident before being released on bail, but friends of Gemma claim the situation was still fresh on her mind when she entered the camp.
A source close to the busty blonde said: "She was devastated. She thought he was the one.
"She was going through a sudden and dramatic break-up, then she had to get on a plane and fly out to Australia for one of the most intense experiences of her life.
"She hasn't been able to talk to anyone."
As well as the emotional turmoil of the altercation with her former lover, friends added that her mother's ill health would also have been playing on her mind.
The source continued: "On top of that, her mum has been ill for months, and she was worried about leaving her."

Lynda Bellingham’s son speaks out after her death

Lynda Bellingham's son Michael Peluso claims a simple medical test could've saved his mother's life.
Michael, 31 - who is one of Lynda and ex-husband Nunzio Peluso's two sons - has spoken out for the first time since his mother lost her battle with colon cancer last month to reveal she had been living with the disease for 18 months before it was diagnosed.
Former 'Loose Women' panellist Lynda had undergone regular routine tests which failed to catch the disease and Michael believes if his mother had been offered a colonoscopy earlier, she could still be alive.
He said: "She was a massive champion for getting a colonoscopy...It would have saved her life.
"They missed it so much. She had two stool tests, a blood test and they never found it. She was carrying cancer for 18 months before she discovered she had it."
And Michael has also opened up about starring alongside his mother - who also had son Robbie with Nunzio - in her final role in the film 'Too Close For Comfort 2', in which she played a mother telling her son she has cancer.
Michael told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "That I found difficult. I actually had to leave the room when we filmed it.
"She is such a good actress and it's so believable. And because I know that cry because of what was going on at the time."
