Gino D'Acampo has legally changed his name to "Sheffield".
The 'Celebrity Juice' panellist was given the new middle name after he allowed the live audience of the ITV2 show to decide on an updated moniker.
Presenter Keith Lemon kicked off the new-naming session saying: "As we all know, Gino D'Acampo doesn't have a middle name..."
Addressing Gino, he continued: "All you have to do is let us give you one ... By deed poll, for real."
The audience was given the choice between Keith, Juice or Sheffield and depending on which option received the loudest cheer, Gino had to adopt that name.
The studio audience cheered the loudest for Sheffield - which is Keith's nickname for Gino - before the host introduced a lawyer with contracts for a legally binding deed poll name change.
Gino D'Acampo is now officially and legally Gino Sheffield D'Acampo, or to give him his full name Gennaro Sheffield D'Acampo.
Gino looked terrified as he signed the forms for his new name and admitted: "My wife is going to kill me."

Amanda Holden is insuring her nipples for £2 million.
The 'Britain's Got Talent' judge was left red-faced earlier this year when she was pictured at the Birmingham auditions of the ITV talent show with her cold nipples noticeably showing through her dress and she's now revealed she' thinking about safeguarding her "best assets".
She shared: "I decided if it was good enough for Kylie Minogue's bum or Mariah Carey's legs, it is definitely required for my nipples.
"I've got to make sure all my best assets are protected."
Meanwhile, an expert has estimated that Amanda's breasts could be protected for up to £1 million each at the insurance firm Lloyd's of London.
The source told The Sun newspaper: "She's a huge star on 'Britain's Got Talent' which is shown around the world.
"She obviously feels that her career would suffer if anything happened to them.
"Celebs have insured their bums, legs and even cleavage. I've heard of porn stars insuring their private bits."
The 44-year-old beauty would be following in the footsteps of stars including Taylor Swift - who was previously reported to have insured her legs for $40 million - if she decides to go ahead with the deal.

Stephen Mulhern claims he turned down the chance to present 'The X Factor'.
The 38-year-old star has revealed show boss Simon Cowell offered him the job after Dermot O'Leary stepped down from the role after 10 years last month but claims he turned it down as he thinks his pal is "too good" to replace.
Speaking at the launch of Britain's Got Talent, Stephen told BANG Showbiz: "I've said no to the 'X Factor' presenting job. You can't follow in Dermot's footsteps, he was too good, so, sad news guys, I'm out the running."
While the 'Britain's Got More Talent' presenter isn't keen on taking Dermot's job, he has no qualms about taking over from Anthony McPartlin, and jumping over from his ITV2 spin-off show to the main ITV show alongside Declan Donnelly, to become 'Steve & Dec' instead of Ant & Dec, as he's currently planning the latter's stag do.
Stephen said: "I'm in charge of Dec's stag do. I've got the t-shirts made, and we're all going to have our own nicknames written on them, but on Ant's t-shirt you can only see his ear, but it is Ant. I don't want him on the t-shirt. It's just me and Dec, it's not Ant & Dec anymore. Dec's going to have to decide [who he has as best man]. You can't have two, and if he goes with Ant I'll be devastated."

Jeremy Clarkson has pulled out of his scheduled appearance on 'Have I Got News For You'.
The controversial presenter was due to appear as a guest host on the panel show on April 24 in what would've been his first BBC appearance since being sacked from 'Top Gear' by the broadcaster after attacking a producer and leaving him with a split lip.
However, he's now said to have pulled out of the appearance but Hat Trick Productions' Jimmy Mulville claims Clarkson will be available for a show later in the year.
He said: "On reflection, Jeremy Clarkson has decided not to host 'Have I Got News For You'. We fully expect him to resume his hosting duties later in the year."
The 54-year-old star was suspended from 'Top Gear' in March following a "fracas" with producer Oisin Tymon in a hotel in Yorkshire following an argument about a steak.
An internal investigation found that Oisin had to take himself to hospital after he was subject to the "unprovoked physical and verbal attack" that resulted in swelling and bleeding to his lip.
Following the investigation the BBC announced Clarkson's contract on Top Gear would not be renewed.
More than a million fans signed a petition to reinstate the presenter, but BBC director general Tony Hall said "a line has been crossed."
The new series of 'Have I Got News For You' begins tonight (10.04.15) with actor Daniel Radcliffe as the guest host.

'Celebrity Big Brother' bosses are planning a USA v UK theme for this summer's show.
Producers were inspired by the way American gossip blogger Perez Hilton stirred up trouble in the recent series of the fly-on-the-wall programme and think it would make compelling viewing to divide the contestants into two teams based on their nationalities.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "The reason bosses have come up with this idea is because of the impact Perez had on the January series. He was so out there and caused such mayhem that producers want to take it to the next level for the new show.
"They hope that by pitching Brits against Americans they will capitalise on our cultural differences and fireworks will ensue."
And show bosses have reportedly made the decision to book as many "fiery" stars as possible.
The source added: "Usually producers want a mix of contestants with some calmer people amongst the drama queens but this time they have said they want a house full of fiery characters.
"They want it to be one of the most explosive series ever."
It was recently revealed US model Janice Dickinson, 60, has already signed up for the show.
The brunette star - who previously appeared on 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!' - has reportedly agreed a £300,000 deal with Channel 5 to enter the famous house.
Janice's rumoured 'CBB' pay packet would be one of the largest in the show's history and comes after former glamour model Katie Price was handed a reported £500,000 to appear on the most recent series, on which she was crowned champion.

Casey Batchelor wants to be the "new Zoe Slater" in 'EastEnders'.
The former 'Celebrity Big Brother' star has revealed she's currently pursuing more acting roles and would love to take on the role of Kat Slater's estranged daughter, who was played by the actress Michelle Ryan from the year 2000 to 2005.
She exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "I'm getting myself an acting agent now and I'm going to, fingers crossed, do some more TV stuff ... I mean, I think I'd fit in quite well on 'EastEnders'. I've got the accent, I've got the attitude.
"I think I'd be a good Slater. They are going a little bit doolally at the minute, the Slaters. Let's do a campaign and put this to 'EastEnders' - Casey Batchelor as the new Zoe Salter.
"I'm going to put it forward ... Because she [Zoe] was meant to be coming back wasn't she? I'm going to get my agent on this."
The 30-year-old beauty - who appears alongside the BBC One soap's Danny Dyer's daughter Dani Dyer in the film 'Bonded By Blood 2' - also thinks she'd make a great action star.
She added: "Do you know who I'd like to be? The new Angelina Jolie, the new Lara Croft. I'm quite flexible so I could do all the stunts and stuff. I could be like Lara Croft's long-lost niece and take over because she's English as well isn't she, Lara Croft? I'd just have to have a few etiquette lessons to sound a bit more posh."

'Made in Chelsea' star Stevie Johnson gets a lap dance "every couple of years".
The 26-year-old reality star has revealed that while he wouldn't advise people to visit strip clubs too often, he does enjoy the occasional lap dance.
He said: "I wouldn't recommend going regularly, but popping in for a lap dance every couple of years is OK. I went to one in Newcastle recently for my brother's stag do."
Stevie - who is now loved up with girlfriend Cressida Stewart - insists he could never date a stripper because he wouldn't like to see other men leering at his girlfriend.
He said: "I get quite jealous, so I wouldn't want my girl getting up in someone else's grill."
Speaking about what he avoids when it comes to women, he told Now magazine: "Turn offs in a girl are those who take themselves too seriously and wear too much make-up."
The MIC regular also claims that while he's become a bit of a heartthrob since joining the E4 show, his girlfriend isn't worried about him being unfaithful.
He gushed: "Cressida trusts me, I've played the field before but I'm very happy to be settled now. I adore her so much.
"We get a lot of attention when we go out, but she's pretty relaxed and trusts me."

Denise Van Outen and Jake Wood discussed whether or not to "use tongues" in their 'EastEnders' kissing scene.
The former 'Big Breakfast' host's character Karin Smart will be seen passionately kissing Jake's character Max Branning in her debut on the BBC One soap tonight (09.04.15) and she's revealed they had a conversation before filming the scene about just how raunchy they wanted the embrace to be.
She shared: "I looked at the script and said, 'What an ice breaker!' Obviously I've watched Jake on 'Strictly' [Come Dancing] so I was a massive fan but I've never met him before, so my first scene we had to kind of get it on ... but he's lovely.
"And actors have a discussion about what you can or can't do - the rules! Because some people like to really go for it. We were just acting with passion. The discussion is about whether you use tongues and we decided ... There we no tongues involved at this stage!"
The 40-year-old actress claims they both talked about how far to take the kiss beforehand in order to avoid angering their respective real-life partners.
Speaking on ITV's 'This Morning', she explained: "You know what it is, when you've got partners, actors have to have these conversations about whether or not it's going to upset their partner and obviously Jake is with someone and I'm with someone and we want this to be real and authentic but, you know, we're not allowed to slip in the tongue!"

Dame Helen Mirren believes Jimmy Savile would try to excuse himself for his sex crimes if he were still alive.
The 'Woman in Gold' actress has spoken out about the disgraced TV personality's despicable predatory behaviour and is sure Savile - who was revealed after his death to have sexually abused hundreds of young girls - would be "confused" at the public's reaction to his abhorrent actions.
In an interview with The Times newspaper, she said: "I'm sure that if that f***ing bastard was alive today, he would be utterly confused.
"He would think, 'They liked it, they loved me, I was a big star, so they wanted it.' "
Mirren also opened up about working in the film and TV industry in the 70s and claims the decade was affected by a terribly sexist attitude amongst many men.
The Oscar winner insists she was on the receiving hand of that sexism on several occasions.
The 69-year-old star shared: "I was thinking about the 1970s, which unfortunately was when I was at my prime, age wise. I happened to hit the culture at a time that was worse than the f***ing 1940s or 1950s.
"It was horrible. Men saw that as sort of, 'Oh, fantastic! We can f**k anything, however we like, whenever we like! They're up for grabs, boys!' It was that kind of attitude."
