Hayden Panettiere has gained 40lbs during her pregnancy.
The 25-year-old actress – who is eight months pregnant with her and fiancé Wladimir Klitschko’s first child, a girl – is worried her feet are going to "snap" with the "strain" of carrying so much excess weight.
She said: "I’m 5 feet, 2 inches, and I started out at 106 pounds and guess how much I weigh now? Around 145 pounds
"And the worst part is that my feet are still size five and they’re going, ‘What’s going on with all this weight?’ They’re about to snap from underneath me with the strain."
The former gymnast believes her weight gain is in part due to her athletic past.
She explained to Britain’s HELLO! magazine: "I’m still quite muscular, so if you’re running around carrying 40 pounds of extra weight, you’re going to build extra muscle."
And though she and boxer Wladimir are engaged, the ‘Nashville’ actress insists she won’t be getting married until she has shed her baby weight.
She said: "I’ll tell you one thing for sure, I am not walking down the aisle 40 pounds heavier than usual in a wedding dress with a huge pregnancy belly stitched in. Not happening."
