Hayley Tamaddon is dating Joe Tracini.
The 'Coronation Street' star has been seeing the 26-year-old actor - who is the son of comedian Joe Pasquale - since November, after developing a close friendship.
A pal of the actress - who plays Andrea Beckett in the ITV show - said: "It's lovely to see Hayley so happy. Her relationship with Joe has been bubbling for a while and no one has noticed they're together.
"They were friends for a while then things developed into something more. He really makes her laugh."
The news comes just five months after she split from her partner, comedian Marcus Brigstocke, who left his wife of 12 years for the 38-year-old soap star after they became close starring in the Monty Python musical 'Spamalot'.
As well as a failed relationship with the 41-year-old funny-man, Hayley was unlucky in love with choreographer Darren Charles whom she became engaged to before they broke up in 2010 when she discovered he had been unfaithful.
Following a string of failed relationships, friends of the actress believe her relationship with Joe - who plays Dennis Savage in rival soap 'Hollyoaks' - could be just what she needs, as they both understand the dedication their careers require.
A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "It is early days but the signs are good and, as they are both actors, they can appreciate what they each do and the stresses that come with their jobs."

Julie Walters was never cast in 'Downton Abbey' because she refuses to play "downstairs" roles.
The award-winning actress - who's played working-class characters in popular hits such as 'Educating Rita' and 'Billy Elliot' - would have liked to have starred in the ITV period drama, but admits she wouldn't have fitted in with the show.
Julie, 64, told The Sun newspaper: "I wanted to go upstairs and have a romance with Hugh Bonneville [who plays Robert Crawley]."
Julie recently caused a stir when she suggested working-class people aren't being properly represented on screen.
She reflected: "Soon the only actors are going to be privileged kids whose parents can afford to send them to drama school.
"That's not right. It feels like we are going backwards."
Julie - who is currently starring as east-end girl Cynthia in 'Indian Summers' - worries TV will be saturated with middle-class dramas, similar to 'Downton Abbey'.
She explained: "Working-class kids aren't represented. Working-class life is not referred to. It's really sad.
"I think it means we're going to get loads more middle-class drama.
"It will be middle-class people playing working-class people, like it used to be."

Jodie Kidd has split from husband David Blakeley.
The 36-year-old star - who has three-year-old son Indio from a previous relationship with Argentine polo player Andrea Vianini - has confirmed her relationship with her second husband, who she married last August after a whirlwind ten-month romance, is over.
Speaking last night (29.01.15), Jodie said: "It's with sadness that David and I have separated. My priority remains my son Indio."
The former model - who was previously married to internet entrepreneur Aidan Butler - is said to have called time on the relationship just before Christmas.
A source revealed: "She now admits they rushed into the marriage and didn't really know each other well enough to make such a big commitment.
"It just wasn't working so they mutually made the difficult decision to end things rather than stay in a relationship that didn't have a future."
Jodie has since thrown herself into training for the Channel 4 winter sports competition 'The Jump' alongside fellow celebrities including Heather Mills, Mike Tindall and Joey Essex.
The source added to The Sun newspaper: "Jodie spent the new year with her son and family skiing and was due to come back, but then she got the call to do 'The Jump'.
"It's been a great distraction given what she's going through and has let her escape the situation a bit, keep busy and work out what to do in future."
The blonde beauty previously claimed David had restored her faith in marriage and insisted they would be together forever.
She said at the time of their wedding: "As soon as David and I met, I went through a huge 360 in my mind.
"I thought, 'That's it, we're going to spend the rest of our lives together'. Everything has changed in my life."

Katie Hopkins showered with Katie Price.
The outspoken star has revealed she shared a shower with the former glamour model in the 'Celebrity Big Brother' house earlier this week, leaving her embarrassed about her "pipe cleaner" figure.
She said: "There are two things I should share. Firstly, Pricey is walnut-brown and womanly and it is hard to know where to look in a small shower cubicle.
"Secondly, if you are built like a pipe cleaner in a wig, sharing a shower with Pricey is ill advised."
The 39-year-old mother-of-two claims she offered to help Katie wash her hair as she's unable to reach her arm above her head after being left with a hole in her breast following a botched boob job.
Writing in her column for The Sun newspaper, Katie shared: "I appreciate I nominated her this week on the grounds she wasn't really doing much other than her make-up.
"Nevertheless, you can't help but feel sorry for the woman given her recent boob job surgery has left her in considerable pain and a hole where there shouldn't be one.
"Unable to raise her arm above shoulder height, I offered to get in the shower and wash her huge mane of hair."

Danny Dyer's girlfriend wants him to be more like his 'EastEnders' alter ego.
The 37-year-old actor thinks Queen Vic landlord Mick Carter is too "perfect" and joked his character is ruining his relationship with Joanne Mas - with who he has three children - because he can't live up to the ideal of the loveable publican.
He said: "This character don't exist. He is the perfect husband with a massive schlong and is very supportive. He's almost like the perfect man.
"My partner does want me to be like Mick when I get home. It is like, 'Where's my Mick?' "
Danny also confessed to causing scriptwriters to re-pen many of his scenes as he wants the dialogue to sound more "real" and thinks they are too "middle class" to capture true East End language.
He told talk show host Jonathan Ross: "When I went back in I wanted to bring back a bit of the East End. There are good writers there but they are middle class so I am constantly changing the dialogue and they are freaking their nuts off.
"I use words like 'boat race' and 'slice' and they are on their earpieces in the gallery saying, 'Oh, yeah you can have slice'. Slice means 'to have a dig'.
"I think, 'Let the viewers Google it.' It makes sure they are paying attention. I wanted to bring the East End back. I think it is important.
"They have to rewrite the scripts and that is more work."
The actor is now gearing up for a special week of live episodes to mark the soap's 30th anniversary and admits he is terrified of messing things up.
He said: "It is five days of live. It's live week. It is petrifying. I don't know how I am going to do it.
"Two may be pushing it, three, four even, but five! I am just worried about f***ing it up. The show is a machine.
"Once I hear that music, there will be bum flappage."

Mike Tindall plans to "support" his daughter as much as possible.
The former England rugby captain - who is set to take part in Channel 4 snow sports reality show 'The Jump' - has 12-month-old daughter Mia with wife Zara, who is the daughter of Princess Anne, and admits he's already thinking about her getting older.
Quizzed on whether he wants his daughter to learn to ski, he said:"Yes, I'd like her to ski but don't know when that will be. If it's death-defying feats she wants to do, you have to get your head round it and support her."
The 36-year-old star also opened up about he avoided going on ski trips for the majority of his adult life as he was worried about getting injured and affecting his rugby career.
He told HELLO! magazine: "I first went on school ski trips at the age of 13 until about 16 and then I didn't ski until I was 33. I've been three times since then so this is an opportunity for me to go down both a skeleton and bobsleigh track, learn to snowboard and get better at skiing.
"They're all things I really want to do and I'm not sure how else I would get the chance to do them.
"I chose not to ski when I played for England because it wasn't worth the risk and I didn't have the time - during the skiing season I was always playing rugby."
Mike is hoping to be crowned winner of the show but also wants to "have a good time and learn some new things".

Georgia May Foote doesn't think she'll return to 'Coronation Street'.
The 23-year-old actress, who plays Katy Armstrong, is set to leave the ITV soap after four and a half years and admits that while she's going to miss her co-stars, she's looking forward to moving on to bigger and better things.
Quizzed on how her character will leave, she said: "Her mum offers her the chance to go and live with her in Portugal.
Katy takes her up on her offer and brings Joseph [her and ex-boyfriend Chesney's (Sam Aston) baby] with her for a new start.
"It's lovely that they've left the door open for me to come back. It doesn't feel that final in a way, which is nice. At the same time, I'm not planning to go back. I want to do other things."
The brunette beauty confessed the popular drama has been such a big part of her life for the past few years that she can't imagine what it will be like to say goodbye to everyone.
She added to Now magazine: "I'm not sad about leaving the show, but I am sad to be saying goodbye to the people. It feels strange to think that I won't be part of Corrie any more because I've been so used to it for such a long time, but I'm really looking forward to what's coming my way."

Katie Hopkins, Nadia Sawalha, Keith Chegwin and Perez Hilton are facing eviction on 'Celebrity Big Brother'.
In a face-to-face nomination session, the three housemates were chosen by their fellow celebrities to join eternally nominated Perez.
Katie H was first to cast her vote, choosing her rival, Katie Price and Keith.
Nominating the reality television star, Katie said: "I do feel a sense that when I look at Katie Price [before], that's the Katie Price I kind of think would be funny to have in the house.
"I think you've lost a bit of your feistiness in here and fairly enough, because you want to get on with everybody. That's why I nominated you."
Next to vote was Keith, who nominated Katie H and Kavana.
Cami Li and Calum Best both nominated Nadia and Keith, as did Michelle Visage - who was the only housemate not to receive any votes against her.
Unsurprisingly, Katie P nominated her namesake, telling the television personality: "It's about time I have an opinion now; you don't think I have an opinion so I will give my opinion now.
"My opinion is that I have picked you - one, because it seems like you've been two-faced to everyone in here, you've been two-faced to my face. You've hurt me with what you've said.
"I think you're playing a massive game. You've pranced around going, 'Ooh ee ee ah ah,' and I think that's all an act."
Perez also nominated Katie H as well as tattoo model Cami whilst Kavana nominated Keith and Nadia.
Keith was visibly upset by his nomination from his fellow housemates and couldn't contain his emotions whilst speaking to Big Brother in the diary room.
Teary-eyed, he said: "The public have been really good to me - whatever way it goes, I'll be happy."
Voting is open and will close during tomorrow (30.01.15) night's eviction show.

Dynamo stunned fans by making a new FIAT 500X car "appear from nowhere" last night (28.01.15).
The 32-year-old magician had been working on the 'Power of X' illusion for three years and he didn't disappoint the crowd at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park's Copper Box Arena, east London, as he conjured up a three-dimensional blueprint of the motor before bringing it to life.
A source told BANG Showbiz: "It was incredible. One minute there was just an outline of the new car and then suddenly he made it appear from nowhere. Then he got in it and drove off the side of the stage. Amazing."
The star's sublime stage performance also involved some dance-inspired choreography as he created the energy required to conjure up the new three-transmission car.
Following the jaw-dropping trick, 'Ready For Your Love' hitmakers Gorgon City took to the stage to perform along with MNEK and Yasmin.
The show marked the end of FIAT's European 'The Power of X' tour, which was in Italian showrooms last week.
It's not the first time Dynamo - whose real name is Steven Frayne - has performed an incredible illusion with a mode of transport.
In June 2013, the star appeared to levitate while holding onto the side of a red double-decker bus in central London.
