Caprice ‘cannot wait’ for Dancing on Ice return

Caprice "cannot wait" to get back on the ice this week.
The ‘Dancing on Ice’ star "parted ways" with her professional partner Hamish Gaman last week, meaning she didn’t compete on last weekend’s show, but she has broken her silence to reassure fans she still "loves skating" and is looking forward to competing again.
In response to a tweet from Blue singer Duncan James, who said she is "one of the loveliest people" he knows and he can’t wait to see her skate this weekend, she replied: "Love u babes thank u … I can’t wait 2 skate as well #loveskating xxxxx (sic)"
The 48-year-old model also praised her new skating partner Oscar Peter as "amazing", but has remained silent when asked what happened with Hamish.
When quizzed by a fan about who her new partner is, she replied: "Oscar Peters he is amazing (sic)"
The same supporter also asked if she is coming back to the ice, and questioned what happened with Hamish.
Caprice simply wrote: "Yes I am … so excited xxx (sic)"
Yesterday (21.01.20), it was revealed Caprice had returned to ‘Dancing on Ice’ training after missing Sunday’s (19.01.20) episode.
In a statement, a spokeswoman for ITV confirmed: "We’re pleased to say that Caprice is back on the ice today in training and very much working towards returning to the show on Sunday night."
News of Caprice and Hamish’s professional split was announced by show host Holly Willoughby during the show.
She said: "Unfortunately Caprice and Hamish have parted ways and will not be skating this week. As you saw in our opening number, Hamish remains very much part of our professional team and we hope to have Caprice back on the ice next week."
