Gemma Collins is hoping to lose weight in the 'I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here' jungle.
The 33-year-old star - who has famously battled with her weight - arrived in Australia earlier today (11.11.14) and has confessed she's nervous about heading to the ITV reality series camp later this week but is hoping to drop a dress size or two while restricted to rations.
She said: "Every time I think about going in the jungle, I get very, very nervous. I get stomach cramps, I feel sick. Even talking about it scares me.
"I am used to reality TV but this is the unknown. I don't know what is going to happen."
Gemma added: "But the one good thing about going in the jungle is I will hopefully lose some weight!"
The curvaceous blonde - who is reported to have called the police on ex-boyfriend Alexander Moss on the weekend after he allegedly assaulted her - insists, however, that taking part in the show does not mean she is planning to quit 'The Only Way Is Essex'.
She explained: "I absolutely love TOWIE. I am missing the Christmas special but I will be back ... I do hope people see a different side to me.
"This is a chance for me to be me. I am not 100 per cent confident and I think people sometimes think of me as a crazy, shouty woman!"
The full line up includes Gemma, Kendra Wilkinson, Melanie Sykes, Tinchy Stryder, Vicki Michelle, Nadia Forde, Carl Fogarty MBE, Craig Charles, Jimmy Bullard and Michael Buerk.
'I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here' returns with its 14th series on Sunday November 16 at 9pm on ITV.

Kendra Wilkinson is to appear on 'I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!'
The former Playboy model arrived in Australia earlier today as the shock US contestant set to take part in the ITV reality series, which sees a number of celebrities attempt to survive in the jungle by completing bushtucker trials in return for food and rewards.
The 29-year-old reality star could be set to spill the beans about her relationship with American Football player Hank Baskett, with whom she has two children, after it was claimed earlier this year that he'd had an affair with a transsexual woman.
Joining Kendra in the jungle will be former Premier League footballer Jimmy Bullard, 36 - who played for teams including Fulham, Wigan and Hull City.
He said of his decision to take part: "I am a massive fan of the show. I'm doing nothing else. I'm retired. It was an easy decision."
Jimmy added: "I am not worried about being seen naked. I live naked half the time!"
Other celebrities who have arrived Down Under include legendary BBC journalist Michael Buerk, TV presenter Melanie Sykes, 'Coronation Street' actor Craig Charles, Tinchy Stryder, Carl Fogarty, Vicki Michelle and Nadia Forde.
'The Only Way Is Essex' favourite Gemma Collins is also reported to have confirmed her spot on the show, although she is yet to arrive in Australia.

Sharon Osbourne thinks 'The X Factor' judging panel is s**t this year.
The 62-year-old television personality returned to the show as a judge in 2013 following a four year stint from 2004 to 2007, but has slammed the current panel, featuring Simon Cowell, Louis Walsh, Cheryl Fernandez-Versini and Mel B, insisting the former Spice Girls star is the only interesting mentor.
The feisty mother-of-three hit out at the ITV show, saying: "Mel B is the only one with a real opinion. Everything else is bulls**t."
Taking her torrent of abuse against the show to another level, she explained that she thinks the talent show should be axed due to tumbling ratings, with BBC One's 'Strictly Come Dancing' repeatedly pulling in more viewers.
Speaking to the Daily Mirror newspaper, she continued: "I think it's time they all went home.
"I think it would have been lovely to end it on top last year when the numbers were great. Now, they're going down and it's like a shame to keep something going when it's going downhill.
"You should always stop when you're on top."
Meanwhile, Sharon - who is married to Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne - revealed she would be returning to TV screens with her family in 2015 for eight new episodes of their reality show 'The Osbournes', which tracks their hectic day-to-day life.

Claudia Winkleman could be set to return to 'Strictly Come Dancing' this weekend.
The much-loved TV presenter was forced to pull out of co-hosting the BBC One celebrity dance contest with Tess Daly for the past two weeks after her daughter was badly burned in a Halloween accident.
However, after spending a fortnight at eight-year-old Matilda's hospital bedside, BBC bosses are optimistic Claudia will return in time to present this weekend's Blackpool spectacular at the Tower Ballroom, the Daily Express newspaper reports.
The 42-year-old host - who has proved a huge hit on the show since joining earlier this year after Sir Bruce Forsyth decided to step down from his role - was replaced by spin-off show 'It Takes Two' presenter Zoe Ball during her absence.
Claudia and husband Kris Thykier's daughter Matilda had to be rushed to hospital on October 31 after her Halloween costume reportedly caught fire and burnt her legs.
In a statement, the couple - who also have sons Jake and Arthur together - said at the time: "Our daughter was involved in an accident on Friday night while celebrating Halloween. She is having the best care possible and we are hopeful of a full recovery."
Meanwhile, 'This Morning' reporter Alison Hammond was the latest celebrity to be voted out of the competition last weekend after she and former 'Xtra Factor' host Caroline Flack found themselves in the dance off.
Paying tribute to Claudia and her family, Alison said: "Our thoughts are with her."

Paul Akister hopes Stereo Kicks will do well on 'The X Factor'.
The wannabe popstar - who was voted off the ITV talent show last weekend - has confessed he's grown close to the boy band's Barclay Beales and is rooting for them to go far in the competition.
Quizzed on who he was going to miss the most, Paul exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "Barclay out of the eight piece, Stereo Kicks. It has just really been Barclay, the closest one, because he's like me so we've been getting along and it will be nice to see him out of this competition."
The 25-year-old hopeful went on to confess that he admires the group as he doesn't think he would've been able to cope if he'd been put together with seven contestants he'd never met before and asked to perform.
He said: "They're really nice and they're ... It's weird to see them all get along well because for me, if I was in a group I'd be quite uptight all the time but they're really cool together and I want them to do well because it must be hard to be shoved into a group. I couldn't do it."
Meanwhile, Paul has rubbished claims his quiet personality could prevent him from pursuing a career in the music industry.
He added: "100 per cent not true. You don't have to be flying about to be a credible artist. You don't have to be doing cartwheels onto the stage and jumping around in interviews. I think it's quite good to see different people."

'Dapper Laughs: On The Pull' has been cancelled.
The ITV2 show - whose first series ran from September 29 to November 3 - will not return for a second season after the host Daniel O'Reilly was caught on film making a joke which referenced the rape of a woman and his television show.
Over 50,000 people signed an online petition to persuade the network's chief executive Adam Crozier to cancel the show - which shows Daniel acting as the character Dapper Laughs, who gives dating advice to men.
In a statement from ITV, a spokesman said: "We have given careful thought to the recent criticism of the character Dapper Laughs, which has focused on his activities outside of the ITV2 programme, whose content was carefully considered and complied.
"We have taken the decision that we will not be considering this show for a second series."
After cancelling the Welsh leg of his comedy tour 'The Full Length', Daniel has addressed the controversy on his Twitter page for Dapper Laughs.
On Friday (07.11.14) he wrote: "I haven't been on Twitter in a while. My timelines gone mad #Bonkers (sic)"
The comedian then shared a screencap of an apology which read: "I know that there has been heated commentary on social media in recent days, online abuse of any kind is wrong. Therefore, I would like to say a few words to make my views clear. Some comedians push the boundaries in the name of entertainment. That means taking risks. But I think it's important that is we over step the mark and cause upset that we apologise. I would like to say sorry to those people who I have upset by my recent comments. I assure them that was not my intention."

Detective Inspector Reid has "retreated from the world" in the new series of 'Ripper Street'.
The eccentric police detective played by Matthew MacFadyen returns in series three of the Victorian crime drama - that was rescued by Amazon Prime after being axed by the BBC - which picks up in Whitechapel four years after the end of series two.
Speaking at the premiere of 'Ripper Street' series three at east London's Shoreditch Town Hall, Matthew said of his character's development: "Reid has retreated from the world and lost his erstwhile friends Jackson [Adam Rothenberg] and Drake [Jerome Flynn], one to women and booze and one to Manchester. He's sort of alone and lonely."
And although his character no longer has his former colleagues on his side, Matthew insists he enjoyed being able to envisage what he'd been up to in the time that's passed.
He added: "As an actor it's wonderful because there's four years you can sort of make up in your head."
Meanwhile, MyAnna Buring - who reprises her role as Long Susan - has hinted that while her character is attempting to do good with the money she inherited after her blackmailer Silas Duggan (Frank Harper) died at the end of series two, there may be unfortunate consequences.
She explained: "She's taken the promise she made to Duggan at the end of season two and come good on it in season three. All of her intentions come from a place of wanting to do good."
Series 3 of 'Ripper Street' will be available to watch exclusively on Amazon Prime Instant Video from Friday November 14.

Joe Swash thinks celebrities taking contraband into the 'I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!' jungle makes great TV.
The former 'EastEnders' actor - who was crowned champion of the reality series in 2008 and has been presenting spin-off show 'I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here! NOW!' since 2009 - agrees with co-host Laura Whitmore that contestants are silly for bothering to sneak banned items into camp, but admits he does like the drama that comes with it.
Quizzed on whether she would hide make up to take with her if she were to appear on the show, Laura told BANG Showbiz: "No, because I just think that you can tell if someone is wearing make up or not.
"The show's been going for so long and people know what it's about so if you're going to go into the show you know you're not allowed to bring contraband, you know you're going to eat something disgusting.
"There's no point going in and being like, 'Oh, I didn't realise this was going to happen'."
Joe added: "Saying that, whenever the contraband has been in, like last year, it makes such a great storyline! There was all that tension with the camp against Amy [Willerton] so sometimes, you know..."
Laura - who is also joined by comedian Rob Beckett on the spin-off - went on to confess that she can't understand how some of the celebrities think they're not going to get caught out.
The blonde beauty explained: "We didn't know what she [Amy] had anyway and the producers were trying to watch to see if she had anything and then when they got it off of her they gave it to me and it was like a pink lipstick and concealer and I was like, 'How did she think she was going to get away with this, whose lips are this colour?!'"
'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!' kicks off on Sunday November 16 at 9pm on ITV and 'Get Me Out Of Here! NOW!' at 10:40pm on ITV2.

Stevi Ritchie cried that it "should've been him" after Paul Akister was voted off 'The X Factor' last night (09.11.14).
The wannabe popstar is said to have been feeling guilty after 25-year-old Paul lost the sing-off against Jay James on last night's results show following judge Louis Walsh's decision to put the vote to a deadlock resulting in him being sent home with less public votes.
Quizzed on how he felt about wild card contestant Stevi going through to next week's show over him, Paul exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "He deserves it as much as anyone else, he's an amazing person and he'd be missed in the house if he went. I think the show would miss him, genuinely, because he's like proper Saturday night TV.
"So, yeah, he's amazing and he actually came up to me when I got back home and he was crying saying, 'It should've been me'. I was like, 'Ah mate, don't worry about that'.
"He'd doing his best as well."
Meanwhile, Paul - who was taken to the live shows by boys category judge Mel B after failing to get past Louis' judge's houses last year - admits he received mixed signals from his mentor.
Asked about the criticism of his attitude, he explained: "I was angry because actually I could hear, because I didn't have my earpiece in for that performance, I could hear the VT [video tape] playing behind me [on stage] and I could hear Mel B going, 'He's complaining about this, he's complaining about this, he's complaining about this...'
"So I actually did want to walk off the stage right then because I didn't feel like singing and then I did it and obviously I was angry."
Quizzed on how it felt to hear her comments and then hear her say that he'd been a pleasure to work with once he was voted off, he added: "It's crazy isn't it? I do not know what to say about that because it is weird."
