Cruz Beckham shares new single and music video for Waste Your Pain

Cruz Beckham has dropped his latest single Waste Your Pain.

The track, recorded with his band The Breakers, marks another confident step in his fast‑building music career and arrives with a lively video filmed on the road.

Produced by Justin Raisen and Lewis Pesacov — whose credits include Kim Gordon, Joji and Charli xcx — the song leans into themes of self‑love, acceptance and starting fresh. Across bright guitars and upbeat drums, the song builds into a declaration of release — a moment where he can “finally see us moving on” and feel “free at last”.

The accompanying video captures the group mid‑tour, channelling the carefree spirit of 1983 coming‑of‑age classic Risky Business.

Each band member takes a turn dancing, performing to camera and offering fans a behind‑the‑scenes look at life with The Breakers.

The clip matches the track’s feel‑good tone, packed with playful moments and the kind of camaraderie that has quickly become part of their identity.

The single lands off the back of Cruz’s critically acclaimed debut headline tour, which saw him and The Breakers play key grassroots venues across the UK, including King Tuts and Komedia, before wrapping with three sold‑out nights at London’s Courtyard Theatre.

Previous singles include For Your Love, Optics and Lick The Toad.
