Michael Parr planned to seduce Kris Jenner

Michael Parr planned to "seduce" Kris Jenner at the National Television Awards.
The 'Emmerdale' star - who was up for the best Newcomer prize at the annual awards ceremony last night (21.01.14) - confessed he wasn't sure who the 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star was but joked she wouldn't be able to resist his charms if she met him.
Quizzed on whether there were any female celebrities at the event he had his eye on, he told BANG Showbiz: "I've heard Kris Jenner is here. I heard that she was here and a lot of my female friends were like, 'You've got to get a photo with her!' So maybe if I see her I'll make a beeline for her and obviously I'll seduce her."
The 28-year-old actor - who plays bad boy Ross Barton in the ITV soap - claims he's "ten times worse" than his character but admits he hopes to stay in the job for "as long as possible".
Asked if he was looking forward to a long future on 'Emmerdale', he said: "I hope so, if they don't boot me off. I'll stay for as long as possible. [Do I worry] that I'm going to get fired? It's a constant worry with my reputation! I'm just grateful."

Ben Hardy: I think Abi Branning killed Lucy

'EastEnders' actor Ben Hardy thinks Abi Branning killed Lucy Beale.
The 24-year-old star, who plays Lucy's brother Peter Beale on the BBC One soap, has revealed he thinks his on-screen sister's former lover Max Branning's (Jake Wood) daughter Abi (Lorna Fitzgerald) is the murderer and insists none of the Beale family - including on-screen father Ian (Adam Woodyatt) and step-mum Jane (Laurie Brett) - are guilty.
Quizzed on who he thinks might be unveiled as the killer, he told BANG Showbiz at the National Television Awards at The O2 in London last night (21.01.15): "Abi. It's not a Beale ... But that's just what I think."
A clue as to who killed Lucy, who was played by Hetti Bywater at the time of her death, was revealed during the live awards ceremony, leading many to believe Ben's guess might be correct.
A box containing a mobile phone was guarded by security until mid-way through the show when host Dermot O'Leary pressed play on a recording of Lucy's music box, which it was revealed is the last noise she heard before she died.
However, fans will have to wait until the soaps 30th anniversary next month to find out for sure.
Meanwhile, Ben - who announced his departure from 'EastEnders' last year - has confessed he's "excited" about moving on.
He said: "I'm excited, it's going to be sad to leave because I've made some good friends but I'm excited. I never really planned to stay for too long, I get bored staying in one place for too long but that's just me, that's nothing to do with 'EastEnders'."

Adam Woodyatt dedicates NTA win to Anne Kirkbride

Adam Woodyatt dedicated 'EastEnders' National Television Award (NTA) win to Anne Kirkbride last night (21.01.15).
The Walford stalwart gave a speech on behalf of the show's cast to accept the Serial Drama prize and thanked producer Dominic Treadwell-Collins while also praising the late 'Coronation Street' actress - whose character Deirdre Barlow was dubbed 'The Weatherfield One' when she was wrongly jailed for fraud in 1998 - following her death on Monday (19.01.15) aged 60.
He said: "Thank you so much for voting for us in what is going to be our 30th year. A big thank you to Dom and his team. He's the man who's picked our programme up and dragged us back up here, because we haven't been up here for this for something like four years. So a big thank you to Dom and all his team from us.
"I'd also like to say a big thank you to 'Coronation Street', because without you there'd be no 'EastEnders'. There'd be no Phil and Ian. There'd be no Mick and Linda, no Kat and Alfie - without your enduring characters like Ken and Deirdre. So if you don't mind, we'd like to accept this for the Weatherfield One."
The soap veteran - who plays Ian Beale - was later praised by 'Coronation Street' stars for his kind words.
Jennie McAlpine tweeted: "That was lovely Adam and Eastenders #theweatherfieldone (sic)".
Les Dennis took to the micro-blogging site to write: "@AdamWoodyatt Stunning tribute to Anne Kirkbride and @itvcorrie Beautifully selfless from @bbceastenders Theweatherfield1 (sic)"
And 'Coronation Street's own Twitter page also thanked the actor while congratulating their soap rival.
They wrote: "Well done @bbceastenders for winning Best Serial Drama. Thank you for the lovely tribute #RIPAnneKirkbride #WeatherfieldOne #NTAs (sic)"
Elsewhere at the ceremony, William Roache, who plays Anne's on-screen husband Ken Barlow, paid a special tribute to his friend.
Speaking on stage at the event in London, he said: "The nation seemed to want us together and I feel so blessed, honoured and privileged to have had those years working with Anne.
"What we will remember most is the vibrant, warmhearted, loving person who came to work each day, gave us all a hug and brightened up our lives.
"We've been deeply touched by the outpouring of love for Anne since she passed away.
"We share your grief and sadness at losing such a beautiful person who will be so greatly missed by us all. I love you Anne. Thank you."

Natalie Lowe up for I’m A Celebrity

'Strictly Come Dancing' professional Natalie Lowe wants to go on 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!'
The 34-year-old dancer feels she would be great on the ITV reality show - which shows stars living together in a jungle camp in Australia - because she was raised in the country.
She told BANG Showbiz: "Of course I'd do 'I'm A Celebrity'! I'm Australian."
Although she would be prepared to appear on the programme, the dancing expert - who was paired with 'Bargain Hunt' presenter Tim Wonnacott in the 2014 series - said she would prefer to compete on cooking programme 'Masterchef' because she is into healthy eating.
She said: "Let's do Masterchef, I love food, I love nutrition and I love wellness."
However, Natalie's professional partner Ian Waite - who has released fitness DVD 'Fitsteps' with her - is less keen on appearing on 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!' as he has so many phobias which are typically tested on the show.
He said: "I couldn't do 'I'm A Celebrity', I don't like heights, I'm very claustrophobic, I don't like insects, I'm very particular about what I eat. I think that would be it for me, that would be my worst nightmare actually."
The 43-year-old dancer also admitted he would love to try out other reality television shows such as doomed gymnastics contest 'Tumble', and ITV singing competition 'X Factor', but confessed he isn't much of a fan of pop music so would want it to have a classical "twist".
He added: "I'd like to try 'Tumble', but the trouble is, we're just too tall for it. I like the concept and the acrobatics, but I think you've got to be quite compact. I'd like to do something like 'X Factor', one for classical singers."
'Fitsteps' is available on DVD now from Universal Pictures (UK). To find a class near you visit www.fan.fitsteps.co.uk

Mark Wright is Strictly bulking up

Mark Wright is trying to bulk up after losing 21 pounds on 'Strictly Come Dancing'.
The former 'TOWIE' star came fourth on last year's series of the BBC dancing competition and the gruelling rehearsals took their toll on his physique.
As well as fat, 'Take Me Out - The Gossip' host Mark lost muscle mass and he is now hitting the gym to bring his weight back up.
He told BANG Showbiz: "Well I normally go to the gym all year round and do weights but I wasn't able to do that because of time so I lost a lot of weight - a stone and half but in muscle and a bit of fat - but I just want to put muscle back on."
When asked how he was going to regain his muscles, Mark explained: "Back to the gym. Four times a week probably. I feel like I'm really slim generally so I just want to put it back on."
Since the competition ended, the 28-year-old star has been busy on the 'Strictly Come Dancing' tour and with the 'Take Me Out' spin-off show which he co-presents with Laura Jackson.
Mark is also currently in the middle of organising his wedding to 'Coronation Street' actress Michelle Keegan but despite his busy schedule he has no intention of slowing and insists he and Michelle, 27, always make time for one another.
He explained: "Most couples work separately but you find time to see each other. I think we are going to keep busy because work's important but as long as we have our relationship see each other that's just as important as well. I'm sure that will continue to happen."
Dating show 'Take Me Out' - hosted by Paddy McGuinness - airs on ITV every Saturday night, directly followed by 'Take Me Out - The Gossip' on ITV2.

William Roache pays tribute to Anne Kirkbride

William Roache paid a touching tribute to his late 'Coronation Street' co-star Anne Kirkbride at the National Television Awards tonight (21.01.15).
The 82-year-old actor, who played Ken Barlow on the ITV soap, said he felt "so blessed, honoured and privileged" to have worked alongside the "beautiful" actress, who played his on-screen wife Deirdre Barlow, for more than 40 years.
Thank you."
William joined the actress' husband David Beckett at her hospital bedside to say a final goodbye before she passed away aged 60 in Manchester on Monday (19.01.15).
The actress is said to have refused the treatment after being diagnosed with breast cancer, causing the disease to spread to her brain.

‘EastEnders’ wins big at National Television Awards

'EastEnders' and Sheridan Smith were the big winners at the National Television Awards tonight (21.01.15).
The BBC One soap was named best Serial Drama, while its stars Danny Dyer and Maddy Hill also picked up top awards at the glitzy event in London's O2 Arena.
Danny won the Serial Drama Performance trophy, but still believes his success has come as a surprise to a lot of people.
The 37-year-old actor, who plays Queen Vic landlord Mick Carter, told BANG Showbiz: "I think a lot of people wanted to see me fail, they didn't think I would last five minutes.
"To play a character that people actually give a f**k about every day is a difficult thing but I love it, I love it."
His co-star Maddy Hill - who plays his on-screen daughter Nancy Carter - won the Newcomer award and admits the show has changed her life "drastically."
But she added: "I don't see any downside to fame because it ends when I leave work ... Especially if I wear my hair down and a hat. No one knows it's me."
Sheridan Smith won the best Drama Performance for her portrayal of Cilla Black in the three-part series 'Cilla,' but the 33-year-old beauty was forced to collect her prize late after getting stuck in traffic.
She later explained: "I was crying in the back of the cab ... My mum's livid apparently, she wanted to be on screen when I went up to get the award!"
'Downton Abbey' was named best Drama, while other big winners included 'Broadchurch' actor David Tennant, 'The Great British Bake Off' and 'The X Factor'.

5ive’s Ritchie and Scott up for I’m A Celebrity

5ive's Ritchie Neville and Scott Robinson want to appear on 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!'.
The two singers are both fans of the gruelling reality TV show and although they know it would be a challenging experience the twosome think they could handle the jungle.
However, 35-year-old Scott could struggle with the eating Bushtucker Trials because they are so many regular meals he can't stand to eat let alone witchetty grubs, mealworms and blended bull's penis.
When the group - also comprised of Sean Conlon - were asked what reality show they'd be up for, Ritchie, 35, exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "I'd love to do 'I'm a Celeb...' out of all of them."
Scott added: "The reason that I want to do it is that I think it would be quite funny with the food, because I don't even like salad, it scares me!
"Even if someone won the 10 stars, like, everyone else would be like, 'Oh wow we've got this for dinner tonight.' I'd be like, 'Ergh.' That would be a trial in itself. Watching me eat a kangaroo or a bird, I'd be like, 'Oh I can't eat that."
Ritchie and Sean both have little faith in Scott's ability to make it through to the final.
Ritchie joked: "The salad is like a kangaroo's testicle to your eye. You'd actually get ill because you don't even eat rice."
Sean quipped: "You'd just get sent straight home because you wouldn't eat anything."
5ive are set to embark on their 'Loud and Intimate' UK tour this April and tickets for the concerts are on sale now.

5ive 'Loud and Intimate' UK tour dates in April:

Sun 19 - Leeds O2 Academy

Caroline Quentin enjoying sex more in her 50s

Caroline Quentin is enjoying sex more now she's in her 50s.
The actress noticed a change in men's attitudes to her when she reached the landmark age, insisting lots of guys stopped viewing her as a sexual woman.
However, the former 'Jonathan Creek' star - who is married to Sam Farmer, who is 12 years younger than her - says her love life has never been better and has improved as she has gotten older.
Caroline, 54, said: "Once you're over 40, and over 50 particularly, people don't perceive you as a sexual being any more. It's certainly not true in my own life. I find getting older enjoyable and, as the years have gone on, I've enjoyed my sexuality more. I don't feel asexual just because I'm over a certain age. Quite the reverse actually."
Although she feels sexually liberated, Caroline - who is playing a prostitute in upcoming racy play 'The Life and Times of Fanny Hill' -admits she is shocked by the amount of erotica and nudity in modern TV shows and films and worries what effect it will have on her children Emily and William.
In an interview with The Guardian newspaper, she said: "I saw 'Game of Thrones' the other day and all the women were nude. When did that become all right? Who is in charge of that? I have a 15-year-old daughter and I know what's out there. It makes me ache with fear. Young people are sexualised so quickly, for profit, now. We have to guard against it and talk about it. People don't want to and - truthfully - I don't want to either, but to be a responsible parent you have to have those conversations, about stuff on the internet, images of girls in the media and early sex."
