Nick Grimshaw wants to borrow Justin Bieber's house for 'The X Factor'.
The 30-year-old DJ will join the judging panel for the singing contest's upcoming 12th series and is hoping to use the 'Boyfriend' hitmaker's Los Angeles pad during the Judges Houses section of the show, when acts jet off to an exotic location to fight for their place in the live shows.
A message from the BBC Radio 1 Breakfast Show Twitter account read: "Hiyaaa @justinbieber is your house free for @grimmers to be a judge in? Late August ideally. Thanks. (sic)"
The tweet comes after the radio presenter joked he was deliberating between filming the segment on the tropical Caribbean island of Barbados or in his hometown of Oldham in Greater Manchester.
Speaking to fellow judge Cheryl Fernandez-Versini on his show, he said: "I'm thinking of doing it in Oldham ... Have you been before? It's gorgeous. That's where I was born and bred so I was thinking maybe I'd go back there, that or maybe go there or Barbados, they are the two options I'm thinking."
After announcing his new role as a judge alongside Cheryl, Simon Cowell and Rita Ora, the chirpy presenter admitted he already felt like the odd one out on the judging panel when he met up with them last night (15.06.15).
He confessed: "I met the others last night, went and had a pint with them. No one else had a pint. Just me."

Sarah Harding has been invited back to 'Coronation Street'.
The former 'Girls Aloud' singer "wangled" her way into the ITV soap after meeting the show's boss Stuart Blackburn and having impressed with her four-episode cameo, she has been welcomed back to film for a longer time period, following the release of her debut solo record.
Speaking at The Pink Ribbon Charity Lunch at Champneys Tring Health Spa last week (09.06.15) she said: "I went there (to the set) late last year for 'Good Morning Britain', and they could see straight away that I was a fan. They gave me a grand tour and I got chatting to the casting and publicity people. They asked, 'Can you act?' and I said 'I have been known to!'
"When they told me they occasionally have bit-parts, I said, 'Well, if anything comes up that you feel might be suitable ... ' I wangled myself a bit-part and my mum is so jealous. It turns out they've given me more episodes to film after my music."
However, the 33-year-old musician admitted she finds it "hard work" appearing on the show, in which she plays Joni, the new spouse of Tracy Barlow's former husband, Robert Preston.
She added: "It's hard work in soapland, but everyone is so friendly. I just love it there. Also my family are from up there, and I get to see my friends too."

Alan Titchmarsh has a hot tub in his back garden.
The 66-year-old presenter revealed he is "totally addicted" to his steamy jacuzzi, which rids him of his worries.
The former chat show host said: "I don't know anybody who's got in one who hasn't decided they're the best thing since sliced bread!
"It came with the house and we thought we'd get rid of it. But it was working so we thought we'd give it a go. Oh my goodness! The worries of the day melted away and I'm sorry, but I'm now a fan. I'm totally addicted."
The former 'Ground Force' star insisted it's important such a large item "blends in" with the rest of his garden.
He explained: "The key is, you have to plant around it really well so it blends in, because they're not pretty to look at.
"You sit in the thing, looking out at pretty things. It soothes the aches and pains I tell you. My wife Alison has a dodgy back and it helps her, so it's fantastic."
Alan was speaking about the device while promoting the latest series of 'Love Your Garden', which begins on ITV later this month, which he confessed can be emotional to work on.
He said: "I find it very difficult to do the voiceover. I often have to stop at the end and do it again because it's so moving when lovely things happen, when somebody does something unexpectedly kind, that always moves me to tears."
And while he ended 'The Alan Titchmarsh Show' in 2014, he believes he still made the right decision.
He told Radio Times magazine: "I loved it but I did hundreds of programmes over eight years. It gets very tiring. I'd interviewed pretty much everyone I wanted to. I wanted to go before people said 'Oh him again, hasn't he had enough?' "

Ben Cohen will set the record straight on his rumoured love triangle in a tell-all autobiography.
The 'Strictly Come Dancing' star - who featured on the BBC dancing competition in 2013 with professional dance partner Kristina Rihanoff - will reveal a "different perspective" to his personal life, including his supposed romances and the tragic passing of his father, who lost his life while trying to break up a fight in a Northampton nightclub in 2000.
On the book, he explained: "It should be out in September. I've got a ghost writer. They have been spending many hours going through all the different parts of my life."
The 36-year-old World Cup-winning rugby player recently split from his wife of 11 years, Abigail, amid rumours he had grown close to his former dance partner, and he hinted intimate details of his private life will be revealed in the book, because he doesn't want it all to be about his rugby career.
He told The Sun newspaper: "I didn't want to create just a sporting book, about how hard I had trained and became the greatest. That would be boring. It's a different view on things - and it is very well written. It's my personal journey and a different perspective."

Kym Marsh has been "recharging her batteries" following her split from Dan Hooper.
The 'Coronation Street' actress confirmed that she and the personal trainer have decided to call time on their relationship for good last week and she's since jetted off to Spain with her parents, son David and daughter Polly to help her to get over her woes.
She said: "We're staying in a villa as it's more private. People often recognise me when I'm on holiday and I usually don't mind it, but sometimes you just want some private time and I just want to chill out and have a rest.
"I needed to get away from the stress and recharge my batteries after breaking up with Dan. It's a difficult time when you split from someone, it's hard for everyone concerned and our families too. It's been a stressful few weeks but I'm taking care of myself and de-stressing as I begin the final year of my thirties."
The 40-year-old actress - who celebrated her landmark birthday on the weekend - confessed she's not thrilled about turning 40 but is hoping she has plenty of good times ahead of her.
She added to OK! magazine: "I'm not overly impressed about nearing 40, but I was dreading my thirties and they weren't as bad as I'd thought, so hopefully my forties will be the same."

Danny Dyer is planning to build a "mini Queen Vic" in his back garden.
The 'EastEnders' actor, who plays pub landlord Mick Carter in the BBC One soap, is moving into a new house and has revealed he's set aside a plot for a replica of the iconic building.
He said: "When we move to the new house I've got an annexe at the back and I'm going to build a mini Queen Vic. That's going to be my man cave, my little boozer. I've got the props guys from the show coming around with the actual blueprints to the pub. I'll have a little Queen Victoria bust and everything and a little sign outside. I'm going to completely Vic it up."
The 37-year-old star - who is planning to tie the knot with his fiancee and childhood sweetheart Joanna Mas next year - claims living with her and his two daughters Dani, 18, and Sunnie, eight, means he's constantly being told to clean up after himself.
Danny - who also has 19-month-old son Arty with Jo - shared: "I'm ruled by women and I love it! I'm constantly getting it in the neck for flicking ash and missing the ashtray, and I'm a bit rubbish - if there's a pile of ironing that Jo's taken hours to do an I don't take mine upstairs, I get a rollicking."
Dani - who is currently starring alongside Martin Kemp in 'Age of Kill' - added to OK! magazine: "Mum gets the hump when he leaves his trainers laying around. It's taking a liberty. We always keep on top of him. We go, 'Dad, pack it in, what are you doing?' He gets away with nothing."
