Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford share secrets to happy marriage

Eamonn Holmes says his marriage to Ruth Langsford is stronger than ever.
Despite admitting he is an "outrageous flirt", Eamonn insisted Ruth is the only woman for him and they are still hopelessly in love.
He told the Sunday People: "I’m an outrageous flirt but we’re safe as houses. We could not be happier, or more secure, in our marriage."
Ruth added: "We’ve just come back from holiday in Greece and it felt like dating all over again – like a second honeymoon."
And Eamonn – who co-presents ‘This Morning’ with his wife – cites humour as respect as the key to their strong personal and working relationship.
He said: "Neither of us wears the trousers – in fact I like it when Ruth doesn’t wear any trousers at all.
"But we stand up to each other in the nicest possible way. And we respect each other. Humour has also kept me married. If I can make Ruth laugh, then I’m out of jail. I get to work with the person I love."
Earlier this year Eamonn had a double hip operation but admitted he is still recovering.
He said: "I’m a work in progress. I have no pain in my hips now, they are wonderful. But I don’t have full movement in my legs. My muscles are wasted."
Ruth added: "He thought he’d be perfect after six weeks. I don’t know why he thought that would be the case. But he’s been doing lots of exercises. He’ll be fine."
And she hinted that their bedroom antics have been put on hold while he recovers.
She said: "Well, there’s hip-hop and there’s hip-pop. You don’t want hip-pop by doing anything too strenuous."
