Lisa Kudrow has been ordered to pay her former manager $1.6 million.
The former 'Friends' actress lost a lawsuit yesterday (26.02.14) which had been brought by Scott Howard, who claimed she owed him a five per cent cut from her earnings due to an oral agreement they entered in 1991,
The jury in Los Angeles Superior Court agreed with Scott and ordered the 50-year-old actress to pay him the huge sum in residuals.
However, Lisa plans to appeal the decision.
Her lawyer Gerald Sauer said: "The jury's verdict is merely one step in the legal process. This case ultimately will be resolved at the appellate level. Ms. Kudrow has faith in the judicial system, and she believes that the eventual outcome of this contractual dispute will be in her favour."
Her former manager's legal representatives insist there is "no chance" the appeal would be supported.
Scott's lead attorney Mark Baute said: "What generally happens now with unsophisticated actress clients is they overpay for filing a frivolous appeal that has no chance for success.
"The verdict is rock solid, and we look forward to collecting 10 percent, $16,000 a month, in post-judgment interest while their frivolous appeal is pending. We will collect that interest for two years, which is how long it will take for the Court of Appeal to affirm this jury's righteous verdict."
Scott first sued his former client in 2008, months after she fired him, as he was seeking a percentage of her earnings from syndication of 'Friends'.
During that court case, it emerged that Lisa was initially paid $13,5000 for her role as Phoebe Buffay in the sitcom, which later rose to a staggering $1.04 million per episode plus $5 million in other compensation.
In the 16 years he worked for the actress, it is estimated Scott made a huge $11 million in commission.

Beyoncé spent £700 at McDonald's after her concert in Manchester.
The 'Drunk in Love' singer splashed out at the fast food chain following her performance in North West England on Tuesday (25.02.14) night, and ordered so much, other customers were left hungry.
Local resident Helen Nugent said: "I'd stopped off on my way home from the theatre to buy a cheeseburger at McDonald's as I was feeling peckish.
"The lovely girl at the till looked a bit shell-shocked and I soon found out why - she told me, 'Oh my god, I've just done an order for £700 for Beyonce's 11 tour buses.'"
The 32-year-old star and her dancers worked up an appetite at the Phones 4 U Arena performing tracks such as 'XO' and 'Haunted' from her latest album 'Beyoncé' and hit singles from the past including 'Single Ladies' and 'Irreplaceable', but made sure to keep some of their order healthy.
Helen told Mancunian Matters: "She then went on to tell me, 'I made 50 portions of large fries and 22 boxes of Chicken McNuggets. 22! And 26 Big Macs! There are a lot of dancers on her tour, you'd think they eat healthily. Mind you, they did order a lot of salad.'
"I felt a bit of a twit after that, just asking for a solitary cheeseburger."
Beyoncé has been known to spoil her tour crew before, splashing out £1,444 on a take-away from peri-peri chicken restaurant Nando's after her headline set at V Festival last summer.

Michael Fassbender, Bradley Cooper and Jared Leto will take their mother's to the Oscars.
The Academy-Award nominees have ditched their girlfriends in favour of their mums as a hot date for the glitzy ceremony on Sunday (02.03.14) with Michael,36, flying his parents over from Ireland especially for the event.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "[Michael's] parents are on their way from Kerry.
"He has been seeing model Madalina Ghenea recent months but won't be walking the red carpet with her."
Meanwhile, Bradley's girlfriend of a year Suki Waterhouse won't feel too left out when he attends the prestigious ceremony with his mother, as the couple are tipped to meet later on in the evening.
Jared - who has received a nomination for Best Supporting Actor for his role as as a HIV-positive transsexual in 'Dallas Buyers Club' - will be looking to his mother,Constance, for support on the night and reportedly invited her via a video call earlier this week.
The 42-year-old star previously credited his mum for his success and said he likes taking her to red carpet events as a way of thanking her.
He said: "We were born very poor and into pretty humble surroundings. My mother always wanted to do something better with her life and for her children.
"She was a dreamer and a worker. The biggest lesson she taught me was to dream and then to do the work that it takes to make dreams a reality. It has been fun to bring her around.
"The best part of these opportunities to stand up and say something is to be able to thank the people who have believed in you for so long. I could spend every single one of these events thanking my mother. She's the best."

Over 5,000 fans turned up to watch Louis Tomlinson make his professional soccer debut.
The One Direction singer was supported by hoards of screaming girls when he took to the pitch at Keepmoat Stadium, South Yorkshire, to play his first official game for Doncaster Rovers reserve team last night (26.02.14).
Despite only playing for 15 minutes when he was called on as a sub for the club in their match against Rotherham, Louis drew an international audience with fans flying from as far afield as the US and Mexico to catch a glimpse of the pop pin-up.
Security was forced to step in when the overexcited girls rushed out of their seats as Louis trotted onto the pitch at the 64th minute, and were sternly warned the 'Kiss You' singer wouldn't play unless they remained calm.
The disappointing 0-0 draw was lost on the eager 'Directioners' as they screeched encouragement whenever their hero took the ball and booed opponents who tackled it from him.
Meanwhile, Louis' girlfriend Eleanor Calder had pride of place in the box and looked on patiently as the heartthrob, who joined as a non-contract player for the team last summer, posed for photos with his loyal devotees after the game.
Proceeds from the Final Third Development League match - which normally draws a mere 100 supporters - went to local charity, the Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice.
The 22-year-old star later tweeted: "Wow what an incredible experience. Can't put into words how I feel 🙂 I will never forget pulling on my own Doncaster Rovers shirt!!"
While Louis is unlikely to be a permanent fixture on the pitch due to his touring commitments with bandmates Niall Horan, Harry Styles, Zayn Malik and Liam Payne, his appearance raised much-needed funds for Bluebell hospice, of which he serves as a patron.

Kate Hudson and Matt Bellamy are reportedly working on their relationship.
The 'Almost Famous' actress and the Muse frontman sparked speculation their engagement could be off when Kate was spotted without her ring at BVLGARI's Decades of Glamour party on Tuesday (25.02.14), but sources insist the couple are still very much together and are determined to make their love work.
An insider told E! News: "They are OK. They go through their ups and downs like every other couple. It's true that occasionally they don't spend as much time together as they would like - work pulls them apart from time to time. But they are working on strengthening their relationship.
"They are optimistic about the future and see that it will work out. They don't think for a second that they won't get through this. They love one another very much and will do what it takes to make it work."
This comes after The New York Daily News reported the pair had "drifted apart" and People magazine claimed their romance was "on the rocks".
It seems the rumours stem from the busy pair - who got engaged in 2011 and have two-year-old son Bingham together, as well as raising Kate's 10-year-old son Ryder from a previous relationship - not being photographed together since December.
Kate recently admitted she was keen to walk down the aisle with 'Supermassive Black Hole' singer Matt, saying: "I look forward to [our wedding]. We'll both figure it out. We've been both very busy, but it will happen."

Aaron Paul never had a girlfriend until he was 19.
The 'Need for Speed' actor - who married Lauren Parsekian in May 2013 - admits he was a "theatre geek" at school who had a sheltered upbringing which meant he rarely went to parties or dated during his teenage years.
He said: "It was a beautiful, loving home. I was very protected.
"They wanted to keep me out of harm's way, so I didn't grow up going to parties in high school. I never dated.
"My main focus was school and theatre. I was just a theatre geek.
"I had a girlfriend in fifth grade but, let's be honest, we only talked three times and we dated for a year and a half. My first proper girlfriend was when I was 19, after I moved to LA."
Aaron was smitten with Lauren from the minute they got together at the Coachella festival in 2011, a year after they first met, and even told her that night he wanted to marry her some day.
He recalled to Britain's Marie Claire magazine: "There was just this unspoken thing. We ran off and had our first kiss on the Ferris wheel.

One Direction are turning into men.
The 'Little Things' hitmakers - Niall Horan, Liam Payne, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson and Harry Styles - think they have changed a lot since they first found fame when they entered 'The X Factor' as solo artists before Simon Cowell put them in the group in 2010.
Niall said: "I mean we were all just kids ... You get pushed straight in and have to grow up fast ... We've got bigger, we've got stubble, we're turning into men.
Niall's bandmates agreed with him, saying they thought it was especially hard for them to deal with their early success because they didn't know one another well enough to rely on each other for support.
Zayn said: "We've all changed. None of us really knew each other and none of us was really prepared.
"I found it hard talking to people, answering questions, but then you realise everyone is in the same boat. You can't take yourself too seriously, and you all start to relax into being who you are."
The 'Story of My Life' hitmakers admitted that although they're enjoying their success and being able to go on perform at arenas, they often like to relax in their tour bus rather than going out partying.
Liam told Top of the Pops magazine: "It's pretty hard to just 'go out' ... A lot of the time we actually prefer sleeping on the tour bus. We park outside the venue and just stay there. We have our DVDs and Xboxes and we have a quiet bus for sleeping."

Kim Kardashian has taken her daughter to Paris for the first time.
The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star flew out of New York City with her eight month old North West, and mother, Kris Jenner, on Tuesday (25.02.14).
The brunette beauty, who is planning to get married to Kanye West in the French capital in May, was spotted comforting the tot before the long-haul flight and kissing her repeatedly, as they checked in at JFK International Airport, according to the New York Daily News.
Although she applied for North's passport several months ago, it is believed this is the first time Kim has taken her little girl out of the US, after previously being criticised for leaving her baby at home with family in Los Angeles.
Meanwhile, Kim has insisted that North is not spoiled.
The 33-year-old star regularly posts pictures online of gifts North receives from designers, but admits she never wears any of them.
She told PEOPLE magazine: "Despite what it looks like on Instagram, my daughter is not spoiled at all!"
She added: "She has actually not worn anything designer yet. Kids get dirty. She'll spit up. She moves around so much."
North received free clothes from Stella McCartney, Giuseppe Zanotti, Hermes and Charlotte Olympia for Christmas in December and Kim was quick to thank them on Instagram.

Justin Bieber allegedly couldn't walk in a straight line when he was arrested last month.
New video footage, released by Miami-Dade County prosecutors after it was sought under Florida's public records law, shows the 19-year-old star stumbled slightly while trying to prove he was sober and spent some of his time in jail doing push-ups, before being charged with driving under the influence (DUI), driving with an expired licence and resisting arrest.
A law enforcement source told gossip website TMZ.com that some of the nine hours of video surveillance show Justin, who was filmed wavering as he tried to walk heel to toe on white line and reaching his arms out to steady himself, was under the influence at the time, even though his blood alcohol level was barely measurable at .014 and he did 23 push-ups in 28 seconds before he was released on bail.
The 'Believe' singer's lawyers persuaded the judge overseeing the case not to release four clips that show Justin in "various states of undress, which show personal parts," captured while he was giving a urine sample.
A source, who saw the footage, said: "Justin is seen several times stumbling around while he was taking his tests. As if he had a problem with his balance ... [the video] also shows Justin taking his various tests and eventually taking a p**s.
"The stumbling and going to the bathroom is obviously reason enough for his attorneys to request it be sealed ... If I was trying to paint a picture that my client was innocent ... I wouldn't want a video of him stumbling around and looking out of it to go public either."
The 'Heartbreaker' hitmaker is set to appear in court in Miami next Monday (03.03.14), after reportedly rejecting a plea deal that required him to submit to random drug testing for up to nine months and complete 40 hours of community service.
