Nick and Vanessa Lachey sell home for 3.995m

Nick and Vanessa Lachey have sold their home for $3.995 million.
The couple listed their Encino mansion at the end of April and have completed the sale in just 37 days, receiving more than $1 million more than the $2.85 they paid for it in 2011, TMZ reports.
Nick, 42, and Vanessa, 35, who have three-year-old son Camden and one-year-old daughter Brooklyn together, spend most of their time in his hometown of Cincinnati, Ohio and only come to Los Angeles for work.
The 8,134 sq ft house has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, along with a private screening room and a pool.
Meanwhile, actress Vanessa previously admitted she sometimes finds it hard to believe she is a mother.
She said: "It’s still very surreal to me that I’m a mother of two. I am loving every day of it. It’s not really hit me yet. I’m still evolving as a woman and a mother, and so what I’m learning from her, and my son, and my husband is an every day journey."
Asked how they came up with their daughter’s name, Vanessa said: "Well we love New York. We were actually in New York and we thought Brooklyn Lachey sounds a little better than SoHo Lachey or East River Lachey or The Bronx Lachey."
Vanessa previously admitted that things in her house got more chaotic with the arrival of Brooklyn, but she wouldn’t change anything about motherhood.
She said: "When I look back at one I’m like, what was I ever complaining about or what was I ever so stressed about? It’s funny because everyone says you sleep when baby sleeps or you take a nap when baby takes a nap. That’s true when you have one. When you have two, that is not true.
"It does feel like the day becomes more hectic, but in all the best ways and in every way that I wanted it to become because I always wanted to be a mother and I always wanted to be a wife and I’ve always wanted a family."
