Simon Cowell and Lauren Silverman have jetted off on a romantic mini-break.
The couple, who welcomed their first son Eric into the world on Valentine's Day on February 14, were spotted soaking up the sun in Miami Beach in Florida on Saturday (22.02.14).
The 'X Factor' boss and his 36-year-old girlfriend looked happy and relaxed as they strolled along the sand with their Yorkshire Terriers, Squiddly and Diddly, according to the MailOnline website.
It is not yet known if baby Eric travelled from their home in New York City with them for the trip, but he was not with them for the outing.
The couple recently applied for the tot's first passport and are planning to take him to the UK at the end of March, as they reportedly wanted to wait until he is a little older before bringing him on a transatlantic flight.
Simon and the 36-year-old socialite are planning to divide their time between London and their apartment in Manhattan for the foreseeable future, as Lauren's seven-year-old son, Adam, with her ex-husband, Andrew Silverman, goes to school in NYC.
The 54-year-old music mogul won't be spending as much time in Los Angeles, after 'The X Factor' USA was axed, and quietly put his $15.5 million mansion in Beverly Hills on the market six months ago, but still has another home in the area.
A source told the Daily Star newspaper: "He's downsizing. He doesn't need two LA pads."

Chris Brown has left rehab.
The 'Fine China' hitmaker recently completed 90 days of court-ordered treatment for anger issues but decided to remain in the facility in Malibu for a few extra days until he felt confident he wouldn't slip up again.
A source told HollywoodLife.com: "He's back home now and he feels good about it. After Chris left rehab, he headed to a music video shoot, where he broke out some impressive moves for his new single, 'Loyal.' "
Chris' friends and family, including his mother Joyce Hawkins, threw him a small homecoming party on Saturday night (22.02.14).
The insider said: "We had a low-key celebration for him. It was real quiet. A lot of hugs. A lot of thank yous. No big speeches although he said, 'Thank y'all for being there for me. Really appreciate all that. Love.' We weren't trying to turn it into a crying session, we just all wanted to be around him and uplift him and show him how proud of him we are."
The R&B singer was ordered to seek anger management instead of being sentenced to jail when his probation, stemming from his violent assault on then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009, was formally revoked as a result of an alleged assault on Parker Adams in Washington D.C. in October.
But the 'Forever' singer feels he has finally learnt to control his temper.
The source said: "He's trying to take what he learned with him about his anger and relationships with women and his mother and use those skills to make his relationships better."

"He knows he has to be strong and step out there and focus on his music and his life in general, and he wants to make sure he's at his absolute best before he picks up where he left off."

Khloe Kardashian has hinted she won't halt her divorce from Lamar Odom.
