Nadia Forde says 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!' is a "great conversation starter" when she meets new men.
The Irish model has been wowing potential suitors with her jungle experiences on the ITV show last year and admits people are often surprised to hear just how real the programme's infamous Bushtucker Trials are.
She exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "It's been a great topic for boys. Boys are very interested to know what it's like to live in the jungle. It's been good for me in that way, it's a great conversation starter.
"Lads are like, 'Were they real rats in the coffin?' And I'm like, 'Of course they were.' But these guys are obviously petrified of rats and spiders."
While Nadia is looking to get a sneaky smooch by impressing with her knowledge, the 25-year-old stunner is longing for a kiss of a different kind as she admitted she misses receiving a morning embrace from her 'I'm A Celebrity' co-star Edwina Currie.
She added: "I miss everyone on the show, I miss them a lot. I miss the company. Edwina used to come over every morning and give me a kiss on the cheek and say, 'Good morning.' And I'm like, 'I don't have that anymore, it's so sad.' "
Nadia caught up with her 'I'm A Celebrity' co-stars at the National Television Awards last month and joked it was strange to see everyone dressed to impress rather than in their jungle attire.
She explained: "You can't go through something like that and not make friends, it's such a weird situation to be in and there is only nine other people who can relate to what happened.
"You live on top of each other for a couple of weeks so they know all your bad habits, they know everything. So to be sitting at an awards ceremony and think, 'These guys have seen me sleep.'
"I was like fully having nightmares at night, having to wake Jake up and ask him to look under my hammock to check if there was a rat under there. These guys know me inside out."

Despite finishing runner-up on 'Strictly Come Dancing' in the show's ninth series in 2011, the former 'Waterloo Road' star insists she hasn't been back on the dance floor for a while so is feeling apprehensive about throwing some shapes at the upcoming charity event at London's Wembley Arena on March 8.
She exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "I've not done it for so long so I'm a little bit nervous. It's an amazing idea and I think it'll be a lot fun and hopefully we'll raise a lot of money.
"It isn't ideal timing just after Christmas but that's good because we'll lose a bit of weight as well."
Chelsee will be joined by fellow former 'Strictly' stars Rachel Riley and Rufus Hound, as well as 'Strictly - It Takes Two' presenter Zoe Ball, Radio 2 DJ Jo Whiley, Got to Dance's Adam Garcia and Kimberly Wyatt, and former 'Strictly' judge Arlene Phillips, who she is hoping will help her out in the Dancethon.
The 26-year-old star added: "Arlene has a lot of dancing experience so I'm going to try to stand next to her.
"It's a brilliant group of people so I think it'll be fun to see what everyone can do.
"I'm hoping all my 'Strictly' experience comes back to me because I haven't danced for so long but I'm really excited to get dancing."
Join Chelsee and a host of stars live at The SSE Arena Wembley or go freestyle and put on your own dance event for the first ever Comic Relief Danceathon on Sunday 8th March 2015. Shimmy on over to www.rednoseday.com/danceathon to book your spot and join in live via the BBC Red Button on your TV.

Martine McCutcheon has given birth to her first child.
The former 'EastEnders' actress welcomed her and husband Jack McManus' baby boy Raffery into the world yesterday (04.02.15) and has confessed she instantly fell in love with him.
She wrote on Twitter: "Thank you all for my lovely messages! Baby Raffery is beautiful! Mop of dark hair, heart shaped face and Cupid lips - I'm in love big time (sic)."
The 38-year-old star reportedly wasn't due to give birth until Valentine's Day (14.02.15) but had spoken about her discomfort at living with her baby bump on social media recently.
She said last month: "Not able to sleep at all AGAIN. 3rd night in a row and then I sleep when I can during the day. This when I'm meant to be resting b4 baby! (sic)"
The brunette beauty - who previously suffered with depression - appeared willing to try anything to take the weight off her feet in the run up to Raffery's birth.
She wrote: "I'm off to float in the pool at the gym. Weightlessness and the smell of chlorine is a winner for me right now! #babybumppleasures (sic)."
Martine also sought the help of other expectant mothers among her 87,000 Twitter followers, adding: "Baby bump is keeping me up - restless legs are a nightmare! Anyone else have this whilst pregnant? I am painting nails..At this hour. WTF?! (sic)."
Meanwhile, the 'Love Actually' star admitted when she announced she was pregnant that she and Jack, 30, had accepted they were never going to have a child together.
She said at the time: "As a woman in her late 30s who's experienced health problems, I thought I might have to accept that it wasn't a path my life was going to take, but it would have been a great sadness in our lives if that had been the case."

Perez Hilton thought people would think he was being "fun and silly" in the 'Celebrity Big Brother' house.
The gossip blogger has confessed he agreed to take part in the reality show so people would see the real him but admits he was unsuccessful because his behaviour didn't come across as funny.
He said: "I am in regret for ever entering, I wish I could go back in time and not do it.
"I stand by everything I said. I was a silly clown, in the best possible way, I love silly clowns.
"I'm a big child and I am naïve. I thought gosh, people will see me being fun and silly."
The 36-year-old star claims he acted controversially in order to steal the limelight from those who are determined to win the show.
Explaining the incident during which he rubbed himself against the window while making sexual noises, he told ITV's 'Loose Women': "I don't know if you saw the before, or just the during, but it started to become apparent that when I entered a room, people would scurry away, and the energy would change.
"So that evening I did an experiment to myself. I thought, I wonder what would happen if I start singing out here to myself. I wonder what will happen."
"Me singing and dancing alone upset them, because they thought that was me stealing their spotlight."
Claiming their reaction led him to continue with his antics, he added: "When I found out they were upset I thought, well gosh, let me do that more ... Then I just took it really far, because that's what I do."
Perez - whose real name is Mario Armando Lavandeira - went on to confess he'd hoped people would get a chance to see the real him but admitted he hadn't been "successful".
The father-of-one now plans to take some time off from work to focus on him and his son "for a while".

Bruno Tonioli has slammed 'Strictly Come Dancing' professionals for complaining about their salaries.
The 59-year-old judge is fed up of dancers including Brendan Cole and Ola Jordan claiming they should be paid more money and believes they should "f**k off" if they are not content with their wages.
He said: "Those are the terms of the negotiations. If you don't like it, stop moaning and f**k off."
While the 'Strictly' pros are believed to earn approximately £30,000 per series, Bruno insists he's not become rich since he started on the show in 2004 as the sum he's paid is not "life changing" either.
He continued: "Strictly has not made me a millionaire. I still live in the same apartment I bought in 1991, before Strictly. But I never moan. The BBC do a wonderful job.
"I love it. It gives so much pleasure to so many people. It would be wonderful to do it for as long as possible."
Despite not earning millions since he first appeared on the Saturday night talent competition 12 years ago, the Italian choreographer has not been tempted to jump ship to rival contest 'The X Factor' which is headed up by music mogul Simon Cowell, who he said has the "gift of making money".
He told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "I say, good for Simon Cowell. I don't have that gift, that's not what I do."

Leonardo DiCaprio mistook Spencer Matthews for a hotel worker.
The 'Made In Chelsea' star claims he bumped into the Hollywood legend while holidaying in the Caribbean but was left feeling like a nobody when he didn't recognise him.
Spencer told The Sun newspaper: "We had a chit-chat about whether he was having a lovely time, liked the hotel, whether we'd be seeing him back - I sounded like I worked at the hotel."
The 25-year-old reality TV star and hotel heir confessed he regrets his line of questioning as he believes it led the 'Wolf of Wall Street' star to believe he worked at the posh resort, where they were both attending the same party.
Despite missing out on a chance to befriend the star - who is rumoured to be romancing 'Diamonds' hitmaker Rihanna - Spencer admitted that Leo had a "cool aura about him".
Meanwhile, the former womaniser - who is now dating brunette beauty Lauren Hatton - previously confessed he idolises a number of other Hollywood stars.
Speaking about his fitness inspiration, he said: "Brad Pitt's a bit of a looker, isn't he? He's alright. He has a pretty good chassis on him. Ryan Gosling, he looks pretty good, I must say."

Patsy Kensit has offered to be a cleaner on the 'Lorraine' show.
The 46-year-old star appeared on the early morning chat show to speak about her time in the 'Celebrity Big Brother' house and confessed she'd be more than happy to continue her cleaning duties in the 'Lorraine' studio.
Speaking about her plans for the future, she said: "I'm looking forward to having some time with my children ... I've got lots of things coming up but I think I need a bit of space first.
"But if you ever need a cleaner here, I'll come in."
Lorraine Kelly - who hosts the daily ITV show - appeared shocked by the 'Lethal Weapon 2' actresses' offer, insisting they didn't need her to do any tidying up.
She said: "We don't need you to come in ... You just come in and talk about you ... That's an offer we can't really refuse."
However, the 55-year-old presenter later came around to the idea of having the blonde beauty pull on some rubber gloves and help keep the studio kitchen clean.
She said: "It's great to see you, come in with your duster."
Patsy added: "Everything, yes. Washing up, dust buster, whatever there is to do."

Keith Lemon is terrified of Twitter trolls.
The 'Celebrity Juice' presenter admitted he is often left feeling too scared to leave his own house after being targeted by bullies online.
He said: "I get grief every day, it's f***ing horrible.
"I get loads of trolls. I feel like I'm doing OK, then I'll get someone on Twitter, saying, 'Die of AIDS'."
Keith also has to think twice about going out clubbing as he worries he would get beaten up after hearing that one of the stars of 'The Only Way Is Essex' had been targeted in a bar.
He explained: "I like going to showbiz dos, but I don't really go to clubs. It's too much hassle. You see a TOWIE person get beaten up in a club.
"You can't go to those places because people get really jealous, or why else would they want to hit you?
"And you can't judge them because maybe they've got a really s**t life and they're jealous of your good life, so I don't go to those places."
Keith - who is a character played by comedian Leigh Francis - also confessed he feared for his life before a promotional event, with his wife, Jill, pleading with him not to attend after one Twitter user wrote they had planned his "demise".
He told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "I had someone say 'I'm planning your demise.
"I had book signings, and my bird was like: 'Don't go - I think you're going to get killed.'"
