Jourdan Dunn is in complete awe of Beyoncé.
The model of the moment has been a fan of the R&B superstar ever since she was nine years old and embarrassed herself when she first met her idol at the Met Ball in New York City last May by asking if she could "hold" her.
She told Miss VOGUE magazine: "I used to pretend I was the fifth member of Destiny's Child. She saw us, smiled and began walking over. We both turned to see if Jay Z or someone was nearby. She said, 'Hi,' and told us that she thought we were beautiful. I think I said, 'Can I just hold you?' "
Jourdan achieved her life's dream this year by starring in the video for her track 'Yoncé' alongside Chanel Iman and Joan Smalls but she was nervous about the singer judging her performance.
She gushed: "I was the first one up, and Beyoncé came in and sat behind the screen to watch. It was like, 'Oh my god, no pressure!' "
The beauty - who also hosts a cookery series, 'Well Dunn' for Beyoncé's husband Jay Z's YouTube channel - was amazed to receive a personal invitation to the showbiz power couple's New Year's Eve party this year.
Jourdan enthused: "There were only about 45 people there. I walked down the stairs and saw Beyoncé on the dancefloor. She came right over and gave me a big hug. I love her!"

Jared Leto was "surrounded by hippies" growing up.
The Oscar-winning actor - who paid an emotional tribute to his mother in his Best Supporting Actor acceptance speech on Sunday (02.03.14) - has revealed much of his childhood involved foraging in forests and sleeping in tents, which is a world away from his recent success in movie 'Dallas Buyers Club'.
He said: "As a kid I was surrounded by hippies in a tepee in a commune in the forest. We certainly weren't thinking of awards shows!"
Jared, 42, was heavily influenced by the arts growing up but never imagined he'd have a career in movies or in rock music with his band Thirty Seconds to Mars.
He explained: "I was more interested in art ... I'm an art school dropout. But really, I just wanted to be a creative person who could make things."
While he has earned numerous accolades for his role as HIV positive transgender woman Rayon in 'Dallas Buyers Club', the star was reluctant to return to movies as he was so passionate about music.
Jared told The Guardian newspaper: "I was busy and fulfilled with Thirty Seconds to Mars. I wasn't looking to make a film. I hadn't made one in years and I was beginning to think maybe I'd never make another one. But they were persistent and I thought the character was astounding."

Emily VanCamp is "excited" to have children.
The 27-year-old star can't wait to start a family of her own with her boyfriend, her 'Revenge' co-star Josh Bowman, and admits her desire to have a baby has gotten stronger with age.
When asked what has surprised her about herself, she said: "How excited I am to have children! It never seemed tangible, but my sister just had a baby - beautiful little Ivy - and my sister Alison is having a baby boy. Suddenly, it's like that part of my life is real."
She added: "I find myself dreaming about it all the time. In your late 20s, you start to realise you can't call yourself a baby any more."
Although she is in a very happy relationship, Emily has remained tight-lipped on her relationship with 26-year-old Josh - whom she has been dating since 2011 - because she likes to keep her private life separate from her work.
She explained in the April edition of ELLE Canada magazine: "Josh and I keep it all very separate. I barely talk about him in interviews, to be honest."
However, the blonde beauty - who plays Emily Thorne in the US TV show - admits her family find it odd watching her on-screen with Josh, who plays aggressive Daniel Grayson, because they are entangled in a bitter and abusive relationship on-screen.
She said: "It's hard for my family to watch - it's also hard for them to see me in that light. But we're actors. None of that lives in any of us. Thank God!"

Mary-Kate Olsen's engagement ring reportedly cost $81,250.
The actress-turned-designer is set to marry her partner of two years, Olivier Sarkozy - who is the half-brother of former French President Nicolas Sarkozy - after she was spotted flaunting a massive sparkler last week, and it has now emerged the vintage Cartier ring was bought at a Sotheby's auction on February 6.
According StyleCaster, the band boasts a four-carat European-cut diamond surrounded by 16 calibré-cut sapphires and 1.5 carats of diamonds.
It dates back to 1953 and was apparently previously owned by "a Tennessee collector".
Mary-Kate flaunted her new accessory for the second time at the Louis Vuitton show at Paris Fashion Week on Tuesday (04.03.14).
The marriage will be Mary-Kate's first and Oliver's second, after his union to Charlotte Bernard, with whom he has two teenage children, Julien and Margot.
The fashionista and the banker live in New York where they have a $6.25 million townhouse, but their union has caused some controversy due to their 17-year age gap.
Mary-Kate previously commented: "Everyone has an opinion. I find it's better to focus on what's in front of you and to keep putting one foot in front of the other."

Ozzy Osbourne's home in England needs £300,000 of repairs because of flood damage.
The 65-year-old rocker and his wife Sharon Osbourne's mansion in Buckinghamshire, South East England, has been ravaged by the recent floods in the region and the couple have now been forced to flee to their Los Angeles home as renovations on the property can't begin for another nine months.
Ozzy told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "It's been completely flooded. The rain has battered down the walls and seeped through everything. There is water everywhere.
"We've been told it's going to cost £300,000 to repair but we can't even go about getting it fixed because apparently it's going to take nine months to dry out. The place is ruined. If it's not one thing, it's the other."
News of the damage on the Black Sabbath frontman's seven-acre estate comes after the Met Office revealed the UK has suffered its wettest winter since records began in 1910, and it's not the first time his home has been struck by bad luck.
In 2003, Ozzy broke a vertebra in his neck after being thrown off of a quad bike whilst riding around its gardens, and ten years ago a fire broke out in the house as the couple slept resulting in them being treated for smoke inhalation, but the unlucky streak didn't end there as in late 2004 an estimated £1 million worth of jewellery was stolen by an intruder.

Justin Bieber stormed out of a legal deposition when he was quizzed about Selena Gomez.
The pop star reportedly lost his cool during a four-and-a-half hour deposition in Miami concerning photographer Jeffrey Binion, who claims Justin send his bodyguards to beat him up.
When the snapper's lawyer turned the line of questioning to the 19-year-old singer's on/off ex-girlfriend Selena, TMZ is reporting that things spiralled out of control.
The lawyer repeatedly asked the teen idol whether the former Disney star was present during the alleged incident and Justin's own legal rep, Howard Weitzman, said his client was being harassed.
The 'Baby' hitmaker finally jumped up and left the room, reportedly shouting, "Don't ask me about her, do not ask me about her!"
After taking five minutes to cool off, Justin is said to have been on edge when he returned.
When he responded to a query by saying, "Yeah", the lawyer asked, "Do you mean yes?", to which he scoffed, "What the f**k is the difference between yeah and yes?!"
The sarcastic star remained unimpressed by the cross-examination.
Justin allegedly said, "What is this, '60 Minutes?' " and later quipped, "OK Katie Couric, what's your question again?"
The star is being accused of ordering his bodyguard Hugo Hesny to choke Binion and steal his camera equipment last June outside a Miami recording studio.
The lawyers are expected to cover every paparazzi fight ever as well as the pop pin-up's drug use.

Cate Blanchett and Sally Hawkins have become best friends.
The pair became close while acting as siblings in Woody Allen's acclaimed movie 'Blue Jasmine' and are on the hunt for another film they can work on together because they enjoy having a "good laugh and a chat" together.
Cate, 44, told the Daily Mail newspaper: "We are looking for something. Not to play siblings again - that would be daft - but just to do something together, it could be a film or on the stage.
We had all that time making the film then during the promotion of it, and then both of us being nominated for various awards, so we've spent a lot of time together, and it has occurred to us that we should work on another project."
The duo's on-screen chemistry was recognised by critics, audiences and their peers and the adulation culminated with Cate winning the Best Actress Oscar last Sunday (02.03.14), while Sally, 37, received her first Academy Award nomination in the Best Supporting Actress category but lost out to '12 Years A Slave Star' Lupita Nyong'o.
Despite her loss, Sally enjoyed the opportunity to dress up at the star-studded ceremony, but admitted she still needs to get used to wearing designer gowns.
Referring to her Oscars outfit, she said: "I feel like a screen goddess. I'm this ordinary person, dressed up in a gorgeous gown."

Lindsay Lohan says her legal issues are "in the past".
The 27-year-old actress has made a concerted effort to turn her life around after completing 90-days of court-ordered rehab last summer - which stemmed from an arrest for lying to police about a car crash in June 2012 - and she credits talk show legend Oprah Winfrey with helping her get back on track.
Appearing on 'The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon' last night (06.03.14), she said of her legal problems: "That is the past. I feel really lucky to be able to work with someone like Oprah and create. I have a really strong bond with her where I can call her for advice and she has become someone I can learn from in life."
Lindsay gave an interview to Oprah right after leaving rehab last August and has filmed an eight-part reality show for her TV channel, OWN.
However, the 'Mean Girls' star hasn't seen any of the footage, which includes Oprah telling her to "cut the bulls**t".
She explained: "I have seen nothing ... it is really interesting as I kept hearing my name [on trailers] and I get really uncomfortable with it.
"It is a television show so they want ratings - they picked the first two months after I got back to New York after I had been in treatment."
Oprah, 60, has recently been accused of exploiting Lindsay by signing her up for a reality show, but the actress says the drama seen in the show isn't as it seems.
She added: "I became really spiritual over this past year and I have been trying to find peace and serenity in my life. So of course they take the chaos of me moving after eight years of living in LA back to the city of New York. So it's like 'Oprah reprimands Lindsay!' "
