Nicole Scherzinger may be replacing Rita Ora as a coach on 'The Voice UK'.
The 37-year-old former 'X Factor' judge is a "front runner" for the job, so could be swapping TV talent shows with the 24-year-old 'Poison' singer. The 'Don't Hold Your Breath' singer is flying into the UK this week for talks with BBC chiefs, after 'The Voice UK' judge Will.i.am has sung her praises.
A BBC source said: "Nicole is meeting with some of the top producers on The Voice this week to discuss the prospect of her replacing Rita.
"Will.i.am, who is our most popular coach, is very close friends with Nicole and has been lobbying hard for her to join the panel. Andrew Lloyd Webber has also sung her praises because of her talent and passion for mentoring young acts.
"We're not planning to make a formal decision until the end of the summer but this will very much make Nicole a front runner."
The BBC insider has also insisted that the fact that Nicole has been on 'The X Factor' previously isn't an issue.
Speaking to The Sun newspaper, the source added: "Nicole is very experienced and popular.
"Her team believe she's distanced herself from X Factor enough while she's concentrated on her solo music career to be able to join another show. She definitely wants to do it."

Gemma Collins insists her departure from 'The Only Way Is Essex' was a "mutual decision".
The 34-year-old star - who was reportedly suspended from the show by bosses earlier this month - claims she walked off the set because filming a confrontational scene with Vas Morgan and Lauren Pope become "too much" for her.
Gemma is said to have stormed off during filming shortly after learning her mother, chronic osteoarthritis sufferer Joan's health was deteriorating and was given leave from the show to spend time with her.
She said: "To hear that [about my mum] and then have to film a scene with Vas and Lauren [Pope] attacking me was too much. I had to walk away.
"I didn't want to break down and cry about my mum in front of the cast and crew.
"[Producers] let me take 10 days off to have a break with my mum.
"It was a mutual decision. They all understood that I wasn't happy and wasn't myself. I'm glad I've had some time off. I love 'TOWIE' and 'TOWIE' loves me."
Gemma also hit out at claims she is a "diva" on set.
She added to Star magazine: "I've had enough of being labelled this massive diva. It's hurtful when people call me a monster. I'm a 34-year-old girl caring for her mum and trying to hold down a career.
"It's not true [that I'm a diva or bully]. I've never said I'd a supermodel, I'm just a normal girl. I don't want people to think I'm horrible, I'm really not. I've got a good heart."

Helen Flanagan has given birth to her first child.
The former 'Coronation Street' beauty was reportedly two weeks over her due date but gave birth to her and boyfriend Scott Sinclair's healthy baby yesterday (29.06.15).
A pal told The Sun newspaper: "Helen gave birth on Monday in Birmingham, and she is still there recovering. It is hoped that she'll be back home in a day or so.
"It is very exciting for them, and both their families."
No other details about the baby have been released yet.
Helen was expected to have the child in mid-June but after the date passed, doctors agreed to induce her.
A source added: "Helen was hoping to have the baby naturally, but the doctors decided it was best to induce. She is exhausted but doing well."
Meanwhile, Helen previously admitted she was the "happiest I've ever been" and her and Scott were considering marriage in the future.
She said: "We'll definitely get married at some point. Scott knows what type of ring I want - one with a huge rock on it."

Ken Barlow is left with "colossal anger" toward his daughter Tracey after he discovers she is the reason he lost out on time with his wife before her death in a new 'Coronation Street' storyline.
The character - played by Bill Roache, 81 - finds out that Deirdre stayed away from Weatherfield because she was so ashamed that Tracey had embarked on an affair with her best friend Liz McDonald's partner Tony Stewart (Terence Maynard), leaving grieving Ken deeply upset and furious.
Bill revealed: "When he hears the real reason she stayed away he gets very angry, because he has been deprived of the last few weeks and months of life with the person he loves, all because Tracy misbehaved.
"Ken has this double emotion to deal with - tremendous grief at the loss of Deirdre, and colossal anger at Tracy."
Deirdre - played by Anne Kirkbride, who sadly passed away from breast cancer in January - will be written out of the soap this week when Liz (Beverley Callard) arrives at Ken's home interrupting preparations for his beloved wife's return home from her extended break and her surprise 60th birthday party, to share the devastating news she has passed away.
And Bill admitted that he felt the loss of both Anne and Deirdre when his character was given Dierdre's famous specs that she wore for decades on 'Coronation Street'.
Speaking to website Mirror.co.uk, he added: "From an acting point of view, it made it totally simple and totally believable and very easy to play. From the grieving and sadness point of view, it made it totally real."

Rebecca Front was sent to "Synth School" to learn how to act like a robot in TV show 'Humans'.
The 51-year-old actress - who is married and has teenage children Oliver and Tilly - stars as a synthetic nurse alongside Gemma Chan and Tom Goodman-Hill in the new Channel 4 drama, which is based in a future reality where every family owns a robot servant that looks eerily life-like.
Front and the other actors portraying the AI had to attend a robot training camp where they practised how to move their arms and eyebrows to differentiate them from the real humans.
Speaking to Radio Times magazine, she said: "It was all done with enormous attention to detail. They sent all the synths off to 'Synth School' with a movement expert. It was enormous fun - like going back to drama school.
"We had to relearn everything, starting from the basics. From the breathing, the blinking, where you hand your arms - it was the most fascinating things to get to grips with. It was quite daunting conveying (emotions) without all of the thing that you would normally use to show that you were getting cross. I had to just do it physically - without raising my eyebrows, or huffing and puffing. That was my challenge. When my husband saw it he said he couldn't tell the difference!"
Front believes it's only a matter of time before the premise of the programme becomes reality because the human race is already surrounding itself with masses of technology such as smart phones.
She said: "I find it terrifying that we've already let these things into our homes; its just that - for the moment - they're in a different shape."

'Big Brother' contestant Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace was forced to nominate two of her housemates for eviction in a dramatic face-to-face vote last night (29.06.15).
Marc O'Neill, Jack McDermott, Sam Kay and dominatrix Harry Amelia are all facing the public vote after being chosen by their fellow housemates.
However, while the rest of the contestants were left to make their nominations in private both Aisleyne and Nick Henderson were told to select the potential evictees in front of their co-stars, both opting for Marc and Harry.
Explaining her decision, Aisleyne claimed the pair had contributed to her close friend Brian Belo's shock decision to exit the 'Big Brother' house last week.
She said: "I feel like a very close friend of mine - who's a gentle giant - scaled a wall, because he felt pressure from two particular housemates."
When Marc tried to defend himself, she retorted: "This one is getting on my f*****g nerves. Why don't you just take it on the chin?'
Before adding of Harry: "She's f**king hard work."
Meanwhile, contestant Danny Wisker - who previously admitted he had feelings for Aisleyne and even slept in the same bed as her - confessed he had changed his mind about the former glamour model and insisted he had no intention of making a habit out of it.
Speaking to Chloe Wilbur, he said: "Aiselyne stayed in my bed last night - but I don't want to do it all the time."

JB Gill is to present a five-part children's show on his farm.
The 25-year-old singer - who starred in pop group JLS alongside Marvin Humes, Aston Merrygold and Oritsé Williams - bought the property in Orpington, Kent four years ago and is set to open his doors to welcome the CBeebies cameras for 'Down On The Farm'.
JB - whose real name is Jonathan Benjamin - explained: "I spend a lot of time on the farm, so it will be great to share this experience with the CBeebies audience.
"This is a really exciting venture for me, and I look forward to learning more about farming throughout the show."
The programme will see JB explore the world of farming alongside fellow presenter Storm Huntley.
Kay Benbow, the Controller of CBeebies, said: "It's fantastic to be able to add JB and Storm to the CBeebies family while educating our viewers.
"It will feed their inquisitiveness about the origins of their food, and will hopefully inspire the next generation of farmers."
Following JLS' split in 2013, JB has been spending more time with his animals and has revealed he considers himself to be a full-time farmhand.
Speaking in 2014, he said: "I am a fully-fledged farmer now.
"If this year is a success I hope to breed turkeys for years to come."
