Charlotte Hawkins is "conscious" about losing her baby weight.
The 39-year-old 'Good Morning Britain' presenter -who is currently six months pregnant with her first child - has admitted that she is already thinking about how she can shift the baby weight after she's given birth.
When asked how she has handled her weight gain, Charlotte explained: "I still take our dogs for walks and do pregnancy yoga. I'll be conscious of losing weight, but I won't rush - the main thing is you're healthy, energized and have enough nutrition to support a new life. That should be the focus, not whether you can fit into your skinny jeans.
"I just look forward to having lots of cuddles with this amazing being we've created."
The first-time mum also revealed that her fellow ITV presenter Ben Shephard failed to notice her growing bump despite her repeatedly raiding the work biscuit tin.
She said: "I wasn't actually sick, but I felt like I was going to be every day. I was having to go into work and pretend everything was okay and I just had to eat my way through it. I thought they must have suspected because I ate biscuits and pastries all morning. I said to Ben later, 'Didn't you wonder why I ate so many biscuits?' And he was like, 'I'm a boy. I thought you just ate a lot of biscuits.'"
Charlotte, who married her husband Mark Herbert, 41, in 2008, admitted that she "feels" for the Duchess of Cambridge who suffers from acute morning sickness.
Charlotte told HELLO! magazine: "It's not just in the morning, it's the whole time. It's just so debilitating and you do feel so vulnerable because it's such early days."

Steve Backshall has left 'Strictly Come Dancing'.
The television presenter danced the jive with Ola Jordan but lost out in the dance-off to Sunetra Sarker and her partner, Brendan Cole, who danced the waltz.
Speaking of his time on the show, Steve said: "To all my fellow contestants, the absolute highlight is seeing these people, who have become really good friends of mine - it has blown my mind seeing Mark [Wright] blossom from nothing into a superstar, seeing Jake [Wood]'s salsa, Sunetra's american smooth, Judy [Murray]'s foxtrot ...
"I am just absolutely bursting with pride at everything you all achieved and I think that's why everyone loves 'Strictly' because it's this incredibly lifting experience and seeing that anyone can learn to dance."
Steve's dancing partner, Ola, spoke highly of his effort and determination.
She said: "You were absolutely brilliant to teach and work with. You struggled a lot with your injuries and you worked so hard and you gave one hundred per cent in training, so thank you so much."
Steve - who is the eighth person to leave the dancing competition - admitted that he wasn't the best dancer when he entered the show.
He explained: "I don't think you can underestimate the achievement it is, to take someone who was quite as bad as I was to get them to week nine, it's quite an achievement."

Melanie Sykes' ex claims she violently lashed out at him on several occasions.
The model and television presenter - who is currently on 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!' - wed her toyboy husband, Jack Cockings, 28, in May 2013, but the couple split later in the year due to the 44-year-old star's violent behaviour, which started on their Mexican honeymoon.
Recalling one moment in particular on their celebratory trip, the hunk explained: "She got stupidly drunk by the pool - in a complete state.
"I was sitting on the bed's edge and telling her she needed to go to bed because she was so drunk. She went to slap me, but missed because I pulled away. She went again and I landed that one.
"The slap around the face shocked me - especially because it was on our honeymoon. It ended up with me restraining her."
However, the attack was not an isolated incident and her continued violence came to a head in November 2013 when another assault resulted in Jack calling the police to tell them about the star's vicious behaviour.
He said: "I was in the kitchen and she came in and had a row.
"She told me the whole marriage was a publicity stunt. That was the most hurtful thing throughout the relationship.
"I started packing things in black binliners and she was still trying to have a go at me with slaps.
"I locked myself in the bedroom and rang police because I wanted to show her what she was doing was unacceptable. Two police officers turned up and took pictures of marks around my neck and face."
Following the event, Mel spent the night in custody and was later given a caution for common assault.
Jack, who owns a roofing firm, added that they tried to save their ailing marriage with counselling, but the attempt was unsuccessful due to the brunette beauty's stubborn attitude.
He told The Sun on Sunday newspaper: "She doesn't like being told she is wrong."

Vicky Pattison claims Maria Fowler was "hell-bent" on splitting her and her ex-boyfriend up.
The 'Geordie Shore' star has confessed she and James Morgan have decided to end their relationship to focus on themselves and their careers but insists his ex and former 'The Only Way Is Essex' star Maria Fowler has been trying to split them up ever since they got together earlier this year.
She said: "As soon as we got together I billed him as, 'the one', which put a lot of pressure on us and meant that certain people were hell-bent on tearing us apart."
The 27-year-old beauty claims Maria has been referring to her as a "fat slag", "tacky" and a "downgrade" ever since her former boyfriend got together with her.
She explained: "I can't even tell you why, but she has been ruthlessly attacking me and my relationship and wants to destroy everything I have. It's constant and vindictive. She's made up elaborate stories about me and James but she seems to utterly believe them."
And although Vicky and James have now parted ways, Vicky isn't certain the abuse will stop.
She added to Now magazine: "I've never said one thing about her so I don't know why she enjoys publicly goading me so much. I wish that she'd f**king leave us alone."

Kendra Wilkinson halted her third 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!' bushtucker trial because she thought a snake was going to eat her.
The 29-year-old model only managed to secure two stars - which equates to two meals for her and her nine campmates - in the 'Catacombs of Doom' task before calling an end to the challenge, despite saying she was determined to complete the trial.
Before the task began, she said: "I mean, I'm starving so I want those stars. I'm under a massive pressure. I carrying the load on my shoulders so hopefully I can conquer everything and get all 10."
However, when the task began, she was apprehensive about putting her hand into mysterious holes filled with jungle critters to grab the stars.
After confrontations with fish guts and an alligator, Kendra called time on the task admitting she was scared a snake might eat her because it was "hungry".
After begging for the task to end, she said: "Well I got two [stars]. What if I'm the victim? What If I'm the one that they want to eat? I don't know what was beyond that, and I don't know what the snakes would do to that thing and involve me in it."
The mother-of-two went on to blame the failure of the task on her menstrual cycle, explaining it meant she was not in the right frame of mind to secure meals for her campmates.
She said: "I guess I just have more fear than I thought I did. Plus I'm on my period so I'm extra emotional."
Returning to camp, a teary Kendra added: "I don't even know what I'm doing here anymore. I feel like I want to quit. I feel like I'm up to my limit. I feel like the game's over for me; I'm not having fun anymore."
Later in the episode of the ITV reality show, the blonde beauty was chosen to join the Celebrity Intelligence Agency along with Edwina Currie, Jake Quickenden and Jimmy Bullard, meaning she was able to enjoy a secret jacuzzi and became exempt from partaking in future bushtucker trials.
Tomorrow's episode (23.11.14) will see Melanie Sykes take on the Hell's Kitchen task, with another star entering the Critter Cube for the first live trial of the series.

'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here' star, Edwina Currie, is "one tough lady", according to her husband of 13 years.
Retired policeman, John Jones, thinks the 68-year-old former Conservative MP - who entered the show on Thursday alongside 'X Factor' reject, Jake Quickenden - will cause a stir with her fellow campmates.
He said: "Knowing Edwina as I do they'll be wishing she'd been locked up in The Slammer for a few days before being unleashed on them.
"She's a big girl and she can look after herself. Edwina is one tough lady and she's a lot nicer than the image of her that's often portrayed.
"Whether she'll be nice to everyone in the camp is another story - but that's what the programme is about, isn't it? Friendship and enmity."
John - who will be looking after the couple's home in Derbyshire whilst Edwina competes on the show - has revealed that her "honest" qualities will mean she won't take any nonsense from the campers.
He explained to the Daily Mirror newspaper: "Once she finds her feet, you can expect plenty of fun and games. Edwina will help anybody, especially anyone who is struggling, but if they're being lazy or selfish she won't be scared to have a dig.
"She doesn't suffer fools gladly, so it will be interesting to see how she deals with the different characters in there. Her greatest quality is that she is utterly honest and I don't think she'll be any different in the jungle.
"If she thinks anyone is taking the Michael than she will instigate 'proceedings'. Maybe she'll still end up in The Slammer."
