Hollyoaks’ Romeo Quinn will develop feelings for Celeste Faroe.
Celeste, who is played by Andrea Ali, arrived on the Channel 4 soap with her husband Toby (Bobby Gordon) back in November, but despite being married she’s set to turn the head of teen Romeo.
In scenes set to air next week, Romeo will set his sights on Celeste when he serves her at Marnie Nightingale’s patisserie.
And the hunk (played by Owen Warner) will manage to earn a kiss from Celeste, but it’s not what it seems as the former model agent has a motive behind her moves.
Celeste and Toby moved to the village on a mission for revenge against Toby’s twin Mitchell Deveraux, and are seen throwing a house-warming party next week as an opportunity to discover their neighbours’ secrets – especially those being kept by the Deveraux family.
Lisa Loveday (Rachel Adedeji) makes a pass at Toby during the party, and Toby and Celeste immediately come up with a plan to target Lisa to get closer to the Deverauxs.
Toby will flirt with Lisa and will take her back to the Deverauxs’ flat, where he starts asking various questions about her upbringing.
And whilst Toby is distracted with Lisa, Celeste decides to have her own fun with Romeo, asking him to come and fix her shower before taking the opportunity to kiss him.
For Romeo, the new love interest comes as he has been single since the sad death of his partner Lily McQueen (Lauren McQueen) last year.
Lily died when she contracted sepsis after self harming, as she admitted herself into a mental health facility, but ran away before doctors were able to inform her of her condition.
Actress Lauren previously said she couldn’t help but get emotional shooting her final scenes.
She said: "I was in tears reading my final episodes.
"It’s a huge storyline to go out on."
