Robert Pattinson is buying a house in Brooklyn.
The 28-year-old actor has been splitting his time between his native London, California and New York City and now wants to settle on the East Coast and already has his eye on a lavish new home.
The 'Bel Ami' star - who is dating British singer FKA twigs - is said to be looking to buy a four-bedroom, three-bathroom townhouse in the Vinegar Hill area.
The property, which was built in 1925, boasts stunning exposed brick interiors, a classic fireplace, a spacious modern kitchen, multi-car garage and outdoor space.
A source told US Weekly magazine: "He doesn't want to be bothered by people constantly but he also doesn't want to away from all the fun of the city."
A listing agent for the property told the publication the house is currently still on the market but they have had a contract out with one potential buyer "for a while now."
As well as looking for a New York property, the 'Twilight' star recently bought a new home in Los Angeles and has sparked rumours he has moved in with his girlfriend of three months after they were spotted shopping for furniture together at the weekend.
Robert and the 26-year-old singer - whose real name is Tahliah Debrett Barnett - visited numerous stores around Los Angeles over the weekend to furnish the house in the hills, visiting the Rose Bowl Flea Market and JF Chen's antique furniture store to peruse the options available to give the pad a vintage feel.

Charlie Ebersol credits his past for preparing him to date Britney Spears.
The entrepreneur opened up about the 'Toxic' hitmaker - who he confirmed he was dating at the beginning of November - by saying his difficult school life has made him appreciate the star with her "enormous heart".
He said: "My personal life is my personal life, but I will say this: If I had not gone through what I've gone through, I would not have been prepared to be in a relationship of any kind, much less in one with someone like Britney, who has the enormous heart that she does,
The 31-year-old hunk recalled his troublesome younger years in school when he was teased for his success, explaining how it made him feel like he didn't deserve to be loved by a potential suitor.
He explained: "I was bullied very badly in high school
"I was a very successful kid. I sold my first company at a young age. There was a lot of misplaced rage in high school towards me. My brothers and sisters identified it as bullying, but I didn't at the time. What was amazing to me was I started feeling I wasn't worthy of being loved...I ended up blocking this from my memory."
Charlie - who is the son of 'Saturday Night Live' co-creator Dick Ebersol and actress Susan Saint James - was speaking to promote his fourth 'NFL Characters United' documentary which shows NFL stars revealing personal stories of overcoming prejudice and bullying, and said he hopes the programme inspires people to embrace themselves.
He told People magazine: "I can't imagine. Everybody deserves to be loved. My hope is that lesson shines forth in this documentary, and in life."

Liam Gallagher is getting a "rare" guitar for Christmas.
The former Oasis star is reportedly set to receive the gift, an iconic Gretsch electric variety, from his girlfriend Debbie Gwyther, who is said to have "put a lot of work" into finding the perfect present for her rocker beau.
A source told the Daily Star newspaper: "Liam has been spending a lot of time playing his guitar recently and Debbie knows how much a rare Gretsch would mean to him.
"It's a US company but there are dealers and private sellers here.
"She's put a lot of work into sourcing the right one for him."
However, it appears Liam, 42, won't be showing off his guitar skills with the thoughtful gift any time soon.
The 'Wonderwall' hitmaker - who also fronted Beady Eye until their split in October - has previously slammed "idiotic" musicians for playing their own guitars on stage and insisted he would "rather eat [his] own s**t" than do the same.
In 2011, he said: "I'd rather eat my own s**t than play my guitar on stage. I hate when singers do that, and even more so when frontmen do it. It looks idiotic."

Sharon Osbourne's tooth fell out on live TV yesterday (16.12.14).
The 62-year-old star was filming an episode of 'The Talk' and was midway through an enthusiastic speech about her husband Ozzy Osbourne on the programme when she began feeling her mouth and suddenly shouted: "Oh s**t."
Her fellow panellist Sheryl Underwood started laughing and said: "Oh lord, oh lord, oh lord. Is that what I think that is?"
Sharon replied: "My tooth's falling out ... Oh no problem, it's on one of those ... what is it? It's an implant. And I spent a bloody fortune and this f***ing thing is falling out!"
She then pulled the implant out and put it back in again which resulted in the other panellists, Julie Chen, Aisha Tyler and Sara Gilbert, and the studio audience shrieking.
Despite having a huge smile on her face, Sharon asked the audience: "What am I gonna do?"
As well as the rest of the studio audience, Julie Chen found the incident funny and asked Sharon to pull out her tooth again, but Aisha Tyler pleaded with her not to remove the offending molar.
Sharon then joked the show will have to stop temporarily for a tooth emergency.
She said: "Seriously, has anyone got any glue? We have to take an emergency tooth break."

The Hollywood star, who struck a Vietnamese man in the head with a stick and punched another, is seeking a pardon for his crimes - but his former bodyguard Leonard Taylor - who separately claimed Wahlberg assaulted him in 2001 - argues he doesn't deserve clemency.
Taylor reflected: "He hasn't changed his ways, he just has money now where he can cover it up.
"You can take Mark out of the trailer park, but you can't take the trailer park out of Mark."
Taylor claimed in his civil law suit that the actor, now 43, punched him in the face and bit his arm, though he later dropped the case.
Despite this, he maintains that the 'Pain & Gain' star still has a fierce temper.
He told the New York Post's Page Six column: "Mark liked to say things I think are inappropriate.
"One minute he's laughing, the next he's looking at you with the evil eye. He goes from hot to cold real quick. There is no middle ground with him."
Last week, Johnny Trinh, who was assaulted by the actor in 1988, said he would like to see him given a pardon.
He explained: "I would like to see him get a pardon. He should not have the crime hanging over him any longer. He paid for his crime when he went to prison. I am not saying that it did not hurt when he punched me in the face, but it was a long time ago."
