Joe Wicks has become a father for the first time.
The 31-year-old fitness coach – who is known as The Body Coach – took to Instagram to reveal his partner Rosie Jones has given birth to their daughter, and both mother and baby are "in great health".
He wrote: "The very first moment we met Last night at 9.29pm we had our first little baby. A girl weighing 7.2lbs. Rosie and the baby are both in great health and we are all so happy and can’t stop cuddling Thanks to everyone sending well wishes and congratulations. Wish I could respond to them all. Lots of love, Joe, Rosie and baby (sic)"
Joe also shared a topless picture of himself cradling his little one in his arms, but he is yet to reveal his baby girl’s name.
The TV presenter also took to the social media site in May to announce he was to become a dad for the first time.
He wrote: "Hey everyone, I’m gonna be a Daddy [heart] This is the first time I’ve ever shared a photo of myself with Rosie.
"I’ve always chosen to keep my personal life and relationship private but with such an amazing new thing coming into our lives I thought it would be nice to share the news with you myself. We are both absolutely buzzing to be parents.
"We don’t know the sex of the baby but it’s due in just over 10 weeks time. #TheBabyCoach coming soon..!(sic)"
In January, the fitness expert admitted he has previously spent a lot of time thinking about the sort of parent he wants to be.
He said: "I think about this a lot. Like, will I put them in private school? I didn’t have that and I turned out alright. I don’t want my kids to be spoilt, I want them to learn the value of money and of working."
