Daniel Radcliffe was ‘genuinely scared’ of Ralph Fiennes

Daniel Radcliffe was "genuinely scared" of Ralph Fiennes.
The 26-year-old actor – who is best known for his long standing lead role as the iconic wizard Harry Potter in the science fiction sequel – has admitted he was petrified of the villainous character, who plays Lord Voldemort in the movie, for "years".
Speaking to PEOPLE about his fearsome co-stars, he said: "Ralph genuinely scared me for a few years.
"I remember when I was 15 doing scenes with Ralph for the first time. He was even scarier than Alan was at first."
And the dark haired Hollywood hunk has revealed he was also "super intimidated" by the late actor Alan Rickman – who passed away in January this year aged 69 – who was cast as Professor Snape.
Radcliffe explained: ""Alan was super intimidating to start off with as well, but then you get into it.
Meanwhile the London-born star – who landed the eponymous role aged 11 – insists he had a normal childhood.
Speaking previously, he said: "I think people always imagined that I didn’t have a childhood or I missed out on some stuff, and I’m sure I had a very different childhood, but all those first dates and first kisses, those rites of passage, I still had them, and they were actually generally really private. I don’t feel like I have to share them with the world, and I felt like they were really my own, which is nice."
However, Radcliffe was forced to disguise himself by wearing a cap on his first "proper" date so he wouldn’t get noticed.
He explained: "I just went out with a cap on, and you have to hope that the person you’re dating is understanding and not made to feel awkward by someone coming up or anything like that, but you just do it. That was always the weird thing."
