Sam Faiers' "perfect eyelashes" were inspired by her Trichotillomania condition.
The former 'The Only Way Is Essex' star launched her Lashes By Samantha collection in central London last night (28.01.15) and admitted she wears false eyelashes every day because of her struggles with the impulse disorder, which makes people feel compelled to pull their hair out.
Speaking at the event, she said: "Growing up I had a disorder where I pick them out, which is a terrible habit and I haven't got over it yet.
"All the team got together and were like, 'Right, let's make the perfect lash.' "
The star's eyelash range is the second in her By Samantha beauty collection following the success of her La Bella fragrance, and the 24-year-old beauty was keen to create "affordable" lashes after splashing out "thousands" on the products over the years.
Sam - who was supported by sister Billie Faiers and best pal Ferne McCann at the event - said: "This was the perfect step forward for me. I have created lashes that I will wear for any occasion and I've been involved in every aspect - from the packaging to the different lash looks itself.
"I wanted to create great looking lashes that look and feel fabulous, flexible, comfortable, and have the added benefit of latex-free glue!
"These lashes are reusable and designed to be trimmable and will accentuate the eye with a tapered end.
"They are suitable for all eye types and they won't break the bank! I can't wait for my fans and fellow beauty lovers like me to see the range!
"I've bought thousands of lashes over the years as I wear them every day so I hope my fans will love my range which has been created through experience and the final product is the perfect lash at an affordable price. I've spent thousands over the years."

Julie Walters was "ignorant" about the history of the British Empire before making 'Indian Summers'.
The 64-year-old actress has confessed she knew very little about British-run India before signing up to star in the new Channel 4 period drama, which is set in the country in 1932.
Walters plays "east end girl" Cynthia, who rises to social success during her time in India, in the new show and admits she'd been "ignorant" about the period in history before researching the role.
She said: "I didn't know anything about the real lives, especially working class folk being out there. When it has been portrayed in the past it has not been balanced. This has corrected that."
The show's creator, Paul Rutman, hopes the drama will help viewers to appreciate the history of Britain's involvement in India, which he believes has too often been misunderstood.
According to the Daily Telegraph newspaper, he said: "I thought about this whole world being either forgotten or swept under the carpet.
"Empire is still something that many on the right are quietly proud of, but a source of deep shame from the left. With 'Indian Summers', I wanted to ride those contradictions.
"There's a generation that's dying out now for whom empire was a huge part of their lives, so I wanted to ask the question: what did we think we were doing out there?"
Channel 4 plan to broadcast a series of the show - which calls on 'Downton Abbey's historical advisor Alistair Bruce to ensure it is in keeping with 30s etiquette and appearances - in each of the next five years as Britain's involvement in India comes to an end.

'Coronation Street' bosses have recast the role of Bethany Platt.
Producers of the ITV soap axed 25-year-old actress Katie Redford last week after it emerged she'd lied about her age, pretending to be 19-years-old so she could play the 14-year-old daughter of returning character Sarah Louise Platt (Tina O'Brien).
Lucy Fallon from Blackpool, who is actually 19-years-old, will start filming scenes this week, just days after landing her first ever TV role on the Manchester based drama.
She said: "Walking onto the set was surreal and nerve wracking but everyone has been really welcoming and I am thrilled to have been given this opportunity."
Bethany is set to return to the Weatherfield cobbles later this year after moving to Italy with mum Sarah when she was last seen on screen in 2007.
Lucy is set to make her first appearance as Bethany in late March when she returns to the street after fleeing Milan following a row with her mum.
Tina will then make her return as former teenage tearaway Sarah and will be determined to drag her daughter back to Italy before being persuaded to stay in Weatherfield.
'Corrie' fans revealed the truth about Katie's age after discovering an old CV for the actress online, on which her date of birth is listed as March 2, 1989.
However, her agent jumped to her defence claiming they'd advised her to lie if questioned as her CV states her playing age is 16-20.
They shared: "We said, 'If they ask, let them believe you are 19' ... People do it all the time."

'Downton Abbey' will end for good later this year.
The popular ITV period drama, which features Hugh Bonneville as the Earl of Grantham, is reportedly set to reach its conclusion at the end of the sixth series, with Hugh scheduled to start work on a new project about 19th century New York.
A source explained: "It's an open secret that 'Downton' is ending this year.
"Some of the actors are keen to let it be known they will be available for work after the summer. Some are interested in the US, where 'Downton' is as popular as it is in the UK."
Some of the show's biggest stars' agents are said to have attended last week's Screen Actors Guild Awards - where 'Downton ' won the award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble Cast - and were busy seeking working for their clients.
The insider told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "Joanne Froggatt, Edith Carmichael and Allen Leech were in Los Angeles for the awards last week and there were several meetings about both TV and film roles."
Meanwhile, ITV is keen to find a replacement show for Sunday nights during the autumn period and has asked independent production companies to
pitch for the slot.
A TV insider explained: "They are looking for something which is long-running and ambitious and which could appeal to the mass audience in the way that 'Downton' has done."

Patsy Kensit claims all 'Celebrity Big Brother' contestants have a "rider".
The 46-year-old actress came under fire earlier this week when it was revealed she'd been having secret spray-tans in the reality show house, but, after being evicted, she's now insisted she wasn't the only one to receive special treatment.
Asked if she'd had spray tans in the diary room, Patsy said: "No, not in the diary room. I was allowed to have two spray tans in three weeks because I look like I've got consumption when I go really white because I've got yellow in my skin and it's not a pretty sight.
"We all had things that we could do, some people were writing columns ... Everyone had a little sort of rider. I wasn't the only person that had something."
However, despite refusing to take part in the Channel 5 show without weekly beauty treatments, the former 'Emmerdale' star insists she is "very normal".
Quizzed on what made her sign up for the reality show, Patsy shared: "I'm a huge fan of the show, I'm a superfan. I watch it all the time, I love the celebrity ones ... It was an opportunity to do something I've never done before.
"It was a great opportunity for people to see that I'm actually very normal, quite boring and sane."

'Celebrity Big Brother' bosses axed scenes in which Perez Hilton asked Katie Hopkins to perform a sex act on him.
The gossip blogger was seen harassing and trying to lick the outspoken star in last night's (28.01.15) episode of the Channel 5 show and it's now been revealed producers decided to remove even more explicit scenes from the hour-long instalment.
Perez was seen "frantically thrusting his hips" at the married mother-of-two before asking her to "lick it good, suck this d**k just like you should", The Sun newspaper reports.
The 36-year-old star - whose real name is Mario Armando Lavandeira - was singing the lyrics of Khia's sexually explicit song 'My Neck, My Back' but 'CBB' executives decided to axe the scenes having already received hundreds of complaints about his behaviour.
Broadcasting watchdog Ofcom has been bombarded with messages from angry fans disgusted with Perez's behaviour.
The total number of complaints made to the regulatory body about the controversial star amount to more than those received for Jeremy Jackson and Ken Morley - who were both removed from the house for "unacceptable" behaviour - and Alexander O'Neal, who was given a formal warning for using homophobic language, put together.
However, after faking a walk-out and being put up in a secret room before returning to the main house earlier this week, viewers have now voted for him to be up for eternal eviction.

Lynda Bellingham's family were delighted with the 'Loose Women' panellists' National Television Awards tribute to the late star.
The talk show's stars Coleen Nolan, Jane Moore, Kaye Adams and Jamelia all donned black outfits at the ceremony earlier this month and added various orange accessories, including handbags and shoes, in a nod to the TV star's charity Action Against Cancer.
Jamelia - who is currently working with the British Heart Foundation and Warburtons to educate the nation about a healthy balance diet - exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "It was something that was very important to show a tribute to her in some way.
"Her family were really chuffed that we chose to all wear orange which is the colour of her charity."
Lynda - who died in October last year after losing her battle with colon cancer - was a member of the 'Loose Women' panel from 2007 to 2011 and Jamelia is pleased the panelists were able to pay such a heartfelt tribute to the actress.
She added: "It was fantastic and I'm really, really glad we did it and I'm glad they're happy. Lynda was a very important part of 'Loose Women' and obviously we were very sad to see her go."

Beverley Callard says Anne Kirkbride's funeral was "beautiful".
The 'Coronation Street' star was among the mourners at her friend and co-star's funeral on Tuesday (27.01.15) and thinks the actress - who died of cancer aged 60 last week - would have been "proud" of the small private service arranged by her husband David Beckett.
She Tweeted: "My friend Annie had a beautiful send off today! Dave did her proud!!! No show biz, no hypocrisy! A truly beautiful, loving Goodbye!! X (sic)"
Beverley made a speech at the funeral and was praised for her "warm and touching" words.
One Twitter user wrote: "Your words were wonderful and such a comfort thank you so much.
"As you say it was a 'beautiful send off.' X.(sic)"
Another, Terry Stapleton, said: "It was very lovely indeed.
"Your speech was so warm & touching. Annie would've loved it! X (sic)"
And 'Coronation Street' make-up artist Alexandra Saffer said the speech was "perfect", adding: "You did so well."
Anne had reportedly left instructions about which cast members she wanted at the service - with her on-screen family William Roache, Kate Ford and Chris Gascoyne believed to have been among the mourners - and those who were unable to attend the small funeral are hoping to celebrate her life with a memorial service at a later date.
Anne was known for her role as Deirdre Barlow in the ITV soap, a character she played for over 40 years.

Patsy Kensit is planning to go horse riding with Katie Price.
The former 'Emmerdale' actress has confessed she got on well with the 36-year-old star in the 'Celebrity Big Brother' house as they bonded over their love of animals and have planned to go horse riding together once the show is over.
Quizzed on whether the former glamour model's conversations about her sex life with her ex-partners made her feel uncomfortable, Patsy said: "No, not at all. I think she's great. We both love horses and I'm probably going to go riding with her because I grew up with, I don't know whether it was a horse or a donkey my dad got me, but anyway I love all the equestrian stuff and I thought she was great. I think she's very normal and down to earth, just a normal girl."
The 46-year-old star - who was voted out of the Channel 5 competition on Tuesday (27.01.15) - also claimed she can't see Calum Best and Cami Li starting a romantic relationship as there's little "sexual chemistry" in the reality show house.
She explained: "Everyone's sort of, despite all the tension and friction, you do look out for each other and there are moments of coming together and moments of trying to get away from each other.
"They [Cami and Calum] seem like...They're pals, I don't think there's much sexual chemistry in that house to be honest with you. There's a lot of anger!"
