Dan Osborne suspended from TOWIE

Dan Osborne has been suspended from 'The Only Way is Essex'.
The 24-year-old hunk - who welcomed daughter Ella, his first child with girlfriend Jacqueline Jossa, into the world last month - has been told to stay away from the show while bosses investigate footage of a foul-mouthed rant against former lover Megan Tomlin, in which he apparently threatened to stab the mother of his 14-month-old son Teddy.
A show spokesperson told The Sun newspaper: "We will be speaking to Dan about this. In the meantime he will not be taking part in filming."
The decision comes after a recording was published at the weekend of Dan apparently threatening 23-year-old Megan if she found another man, despite them splitting over a year ago.
It is believed the recording dates from last November, when Dan was arrested for assault but later released without charge.
Last month, the reality star voluntarily underwent police questioning after Megan alleged he physically and verbally abused her during arguments over the holiday period.
A police spokesperson said: "A 23-year-old man from Barking voluntarily attended a pre-arranged police interview on February 23. The investigation remains ongoing."
Referring to Megan's complaint, a spokesperson said: "Police were contacted at around 12.30pm on January 30 with reports of historic domestic incidents. Investigations are ongoing."

Kym Marsh’s son’s ‘terrifying’ ordeal

Kym Marsh nearly lost her teenage son in a "terrifying" incident last year.
The 'Coronation Street' star looked on helplessly as her son David, now 19, was struggling to breathe with chest pains.
She said: "I thought he was going to die, it was terrifying. He was terribly scared. A part of you can't believe this is happening to your boy, a fit young man.
"As his mum, any crying or getting upset had to be done away from his room where he couldn't see it. All I could do was try to be positive and strong for him."
David was rushed to hospital and was later diagnosed with myopericarditis, an inflammation of the heart.
It provided more anguish for the 38-year-old actress, who lost her baby son Archie in 2009 when he was born prematurely.
She said: "I lost my baby son because he was born too early. I didn't want to lose another child.
"You feel so helpless when your child is going through something like this, you can only watch and be there for them."
Kym is now looking forward to the future alongside her fiancé Dan Hooper.
She told the Belfast Telegraph newspaper: "I'm very fortunate to have met Dan, he's a genuinely lovely person...
"He gets on well with my kids and so I'm lucky and happy and settled. I also feel appreciated, which is a good thing. We haven't been together a year yet so there are no wedding plans. We're just focusing on getting our home sorted.
"I'm in such a good place now, with a great family, beautiful children and a great job. It all helps me feel happy and relaxed, which I think I need to be with everything that's been going on."

Zoe Ball rules out Strictly Come Dancing gig

Zoe Ball doesn't want a presenting role on 'Strictly Come Dancing' because she'd have to wear a dress.
The former BBC Radio 1 DJ - who stood in for Claudia Winkleman for a few episodes during the last series of the BBC One show - currently presents the spin-off show 'Strictly: It Takes Two' and has insisted she is more comfortable there because she can wear trousers.
She told the Daily Express newspaper: "It was in the worst circumstances that I stood in for Claudia but everyone was very welcoming. It was great to be able to do that for a mate and Tess [Daly] was so supportive. I think 'It Takes Two' is my home and Tess and Claudia are the main hosts. But they know I am on call should they need me.
"They do such a great job the two of them together. And I like being on 'It Takes Two', it reminds me of my 'Live & Kicking' days. Anyway, I'm much more comfortable in trousers."
The 44-year-old television presenter recently hosted the 'Strictly Come Dancing' live tour and previously admitted she was glad she could front in and continue her "obsession" with the show.
She said at the time: "I am thrilled and excited! As the saddest 'Strictly' geek, frankly I am obsessed.
"This is just a delight because I get to prolong my obsession just that little bit longer."

Jessica Wright blasts Ricky Rayment

Jessica Wright has blasted Ricky Rayment's relationship with Marnie Simpson.
The television personality was seen shouting at her ex-boyfriend - who she split from in November last year - on last night's (01.03.15) episode of 'The Only Way Is Essex'.
She said: "You got dumped so get over it and stop referring to me on the internet... you're barking on about your three-week relationship that you're going to marry."
Ricky - who started dating the 'Geordie Shore' star after they met at a National Television Awards after party - bumped into his ex whilst out walking his dog.
He said: "Look I won't speak about you. You don't speak about me. You keep talking about our past relationship; I'm talking about you now. I said you aren't an angel, you aren't!"
But Jessica blasted back: "I don't give a s**t about what you think anyway. I didn't lie and cheat, you did! I was respectful about our relationship and you weren't."
Meanwhile, the brunette beauty recently revealed
Ricky was planning on proposing to her before they broke up.
In a previous episode of the hit ITVBe show, she said: "Everyone needs to stop blaming his age - that's not the reason we broke up.
"I heard that he'd picked out a ring for me and that he was going to propose. If he really is such a little kid then why would have done all of that?"

Natalie Anderson defends Emmerdale sexual assault storyline

Natalie Anderson has defended the 'Emmerdale' sexual assault storyline.
In last week's episode, Natalie's character Alicia Metcalfe was assaulted by teenager Lachlan White (played by Thomas Atkinson).
She said: "We knew that there would be [complaints]. It's a sensitive storyline.
"Kate, our producer, was quite prepared for the fact this would be shocking. Everything was implied and nothing was explicit."
47 complaints were made to broadcasting watchdog Ofcom after it aired but the 33-year-old actress insists they received much praise for tackling the controversial plot.
She added: "I think to be honest, in the grand scheme of things, there's been more praise than complaints.
"There is so much more to come with the storyline and they should stick with it to see how the story unfolds."
Natalie also praised her co-star Thomas, 16, for his maturity towards the storyline.
Speaking on ITV's 'This Morning', she said: "He's helped me and put me at ease a lot because he's been so mature about the whole thing."
Following the episode, a spokesperson for the show said: "Lachlan is a very troubled teenager and his assault upon Alicia is the beginning of a very dark storyline for his character.
"We thoroughly researched this aspect of the plot and the drama was intentionally implicit rather than explicit."

Fearne Cotton’s stepchildren already naming unborn baby

Fearne Cotton's son and stepchildren have already suggested "a million names" for her baby.
The 33-year-old BBC Radio 1 DJ recently announced she is pregnant with her second child with rocker husband Jesse Wood, and admitted the musician's two children from a previous relationship, as well as their two-year-old son Rex, are eager to name the unborn child.
She said: "My little boy Rex and his older brother and sister Arthur and Lola are so excited, they've all already come up with about a million names for the unborn child, and are really, really excited. So in the Wood household we're all happy, and really, really good."
After making the announcement on Friday (27.02.15), the blonde beauty also revealed she would be leaving her radio show in May after 10 years with the station, but has insisted although she will miss the job, she is excited to see what the future holds.
She continued: "It's been a huge decision and I'll miss being here so, so much. But I've been here 10 years, so it's time for a new chapter.
"I'm feeling very lucky, blessed, and slightly sick still, but aside from that I'm feeling really, really brilliant and really, really happy."
However, the 'Celebrity Juice' panellist, who also has her own fashion and homeware range with online retailer Very, said she has had "the best time ever" working on the show.
Speaking on her radio show this morning (02.03.15), she said: "It's been a decision that has taken a lot of time and thought. I've had the best time ever, especially doing this show, it's been an absolute dream come true.
"I'm going to leave here, at Radio 1, with friends that I've made for life, bursting with the best memories ever. It's been such an amazing decade."

James Argent: I went through a ‘horrible’ phase

James 'Arg' Argent went through a "horrible" phase over Christmas.
The television personality returned to 'The Only Way Is Essex' last night (01.03.15), following his suspension from the show for his partying antics.
He told viewers: "I feel good. The person I am today to what I was two or three months ago is a completely different person.
"In the past I was putting on a bit of an act. I'd be quite low and lonely at home by myself and in a bad place but when I was around my friends I'd make out I was fine.
"I'm not going to lie. It was a horrible, dark, bad phase I had. Not only was I killing myself and I nearly lost everything, I was also really hurting the people around me. My family are so much happier now and proud of me."
The 27-year-old television personality - who also completed a stint in rehab over the festive period - praised his ex-girlfriend Lydia Bright for inspiring him to change.
He said: "She's really been there for me. Her support and her family's support has meant everything to me. Debbie looks at me like another son."
James later told his former flame - who has since started dating a mystery man she met in Thailand - that it would be better for them to cease contact for a while.
He told her: "Having contact with you is a bit negative on my life at the moment.
"I think it's a good idea you do your thing and I do my thing. I'm going to take a step back. It's probably the right thing for myself and you as well."

Jake Quickenden ‘done’ with reality TV

Jake Quickenden is "done" with reality television.
The former 'X Factor' star - who also finished runner-up on 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here' - believes it would be a "bit of a joke" if he signed up for another stint on a similar show.
When asked about the possibility, he said: "I think I'm pretty much done with them.
"If I did another one it would be a bit of a joke! It's time to concentrate on bigger fish."
The 26-year-old singer is now hoping to continue writing his own music, whilst doing a bit of presenting work on the side.
He told TellyMix: "I've been writing music and presenting for 'This Morning'. I had some meetings about presenting work, but at the moment I am concentrating on music and getting my own original stuff out there.
"Music is my main love but I enjoy presenting as well, I don't see why I can't do both."
Meanwhile, Jake couldn't help but gush about his new romance with Carl Fogarty's daughter, Danielle, after the pair met following his stint in the jungle.
He told Closer Online: "It's going really well. Foggy loves me, I hope!
"[Danielle and I] get on really well, the whole family is amazing. We're really enjoying ourselves at the minute. We have a lot in common and she understands that this is my life and I've got work. It's really cool - I never expected to get into a relationship but I am and I'm really happy."

James Jordan: I’m ‘broody’

James Jordan is "broody".
The former 'Strictly Come Dancing' professional has revealed him and his wife of 11 years Ola are keen to have children.
He said: "I'm definitely feeling broody. We'd love to have kids at some point.
"The dream number would be two because when you've got more than two children, things like hotel rooms and cars can be a bit more difficult. Twins would be great, a boy and girl in one go!"
The 36-year-old television personality also believes becoming an uncle has made him wish more for his own son or daughter.
He shared: "I know when you're an uncle you can give them back at the end of the day, but I do want my own little Jimmy Jordan, or maybe I'll call him Damian."
But their busy work schedules has meant the pair are struggling to find time to add to their family.
Ola said: "There's never a good time. We'll just have to wait and see what happens."
The couple had a rotten time of it over the past few months, with James being taken ill around Christmas Day and Ola suffering a serious knee injury whilst training for Channel 4 show 'The Jump'.
She said: "I'm feeling positive, I'm much better now. I can walk without crutches but I still need to take it easy."
James added to HELLO! Online: "The doctors didn't actually find out what was wrong with me and I had been feeling ill for a number of weeks.
"I can still feel a bit of pain every now and again but hopefully I'll be alright."
