Thom Evans feels like he gets an "ab workout" when he laughs at Mark Wright's jokes.
The 29-year-old hunk is currently on the 'Strictly Come Dancing' tour with the former 'The Only Way is Essex' hunk and when he is not being put through his paces on the dance floor he cannot get enough of listening to the TV presenter's side-splitting quips.
He exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "Mark is hilarious. I just find him funny, I feel like I'm getting an ab workout just from laughing.
"He's just hilarious. Sometimes when the tour gets quite demanding on the body some days you'll come in and wonder how you're going to get through the day he's always there to crack a joke.
"He's definitely the joker of the group. It's great to have him."
Thom has joined forces with Mark's fellow ex-'TOWIE' star Lucy Mecklenburgh, retired footballer Robbie Savage and tea brand PG Tips to help coach, mentor and motivate Monkey - known for TV adverts - as he attempts to scale the Shard and raise money for Red Nose Day, and the ex rugby player also finds the 'Match of the Day' pundit amusing.
He added: "Robbie is hilarious. I love his pundit work as well on the football, he's a real character. He did 'Strictly' as well and I remember watching him on it so it's great to meet him.
"Lucy is lovely as well and obviously so glamorous. Monkey is lucky to have her in his corner getting him glammed up to do his mission.
"It's a good bunch and hopefully the mission will be a monumental success."
To mark PG tips' official partnership with Red Nose Day, Monkey is undertaking a Monumental Mission and scaling the top of the Shard from the viewing platform. To find out more, go to www.pgtips.co.uk/rednoseday

Sara Cox's dog has "sparkly poo".
The BBC Radio 2 DJ's beloved pup Beano has a habit of eating the art materials of her three children - 10-year-old Lola, six-year-old Isaac and Renee, four - resulting in the indigestible items decorating the pooch's faeces.
Explaining the strange waste, she exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "What Beano does is he eats some of the kids' arts and crafts. So when he does a poo when we're on the school run and I'm about to pick it up, it's like, 'Kids, gather round! Sparkly poo!' They have these little plastic diamonds and sapphires so it's like a gem-encrusted poo."
The one-year-old Maltese terrier also likes to get creative by snacking on other art supplies.
She explained: "He just goes up and helps himself. He loves colouring pencils so he'll go up and chew through one of them, that's the sort of thing he loves."
Despite the canine's penchant for arty products, the 40-year-old broadcaster insisted he is usually well-behaved and travels wherever she goes.
She added: "He comes everywhere with me. He's on the school run, he's allowed to the BBC - he's even got a BBC pass so he's allowed to come to Radio 2 which is nice - and he comes to voiceovers with me and hangs out. He's quite the little dog about town."
Sara Cox and her dog Beano are working with Pedigree to launch the new Pedigree Tracks App, a personalised simple and effective tool to help owners understand their dog's exercise and nutritional requirements. Download the app now for free on iPhone, Android and Windows mobile devices or visit http://uk.pedigree.com/pedigree-tracks/

Katie Hopkins thinks spending time with Katie Price is like being "in a toilet cubicle with a hormonal teen".
The 39-year-old TV personality - who is currently starring alongside Price on 'Celebrity Big Brother' - admits she's tired of hearing the 36-year-old star talk in graphic detail about her sex life and toilet habits.
She shared: "Being stuck in an enclosed space with Pricey is the equivalent of spending time in a toilet cubicle with a hormonal teen.
"All they can talk about is sh*t and sex.
"I know about every bowel movement, toilet trip and turn of her womanly cycle. The sex element is particularly graphic."
Hopkins also said she's sick of the former glamour model - who gave birth to her fifth child, Bunny, in August - talking about her relationship with ex-husband Peter Andre and current husband Kieran Hayler, who cheated on her with friends Jane Pountney and Chrissy Thomas.
Writing in her column for The Sun newspaper, she said: "If it isn't stories about Pete and his irritating Greek family, it is hideous updates regarding her dubious husband, Kieran.
"He has an unusual past - stripper, builder and amateur porn star.
"Videos of his bobbly bits in action are on the web if you care to take a peek.
"These jobs are an irresistible combination. When he popped the question to Katie after just three weeks, what woman aged 35 with three kids and a sixth autobiography to fill could say no?"

Zoe Lucker has joined 'Hollyoaks'.
The 40-year-old star will hit screens in April as Reenie McQueen, the daughter of Nana McQueen and mother of sassy characters Porsche, Celine and Cleo, and is set to begin filming scenes for the Channel 4 soap in the next week.
She said: "I am really excited to be joining Hollyoaks - especially as a McQueen!"
The actress - who has six-year-old daughter Lilly Alabama - is eager to begin work on the show because there is "a very interesting story" in store for her character, who will be in prison when she is first introduced to viewers.
She said: "Reenie is a very complex character and will, in time, have a very interesting story to tell. Now I just can't wait to start filming."
Teasing the plotlines in store for the criminal character, a 'Hollyoaks' spokesperson revealed she is a "party girl" who has "issues" which her family will be forced to deal with.
They said: "Reenie is a good-time party girl without an 'off' switch and can be exhausting company although deep down she is the most vulnerable of Nana's children.
"She hasn't set the best example to her three girls, who she raised largely on her own and frequently lets them down.
"Emotionally she's got issues and sometimes it's difficult to tell just who the mother is and who is the daughter."
Zoe is known for previously playing Tanya Turner in ITV drama 'Footballers' Wives', Vanessa Gold in 'EastEnders', and more recently Carol Barry in 'Waterloo Road'.

Katie Sugden fell to her death in a shock twist on 'Emmerdale' last night (05.02.15).
The blonde beauty, played by actress Sammy Winward, was seen falling through the floor of a barn on Wylie's Farm and plummeting to her death after being pushed by Robert Sugden (Ryan Hawley).
Katie had confronted Robert after his lover Aaron Livesy (Danny Miller) messaged her to let her know they'd been meeting up at the farm, where she finally got photographic evidence of him cheating on his fiancee Chrissie White (Louise Marwood).
Aaron had informed Katie about the location of his and Robert's rendezvous in a bid to get his lover to leave his fiancee, however, after Robert revealed he still planned to marry Chrissie, Aaron stormed off leaving him and Katie to come to blows.
Robert then desperately tried to convince Aaron that Katie deleted the image of them together herself and simply feel through the flooring without him pushing her, but viewers were left wondering whether he would fall for the tale.
Katie's death comes as Sammy departs the ITV soap after 14-years, with Danny expressing his surprise at the storyline.
He told Radio Times magazine: "Katie has been an integral part of 'Emmerdale'. And I'd imagined that the character would just leave. There was no reason to think that Aaron would be having anything to do with her exit.
"So to find out that I was going to be working so closely with Sammy right at the end of her contract was touching. And even though the scenes were dramatic, we had to keep the filming fun for Sammy."
The 24-year-old actor has revealed Robert will try to shift the blame of the tragic accident onto Aaron, reminding him it was he who invited Katie to the farm, resulting in his "mental state" being affected.
He added: "Aaron doesn't deal with guilt very well. And we know that he often ends up hurting himself at times like this. So for Robert to do this is very cruel."
Meanwhile, Sammy said of her departure from the popular drama earlier this month: "I'm going to miss everyone terribly. I've loved every second of playing Katie, but no one becomes an actor to play just one role, so now it's time for me to move on."

Chris Moyles is dating an actress twelve years younger than him.
The former BBC Radio 1 breakfast show host has reportedly been romancing 'Love/Hate' star Aoibhinn McGinnity after watching her perform in 'Elf The Musical' in Dublin last month.
A source shared: "Chris is really keen on spending time with her and they both get on well."
The 40-year-old star is said to have made two return trips to the Irish capital to see her since meeting her after the play but is taking things slow.
The source added to The Sun newspaper: "Chris has family in Ireland and if Aoibhinn moves to London for a stint in the West End they are bound to spend more time together. He hasn't had a girlfriend for a long time and while it is very early to talk about relationships, it's fair to say that they are very close."
Rumours of a romance between Chris and Aoibhinn, 28, first emerged after the pair exchanged a number of flirty messages about meeting in a Dublin nightclub on Twitter, however, the posts have since been deleted.
Chris - who previously dated TV producer Sophie Waite - was last linked to former Spice Girls star Mel C after they starred alongside one another in the arena tour of Andrew Lloyd Webber's 'Jesus Christ Superstar'.

Katie Price wants a "reunion" with Peter Andre.
The former glamour model - who was married to Peter from 2005 to 2009 and had two children, Princess, nine, and Junior, seven, with him, before their bitter divorce - is keen to bury the hatchet with her former spouse and hopes the pair can be on speaking terms in the future.
According to Katie's 'Celebrity Big Brother' housemate Kavana, the brunette beauty is currently in contact with Peter's fiancee, Emily MacDonagh, but would love to be able to communicate with Peter, 41, himself.
Kav said: "Katie did speak about Peter. She says it like it is.
"She would like some kind of reunion for them to speak. I think she goes through text messages with the other half.
"But I think she is on the side of having some kind of chat with him about stuff."
However, Peter - who welcomed a third child, Amelia, with Emily, 23, last year - isn't interested in having a relationship with the star.
Kav added: "I think it's him that doesn't want it, according to her."
Katie - who was paid £500,000 to star in the latest series of the Channel 5 show - hasn't been shy when it comes to discussing her ex-partners on camera.
The 36-year-old TV personality has shocked viewers with her foul-mouthed comments about her former lovers, which included vivid descriptions of her sex life with ex-hubby Alex Reid.
The mother-of-five - who is currently married to former stripper Kieran Hayler, with whom she has son Jett, 17 months, and five-month-old daughter Bunny, as well as 12-year-old Harvey from a previous relationship - claimed she used to perform anal sex on him regularly with a sex toy.
She explained: "That's why I divorced him. Because I didn't want to be the man in the relationship."

Ola Jordan thinks dying her hair has brought her "bad luck".
The 'Strictly Come Dancing' professional recently turned her blonde locks back to her natural brunette but within days of making the change, she suffered an anterior cruciate ligament injury while she was training for 'The Jump', and her husband James Jordan was struck down with crippling abdominal pains, so she has vowed to return to her old look as soon as possible.
She said: "It all seems to tie in with me reverting to my natural hair colour. Within days of me dying it back to this shade, everything started to go wrong for us.
"I believe these things happen for a purpose. Perhaps there was a bigger accident coming and this protected me from it?
Whatever the reason, I'm going back to being blonde as soon as I can. Maybe then our luck will change."
James has been undergoing tests to establish the cause of his pain but is still mystified, though he thinks it could be a result of him wanting to "take on" his spouse's discomfort.
He told HELLO! magazine: "I've had x-rays and scans but it's still a mystery what's wrong with me.
"When Ola was in agony, I wished I could take it from her. Perhaps that's the reason - I really have taken on her pain."

Kavana feels like he needs "psychiatric help" after living with Perez Hilton.
The 'I Can Make You Feel Good' hitmaker claims his stint in the 'Celebrity Big Brother' house has left him feeling fragile and in need of rehabilitation.
He shared: "I feel like I'm in Disney World ... You couldn't have even written it. I know viewers have seen what they've seen but it's literally a million times more intense than what any viewer has ever seen. It's been unbelievable, I feel like I need psychiatric help."
The 37-year-old star claims gossip blogger Perez Hilton - who he describes as a "strange child" - was to blame for the uncomfortable atmosphere in the house and thinks he was a gift to producers, who didn't need to do much to live up to the series' theme.
He continued: "It was called a twisted fairytale but I think it happened without Big Brother making it happen."
Quizzed on what the most bizarre thing he saw in the house was, he added: "Probably when Perez was singing musical theatre numbers while frothing at the mouth - that was quite a moment. It was the Perez show but it was dark and twisted."
Kavana also believes the 36-year-old star was "sad" to leave the house last night (04.02.15) despite insisting he wasn't interested in winning the reality show.
He said: "It was kind of sad seeing the look on his face when he was leaving the house because I genuinely think, although he says he didn't want to, I genuinely think he thought he was going to be the winner."
Meanwhile, the 'Big Reunion' star claims he drank vodka in the house despite knowing he's a bad drunk because he needed some "relief" from the madness.
He added: "It's a circus in there. You need some relief whatever it is. Cheggers' [Keith Chegwin] was his little menthol cigarettes. You need a relief and that was my relief."
'Celebrity Big Brother' concludes tonight (06.02.15) at 9pm on Channel 5.
