Biggs Chris believes "nothing happened" between Rebecca Gormley and Michael Griffiths.
His romance with his former ‘Love Island’ co-star was cast in doubt following speculation she had spent the night at Michael’s house, and while he believes she "f***ed up", he doesn’t think anything untoward has gone on between the pair.
He said: "Michael did try to call me that night while I was asleep and when I spoke to him he was like, ‘Look, what was I meant to do with her? She was drunk.’
"Michael wanted to make sure she was safe and told me she slept on the couch.
"Obviously the person who was in the wrong was Rebecca.
"Everyone’s morals are different. I wouldn’t have done that to her but I do believe nothing happened. She explained things and I took her word for it.
"In my head I’m like, ‘Rebecca you f***ed up’. But at the same time if people knew the truth they’d understand it."
Biggs admitted Rebecca has been "really apologetic" about the situation, but it has made him "wary".
He added to The Sun Online: "She’s been really apologetic about it.
"This made me want to take things even slower, but everything is good. It’s just in my head I’m wary."
Earlier this month, Rebecca said she is "seeing where things go" with Biggs.
The pair met on this year’s first-ever winter series of the ITV2 dating show but didn’t couple up with each other, and Biggs was eliminated from the show shortly after the Casa Amor stage, with Rebecca still in the villa.
She was coupled up with Jordan Waobikeze but they went their separate ways after being dumped from the island, and in her exit interview Rebecca admitted she had feelings for Biggs.
They have since hooked up, and she recently said: "Biggs and I have have been spending some time together and seeing where things go. Nothing is official.
"He really makes me laugh and we have great banter together. He is a really nice guy."
