Stevi Ritchie: I want to work for Simon Cowell

Stevi Ritchie wants to work for Simon Cowell now he has left 'The X Factor'.
The loveable singer was voted off the talent show on Sunday (23.11.14) after judges Mel B, Louis Walsh and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini decided to save Andrea Faustini, with only his mentor Simon opting so keep him in the competition.
Stevi is now hoping Simon - who he has become friends with - will find him a job in the music business, and insists he's up for doing anything.
When asked by 'This Morning' hosts Philip Schofield and Amanda Holden if he wanted to work for the music mogul, he said: "I'd love to in any way - whether that's working with Sarah-Jane Crawford or some part of 'X Factor' ... I don't know, something like what you guys are doing!"
Philip interrupted to ask: "So not singing then?"
To which Stevi replied: "I don't mind doing a bit of singing but I wouldn't mind doing what you guys are doing, because you're great."
Stevi also revealed Simon gave him some words of encouragement after the TV show went off air to lift his spirits.
He said: "I love him, he's so genuine and down to earth, and not only is he a mentor but he is a friend. I had a chat with him in the dressing room last night and it was really, really nice.
"I knew from day one that I wasn't going to win. It's one of those things. I just thought I just wanted to go as far as I can and bring the fun factor back. And I think I did that!"

Professor Green wants to go on Strictly Come Dancing

Professor Green is up for competing on 'Strictly Come Dancing'.
The 30-year-old rapper insists the ballroom competition is one of the few celebrity-led TV show he'd consider appearing on, but is sure people would laugh at his limited dance skills.
Speaking at an exclusive gig at the Spotify offices in London to launch their new integration with Uber, he told BANG Showbiz: "It's probably the one thing I would do so people could laugh at me, and I could laugh at myself."
The 'Lullaby' rapper would be thrilled if he could master a few moves because it would make his wife Millie Mackintosh happy.
He said: "If I was even able to learn to dance a little bit, that'd be a bonus. I'm good at nodding my head, I know where the beat is, but my hands and feet just get confused."
Green - who released his third studio album, 'Growing Up In Public', in September - has not been avidly watching the popular Saturday night show this year, but praised BBC Radio 1 DJ Scott Mills, who was eliminated in week six, for trying his best.
He said: "Scott Mills did it, he put himself through the paces to do that! Hats off to Scott Mills, he really put everything into that, utmost respect for him for that."
Green personally picked up some fans in Uber cars to take them to his exclusive gig in London to celebrate the taxi company's partnership with Spotify.

Michelle Gomez: Doctor Who has got me free food

Michelle Gomez has been given free food since starring in 'Doctor Who'.
The 47-year-old actress' appearance in the two-part series finale caused much excitement and controversy when it was revealed her character Missy was the Doctor's arch nemesis The Master regenerated into a female body.
Michelle has had a lot more attention since her starring role opposite Peter Capaldi - who plays the titular Time Lord - with the best fan encounter being with a 'Doctor Who' loving bakery worker in New York.
In an interview with GayTimes.co.uk, she laughed: "The other day I did get some croissants because there was a woman in Brooklyn that liked 'Doctor Who' so she gave me some free pastries ... I went in for a baguette and I went out with seven croissants!"
Michelle - who lives in NYC with her husband, 'Pirates of the Caribbean' star Jack Davenport, and their son Harry - is open to a return to the show but admits she doesn't know what showrunner Steven Moffat's plans are.
When asked to confirm if she was going to return to the BBC show, she said: "The thing is, is that you just can't tell can you? We just don't know ... There are no guarantees in life is there, really? Anyway the thing about being the Master of the universe is that I am in a parallel universe and yes means no and no means yes so it's always confusing as to, you know, what's really the truth. We don't know. We live in hope."

Melanie Sykes in tears in jungle

Melanie Sykes broke down in tears on 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!' after receiving a care package from home which contained photos of her kids.
The TV presenter couldn't hold back the tears when she saw the pictures of sons, Roman, 12, and 10-year-old Valentino - her kids from her first marriage to Daniel Caltagirone.
And her close friend Adam Phillips believes the 44-year-old star - who won nine out of 10 stars on the Hells Kitchen task on the Sunday night show (23.11.14) - will miss her children terribly while she's in the Australian jungle.
After watching his friend break down in tears as she received photographs of her children in camp, Adam said: "Missing her kids is going to be an integral part for her as time goes on. That is going to be her biggest problem. They are a massive part of her life and she spends all day, every day with them."
He added: "They have been watching the show and, needless to say, they are really proud of her."
Melanie's jungle campmate, Kendra Wilkinson was also very emotional as she opened up her care package from home.
The 29-year-old former Playboy model weeped as she opened her box to discover the photographs of her two children, Hank, four, and her six-month-old baby Alijah.
Her father, Eric Wilkinson told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "The kids are having a really hard time missing Kendra. The whole family is having a hard time without her."
Newsreader Michael Buerk was ecstatic when he found a sachet of cashew nuts in his box from home, while reality star Nadia Forde received her favourite childhood doll.

Chloe-Jasmine admits X Factor romance with Stevi

Former 'X Factor' contestant Chloe-Jasmine Whichello has confessed had a relationship with fellow contestant Stevi Ritchie.
The 23-year-old singer has admitted to having the fling - which led to her being dumped by her boyfriend, Craig Wiffen - but she doesn't feel bad about the affair because it was destined to happen.
She said: "I'm not ashamed of what I did, because I believe it was part of God's divine plan.
"It probably didn't help that I didn't tell Craig straight away, but I didn't really have a chance to."
However, while the talent show reject admitted the pair's secret tryst should not have taken place, she explained she deserves forgiveness for her actions, and doesn't understand why her ex can't get over it
She told The Sun newspaper: "I made a mistake. You should be able to make a mistake and be forgiven. If I went to my parents and said I'd made a mistake they would still love me, it wouldn't change anything.
"But for some reason, it doesn't work that way in relationships, and I don't really know why that is."
The blonde beauty was booted off the reality programme after the second live show, while her former lover received the axe last night (23.11.14) when he found himself in the bottom two alongside 20-year-old fan-favourite Andrea Faustini.
The revelation comes just a week after Chloe-Jasmine's ex claimed Stevi had fabricated the whole affair.
Craig said: "Stevi lied through his teeth. He said he was sorry, but he thought Chloe was single - something he later admitted was lies.
"If you've done something wrong, for God's sake, at least be man enough to own up to the truth.
"Then he tried to blame 'The X Factor'. He said he'd felt under a huge amount of pressure to have feelings for Chloe because it was driving his 'campaign'."

John Altman releasing Christmas single

John Altman is releasing a Christmas single.
The 'EastEnders' actor - who is best known as the soap's Nasty Nick Cotton - has teamed up with JOANovARC to record a new version of Iggy Pop's 'Real Wild Child (Wild One)' and is hoping to top the festive chart ahead of Band Aid 30 and 'The X Factor' winner.
He said: "I've always wanted to release a record, that is one of the things on my wish list.
"It'd be something else [to reach number one ahead of Band Aid]. You can't tell can you? But we're going all out for it because I think we've got a good one there. It was a pleasure to do it.
"We are going all out to beat 'X Factor' too. We've got a great team on board. The rest of it is up to everyone out there."
The 62-year-old star has tweaked the well-known song to make it more festive, though he insists it is still "hard-hitting".
He said: "We decided on the Iggy Pop song and I rewrote one of the verses and we rearranged it a little bit, put a few Christmassy jingle jangle bits in there, but we wanted it to be fairly hard-hitting as well."
And if the single - which is released on November 30 on Right Track Records/Universal - does well in the chart, John has plans to record an album.
He told BANG Showbiz: "I would love to do a whole album with the girls. I've got the material I've written which would fit. They would be able to play it really, really well. We'll cross that bridge when we come to it. Let's see how the single goes."
For more information visit www.joanovarc.co.uk and the single can be pre-ordered from Apple iTunes.

Gino D’Acampo doubts Celebrity Juice return

Gino D'Acampo thinks his agent may "kill" him if he signs up for a second series of 'Celebrity Juice'.
The 38-year-old team captain stood in for Holly Willoughby on the 12th series of the comedy panel show while she took maternity leave, but confessed he is unlikely to return because his saucy antics on the programme have affected his career as a family-friendly celebrity chef.
He said: "After all the shenanigans of this series I don't think it's going to be very good for my cooking career if I keep doing 'Celebrity Juice'. My agent will kill me.
"Let's just say I lost a few family-orientated sponsors. I wouldn't say, 'Oops', I'd say. 's**t'. But saying that, we gained a few others..."
The father-of-three was involved in several racy activities including flashing his bottom and simulating sex with Mel Sykes - his co-host on ITV cookery show 'Let's Do Lunch' - during the series' 10 episodes.
However, with 33-year-old Holly set to return for the next set of shows, Gino admitted he will miss working on the hilarious show.
He added: "It's been the best time ever. It's great, it's one of these places where you don't even feel like you're going to work.
"You show up, you have a few pints of Guinness and off you go straight into filming, which is really just having fun with your friends."
Despite his agent's reluctance to see the star return to the scandalous ITV2 show, he revealed he would find it difficult to reject fellow regulars Keith Lemon and Fearne Cotton because they are such good friends.
He added to The Sun newspaper "It would be very hard to say no to Keith and Fearne - we socialise outside of the show."

Kendra Wilkinson’s father ‘stunned’ by her flirty antics

Kendra Wilkinson's father has been left "stunned" by her flirty behaviour on 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!' with Jake Quickenden.
The 29-year-old beauty's dad Eric and Kendra's husband, former American football playerHank Baskett, were shocked to see her canoodling with Jake, 26, leaving Hank, 32, "pining" for his wife.
Although the pair - who have two sons, Hank Baskett IV, four, and six-month-old Alijah - are said to be "on a break" after Hank cheated on her with a transgender model, he has been struggling to watch her antics on the ITV reality show.
The blonde beauty offered to share her bed with the 'X Factor' reject and was heard referring to him as "fresh meat".
Eric - who recently travelled to Australia to support his daughter - told the Daily Star newspaper: "I talked with Hank in LA before I came to Australia. I live in Costa Rica, so I flew to Australia via LA to talk to Hank at the airport.
"Hank and I are absolutely stunned. Hank is totally pining for her. They've never been apart for this long before."
Eric also admitted he was surprised his daughter had struggled to complete her Buchtucker trials, dropping out of her third task after managing to secure just two stars, equating to two meals for her and the other campmates.
He said: "Kendra comes from jungle stock. She was just down in Costa Rica at my house and we have every animal, every insect, everything you can imagine in the jungle."
However, Eric is positive Kendra's nerve is improving and is sure her "strength" and "sense of humour" will see her through to the end of the competition.
He said of the California born star: "I saw her fear but she's getting over it pretty quickly. She has a notorious fear of heights and didn't seem to have any qualms about parachuting in.
"If any American can do well, Kendra can. Especially with her spirit, sense of humour, and her strength."

Rita Ora wants to be The Voice contestants’ friend

Rita Ora wants to be a "friend" to 'The Voice' contestants.
The 23-year-old singer initially found it difficult to critique the hopefuls on the show because she isn't as experienced as fellow coaches Sir Tom Jones, Ricky Wilson and will.i.am and didn't want to come across as too egotistical.
She said: "In the beginning I can tell you that, for me, to coach the contestants was only difficult because I know I'm only a 23-year-old girl on my second album.
"I didn't want them to think that I was Miss Know It All. I wanted them to think I'm a friend they can ask questions to.
"It was really important for me to come across as the girl who was just giving a hand instead of the girl who was telling somebody what to do."
And Rita has learned a lot about herself from doing the show.
She told OK! magazine: "I loved it. I learned a lot about what to trust in my gut. It brought me back to trusting myself again, which was awesome."
The 'I Will Never Let You Down' hitmaker particularly enjoyed the experience because it was so "funny".
She added: "'The Voice' has been incredible. All I can say is it's one of the funniest things I've ever done, so make sure you check it out because it's going to be great. The talent is immense."
