Michael Parr planned to "seduce" Kris Jenner at the National Television Awards.
The ‘Emmerdale’ star – who was up for the best Newcomer prize at the annual awards ceremony last night (21.01.14) – confessed he wasn’t sure who the ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ star was but joked she wouldn’t be able to resist his charms if she met him.
Quizzed on whether there were any female celebrities at the event he had his eye on, he told BANG Showbiz: "I’ve heard Kris Jenner is here. I heard that she was here and a lot of my female friends were like, ‘You’ve got to get a photo with her!’ So maybe if I see her I’ll make a beeline for her and obviously I’ll seduce her."
The 28-year-old actor – who plays bad boy Ross Barton in the ITV soap – claims he’s "ten times worse" than his character but admits he hopes to stay in the job for "as long as possible".
Asked if he was looking forward to a long future on ‘Emmerdale’, he said: "I hope so, if they don’t boot me off. I’ll stay for as long as possible. [Do I worry] that I’m going to get fired? It’s a constant worry with my reputation! I’m just grateful."
