Hayden Panettiere gains 40lbs

Hayden Panettiere has gained 40lbs during her pregnancy.
The 25-year-old actress - who is eight months pregnant with her and fiancé Wladimir Klitschko's first child, a girl - is worried her feet are going to "snap" with the "strain" of carrying so much excess weight.
She said: "I'm 5 feet, 2 inches, and I started out at 106 pounds and guess how much I weigh now? Around 145 pounds
"And the worst part is that my feet are still size five and they're going, 'What's going on with all this weight?' They're about to snap from underneath me with the strain."
The former gymnast believes her weight gain is in part due to her athletic past.
She explained to Britain's HELLO! magazine: "I'm still quite muscular, so if you're running around carrying 40 pounds of extra weight, you're going to build extra muscle."
And though she and boxer Wladimir are engaged, the 'Nashville' actress insists she won't be getting married until she has shed her baby weight.
She said: "I'll tell you one thing for sure, I am not walking down the aisle 40 pounds heavier than usual in a wedding dress with a huge pregnancy belly stitched in. Not happening."

Reese Witherspoon wants to make mark with company

Reese Witherspoon hopes to make her "mark in the world" with her production company.
The 38-year-old actress admits she spends a lot of time thinking about "giving back" and hopes the work she does through her Pacific Standard company will offer a glimpse into her tastes and opinions.
She said: "I'm in that phase of my life where I really think about giving back and . . . the mark I want to make in the world. Producing things on my own . . . people are starting to see a little bit more of what moves me as a human being."
And the 'Wild' actress admitted she was inspired to start her company after reading Tina Fey's 2011 autobiography 'Bossypants'.
She told FOX News Sunday's Chris Wallace: "One of the biggest inspirations for me was reading Tina's book. She said, 'If I can help one other woman create something in Hollywood, I've done my job.' And I hope to have that same goal: Create opportunities for other women to tell their stories."
Reese - who has children Ava, 15, and Deacon, 11, with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe, and son Tennessee, two, with spouse Jim Toth - admitted she has grown increasingly choosy with her career as she gets older.
She said: "It's a new time for me in my career. I'm much more in charge of my life. A lot of the time that I was making films in my 20s, I was sort of looking at the material that was coming to me. And now I'm in a situation where I'm a little bit older and a little more discerning
"I get excited when I go to work. . . when I think about characters that are really going to change the way people think about marriage or what women are capable of being."

Kelly Brook confirms David McIntosh split

Kelly Brook has confirmed she has split from David McIntosh.
The 34-year-old beauty reconciled with the former 'Gladiators' star two weeks ago following a three-week split, but the brunette model has revealed she is "very happy" being single at the moment and is just focusing on her career rather than men.
Speaking in Hollywood, she told The Sun newspaper: "I'm very happy. I am a single, happy girl living in a great town and working with fantastic people.
"I am living out here - it's fantastic. I have a great job, I've got great friends. I just surround myself with positive, nice people and that's all you can do. It's just part of life.
"Maybe it's not my time to find love at the moment. I just get to focus on myself. There are more important things in the world."
Kelly and David, 28, headed to Mexico on a break together last month after appearing to reconcile, and just last week the hunk - who was alleged to have cheated on her - insisted his relationship with the "love of his life" was his main priority.
He said: "I'm not laughing or joking about what happened.
"I was a serious person in a serious relationship - and it hurt. But now I'm doing everything for myself."
The couple got engaged in March after a whirlwind romance but Kelly called it off in September amid claims he was too close to his former flame Sarah Harper.
However, David has insisted he never cheated on Kelly and just last month he announced plans to wed the model in Mykonos, Greece.
He said: "I would like to think that there is a future for us.
"As far as I'm concerned I've done nothing wrong. Hopefully things can be normal. I was engaged and would like to get married."

Kourtney Kardashian brands Scott Disick ‘pathetic’ for partying

Kourtney Kardashian branded Scott Disick "pathetic" and banned him from their home after arguing over his constant partying.
The pregnant reality star hit out at her long-term partner and father to her three children after he decided to leave their property in the Hamptons to host a party in New York City.
On the season premiere of 'Kourtney and Khloe Take The Hamptons', the 35-year-old television personality tried to convince Scott to stay at home with their children - Mason, four, and Penelope, two - but the businessman was more preoccupied with clubbing.
He said: "I'm not going to not do appearances. It's my job."
She argued: "And you haven't evolved. It's humiliating, embarrassing, pathetic. I think if you go to the city you should just stay there."
When her partner - who has previously had therapy to deal with his issues surrounding alcohol - said that many people are able to manage both elements of their lives, Kourtney said: "Great. Go hang out with those people. Go find a sloppy, drunk girlfriend. You need to face the facts. If you want to die, then you can continue to act this way."
When Scott returned from the gig, a security guard told him he wasn't allowed on the property, but eventually let him talk to Kourtney, who was standing on their balcony.
She warned:"Unless you want to be sober, then I don't want you here.
"People die because of these kind of issues. If you want to die then you can continue to act this way. Become somebody that could take care of us because you can't even take care of yourself."
Scott refused to listen to her stern words and stormed off.

Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop debts

Gwyneth Paltrow's Goop has debts of over £1 million.
The 'Iron Man 3' actress opted to file an "abbreviated balance sheet" for her lifestyle business' 2013 accounts but information available and obtained by RadarOnline.com shows the company's assets fell from £530,184 in 2012 to £476,410 the following year.
And Goop has debts of £1.016 million due to be paid in the coming year, up from just over £722,000 in the previous 12-month period.
Shareholders' funds have plummeted from a loss of £177,788 in 2012 to £523,200 but the company are optimistic of their future, largely thanks to a move into e-commerce.
The report notes: "As the company started product sales in June, 2012, the directors are of the opinion that predicted profits will provide sufficient resources to enable to the company to continue trading for the foreseeable future."
In 2012, Goop recorded an overall loss of £23,718.
This year, the company - which has moved from London to Los Angeles - has seen big staff changes, with former Martha Stewart Living executive Lisa Gersh taking over from Sebastian Bishop as CEO, and Finance Director Preete Janda leaving her role in July after a year.

Sean Bean to marry again

Sean Bean is to marry for a fifth time.
The former 'Game of Thrones' actor has proposed to 29-year-old former nanny Ashley Moore and she has agreed to be his wife, the Daily Express newspaper reports.
The 55-year-old star's decision to tie the knot again comes just three years after he insisted marriage didn't suit him.
He said: "Of course I believe in love. There is nobody who doesn't believe in love.
"But marriage - that fits some people but obviously not me."
The 'Lord of the Rings' actor first married in 1981, to childhood sweetheart Debra James, when he was just 21 years old, but they split seven years later.
His second wife was actress Melanie Hill - the mother of his daughters Lorna, 27, and Molly, 23 - who he was with for almost 15 years, but married for just seven.
In 1997, he married his 'Sharpe' co-star Abigail Cruttenden and they had daughter Evie the following year, but split a few months later and divorced in 2000.
Sean's fourth marriage, to Georgina Sutcliffe - who is 20 years his junior - was famously tempestuous and their wedding in 2008 was delayed by a month following a furious row shortly before they were originally due to wed.
As well as a brief split after a year together, the pair went their separate ways after two years of marriage, saying they found life together "intolerable".

Carey Mulligan was ‘ashamed’ to meet Kate Winslet

Carey Mulligan refused to meet Kate Winslet because she was "ashamed" of herself.
The 29-year-old actress idolises 'The Reader' star and was mortified when she learned Kate and her then-husband Sam Mendes had been in the audience at a performance of her 2008 play 'The Seagull' because she didn't think she had done very well.
She recalled: "Someone came to our dressing-room and said: 'Oh, my God! Sam Mendes and Kate Winslet are here.' And I was like, 'Are you kidding?' And I burst into tears.
"Everyone else from the cast went to do a meet-and-greet with him and I went out the back door. I didn't want to go anywhere near them, I was so ashamed. I just got into a cab, went home and cried."
Carey - who is married to Mumford & Sons singer Marcus Mumford - admires Kate and fellow actresses Marion Cotillard and Cate Blanchett because of their "strong, bold" working choices.
She told the new issue of Britain's Harper's Bazaar magazine: "I have a fear of being passive and every choice they make is really strong.
"Even if they're playing something very quiet, it's visceral and bold."
Though she has wanted to act since she was six years old, the 'Suffragette' star hasn't always felt comfortable on set and constantly worried she would get fired from her early jobs.
She admitted: "I'm better at it now. I think it's getting older.
"The first couple of jobs I did, I was like, 'How did I land this? I hope they don't fire me.' Now I do that less. I have opinions."

Ariana Grande inundated with odd gifts from fan

Ariana Grande has been sent dog and cat calendars and a three-stone pumpkin by a persistent fan.
The 21-year-old singer has reportedly been inundated with bizarre gifts, including eight candles, a three-piece mirror set and a $200 anklet, from one of her supporters who has been told by police to stop sending her the unusual items.
According to gossip website TMZ, officers in Massachusetts have warned a 29-year-old man he will face criminal harassment charges if he keeps sending the star such presents, which has also included a piece of rock from the famous White Mountains of New Hampshire.
While the guy is said to be vying for Ariana's attention, Big Sean is the only man for the raven-haired star at the moment.
The couple have been dating for around two months and were recently said to be "totally in love".
An insider said: "They are both totally in love with each and she feels that he is her soul partner.
"They are even planning to spend their first holidays as a couple together!"
The 26-year-old hip hop artist is said to be planning to take Ariana to meet his family as they spend their holidays together for the first time.
A source recently said: "He wants to take her to Detroit to meet all his friends and family there. He's proud of her."

Taylor Swift makes honest music

Taylor Swift thinks it is important to be "meaningful" and "honest" with her music.
The 'Shake It Off' hitmaker is known for her very personal lyrics and though she admits sometimes it can feel like her fans are reading her diaries as a result, she doesn't think she could make music any other way as it wouldn't seem "authentic".
She said: "I could make music that's catchy and has not a shred of personal information in it. But that wouldn't feel honest and my fans wouldn't connect to it...
"It's like these people have been reading my diaries since I was 16. I spend two years making an album, so I mean it to be meaningful and an accurate representation of my life.
"Artists gain celebrity and lose perspective. They gain fame and they lose a sense of reality or self-awareness. They start to care about some gossip blogger. I refuse to let them dictate the type of work I'm going to do."
The 24-year-old beauty doesn't think she would be able to handle the pressures of her job if she didn't have writing as an outlet.
She told the Sydney Morning Herald newspaper: "The writing process is what keeps all of this bearable. A lot of chaos surrounds this type of career and I wouldn't be able to handle it if I was just a singer."
And Taylor is constantly baffled by where she finds inspiration.
She said: "I've never been able to explain where ideas come from.
"I have no idea why I wake up in the middle of the night, replaying in my head a melody I've never heard before. It's what keeps the job never feeling like a job."
