Fearne Cotton is craving carbohydrates.
The radio presenter - who announced she was pregnant with her second child on Friday (27.02.15) at the same time she confirmed her departure from BBC Radio 1 - has admitted she is suffering from morning sickness.
She said: "I'm craving a lot of carbs and I've had bad morning sickness both times so I was prepared for it. I've remembered everything from last time so I'm taking it easy and resting as much as I can.
"It's my health and the baby's health that's important. I'm just taking it day-by-day."
The 33-year-old television personality - who already has two-year-old Rex with husband Jesse Wood - has admitted she hasn't got a pregnancy fitness plan and is "slobbing around" at the moment.
She added: "I don't have a fitness routine. I'm absolutely just slobbing around 'cos at this stage you're just so tired. There's absolutely no fitness. Walking down the road is as extreme as it gets."
Fearne - who has two step children Arthur and Lola from Jesse' previous marriage - is looking forward to welcoming the new arrival and hopes the "jump" from three to four children won't be too bad.
She told the Daily Mirror: "I'm quite lucky that I have two step kids. I'm used to having a lot of kids, so hopefully three to four won't be too much of a jump.
"I will be happy with either sex. I've got a step-daughter. I just feel happy to be pregnant again. We're not going to find out the sex."

Charlotte Hawkins has hailed her three-week-old daughter "a miracle baby".
The 39-year-old 'Good Morning Britain' presenter is thrilled to have finally welcomed her first child with her husband Mark Herbert after the couple tried for a baby for several years.
The blonde beauty previously admitted the pair had been seriously considering IVF treatment in the weeks leading up to her falling pregnant and confessed nothing could prepare her for the "moving experience" of holding the baby she "had wanted for such a long time".
She told HELLO! magazine: "It's all still a bit of a blur. We both had tears in our eyes when they placed Ella Rose on my chest after the birth.
"Nothing prepares you for that feeling. All of a sudden, this tiny being that you've been carrying around for nine months is there with you. It's a very moving experience.
"From our point of view, she was a miracle baby, on that we had wanted for such a long time. Even when I was pregnant and people asked me if I was excited, of course I was, but I wasn't going to be completely happy until she was delivered safely and in my arms."
Charlotte felt well prepared for her new arrival as she was already used to early starts after presenting Sky News' 'Sunrise' and the ITV show - which airs from 6:00 to 8:30am - over the past eight years.
She said: "I've been getting up in the middle of the night for the past eight years, so I'm at an advantage.
"I'm used to having to function on just four hours' sleep a night and grabbing catnaps where I can. It's quite good preparation for having a baby. That's the theory anyway."
The blonde beauty - who lost her father Frank a month before Ella Rose's birth - added the newborn has become a "positive force" in helping her to cope with his death.
She explained: "It is still very upsetting, but Ella Rose has been such a positive force for all of us and has given us something wonderful to focus on.
"It would have been lovely if he'd been able to see Ella Rose, but the main thing was being able to tell him that we were having a baby because we'd been trying for such a long time. He was thrilled - he had a tear in his eye."

Martin Clunes thinks a 'Men Behaving Badly' reunion would be "unsavoury" following Operation Yewtree.
The 'Doc Martin' star - who appeared in the sitcom as Gary Strang - believes it would be distasteful to revive his and Neil Morrissey's characters, following the police inquiry into sexual abuse allegations made against Jimmy Savile and others.
He said: "Men in their '50s being like that... post-Yewtree, it's a little bit unsavoury, isn't it?"
However, the 53-year-old actor admitted it was "really great" to reunite with his co-star for a special sketch of the show in aid of Channel 4's Stand Up to Cancer last year.
He told Digital Spy: "It was really funny sitting on a sofa with a can of Stella next to Neil... it was like no time had passed at all."
Meanwhile, Neil is keen on reviving the comedy show but has blamed Martin's schedule, insisting he is hard to pin down.
He said previously: "When people ask us if we'd do more, Martin always says it's down to scripts, but really it's pinning Martin down that's the problem.
"Of course we probably would bring it back if we thought it could work."
And Neil, 52, would have no trouble in reviving his character because Tony Smart is "engrained" in him.
He added: "It was like riding a bike. We did that series for so long and Martin and I were such good pals anyway, even before the show, so we fell into our old routine really easily, it was great.
"It wasn't difficult because we see each other regularly anyway and the characters are so engrained."

Danny Dyer is getting married.
The 'EastEnders' actor was left stunned when long-term partner Joanne Mas - with who he has children Dani, 18, Sunnie, seven, and 15-month-old Arty - proposed to him on Valentine's Day (14.02.15) but thinks the time is right for them to tie the knot and they plan to do so next summer.
He said: "'It was a complete bolt out of the blue but I'm so glad she did it because I don't think I could have taken the rejection. I love the fact Jo proposed.
Joanne added: "I always wanted to marry him and decided if I didn't get things moving, it wouldn't happen.
"I never wanted to get married when the children were babies because I wanted to let my hair down and enjoy the day.
"But we have had our little boy now and we're not going to have any more, so the time is right."
Danny, 37, has cheated on Joanne in the past but he insists those days are behind him.
He said: "I thought the grass was greener, but the grass was horrible. I don't want to go there again."
And 38-year-old Joanne - who has been in a relationship with the actor since she was 14 - insists she has forgiven his previous infidelity.
She told Britain's HELLO! magazine: "It's been hard but I've got over it.
"When you have children, it isn't just about me and Danny. I wouldn't destroy the lives of my babies for something that doesn't matter."

Vas Morgan had £1,000 fat freezing treatment to get in shape for the new series of 'The Only Way Is Essex'.
The reality TV star lost as much as four inches off his waistline in the space of eight weeks using the cutting-edge treatment, after conceding he couldn't keep up with muscle-bound gym bunnies Dan Osborne and James Locke.
Vas - who appears in the hit ITV Be show tonight (01.03.15) after having the revolutionary new Lipoglaze fat reduction treatment at the LoveLite Clinic in Harley Street - explained: "There's a real pressure to keep in good shape because all the boys are so body conscious. Dan Osborne is my inspiration. He probably lives in the gym, I'm not joking. He wakes up and he's in the gym.
"I did have a fairly good six pack back in October last year but then I started eating a lot. Alcohol is my problem. This is a party stomach, I need to stop drinking but it's hard."
The reality TV star said that unlike some people, he needs to relax with a drink in order to be happy.
He shared: "Those people that literally go to the gym every day and just live on water and no alcohol. You can't have a social life or a work life like that."
As a result, he decided to get the fat freezing treatment, which can reduce fat by up to 33 percent.
He added: "It's like freezing cold but I can't feel it on the inside, it just feels so strange. I feel like skinny already."

Eddie Redmayne has been offered a cameo role in 'Neighbours'.
The 33-year-old Brit, who recently won the Oscar for Best Actor for his starring role in 'The Theory of Everything', is a huge fan of the Australian soap opera, and TV bosses Down Under are hoping he'll agree to appear on the show.
Series producer Jason Herbison said: "If we could cap off an incredible year for Eddie by writing a guest role, however big or small, it would be our privilege."
Eddie has spoken of his admiration of actors Alan Fletcher and Jackie Woodburne, who play Karl and Susan Kennedy, and it's been suggested he could appear in some scenes with the veteran performers.
Herbison told The Sun on Sunday newspaper: "I would ensure he moves into the Kennedys' - they are renowned for hospitality."

Simon Cowell wants to bring British wrestling stars like Big Daddy back to TV screens.
The 55-year-old music mogul was a huge fan of the sport as a kid in the 1970s, and would love to see it make a TV return in the UK.
An insider told The Sun on Sunday newspaper: "Now American wrestling's big, I think it's a good idea to bring it back. But you have to bring back really big people.
"Simon seemed really excited about bringing back wrestling. If anyone can get it back on the box, he can."
Simon has previously confessed his love for the sport, revealing he used to watch wrestling as a child and would often practice the spectacular-looking moves.
Speaking during one episode of the ITV show 'Britain's Got Talent', he said: "I used to watch it as a kid - I used to do it!"
This comes shortly after Simon revealed he's given One Direction permission to go solo.
The 'X Factor' judge, who signed the band to his Syco record label after mentoring them to third place on the British talent show, said he doesn't mind if the boys - Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne - work on their own individual projects on the side, as long as they remain together.
He explained: "I hear Harry is going to go solo all the time.
"My advice is they should stay together.
"They can still do things whenever they want. They should stay together."

Ricky Wilson is struggling to balance appearing on 'The Voice' with his commitments to the Kaiser Chiefs.
The 37-year-old star - who's a judge on 'The Voice' - feels worn down by his hectic work schedule and there's reportedly been a noticeable change in his mood in recent times.
A source explained: "Ricky is far from his usual chipper self. He's burnt out, looking tired and has got a lot on his plate. Along with Kaiser Chiefs commitments, the amount of dedication he puts into 'The Voice' is pushing him to his limits."
The singer attended the Brit Awards in London earlier this week, but his non-stop schedule meant he opted for an early night at the conclusion of the glitzy ceremony, rather than going out partying with his showbiz pals.
A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "He went to the Brits as he was looking forward to a night out but he couldn't face any afterparties. He was so tired he could barely put words together to ask for a taxi home.
"He desperately needs a holiday but he knows how important it is to be seen out and about. His friends are worried."
