Jennifer Aniston has revealed she suffers from insomnia.
The 'Cake' actress, who is engaged to 'The Leftovers' star Justin Theroux, admits she has a "hard time" falling asleep at night and is worried it will cause her to die young.
The 45-year-old beauty said: "I have a hard time sleeping. Sleep is a tough one for me. My brain, the committee in my head, if I wake up at three in the morning I just start having conversations and they won't shut up and then I can't get back to sleep. I do have three animals and a human being in the bed, so there are all these distractions."
The former 'Friends' star has even downloaded an app to track her sleep patterns.
She told 'The Dr. Oz Show': "I got an app on my phone that allows you to sort of track your sleep rhythms, like how deep you go. I don't really quiet ever get into the deep, deep, deep sleep. And am I going to die young?!"
Jennifer stopped working out to play a woman suffering from chronic pain in her new movie and admits it altered her mood and stamina.
She said: "It's interesting when you stop exercising. It really was interesting how my Serotonin levels went down. My stamina was shot. I was cranky. I was irritable. I'm usually really not any of those things. I just found myself short. I was hungry like crazy. Then, you realise exercise is just so important to our soul. Not just being able to fit into skinny jeans, just your state of mind, your soul, all of that."
But the actress insists she wasn't upset about gaining weight for the role.
She said: "I surrendered into it. I actually didn't fight it. I didn't think oh this is horrible. It was such a part of what I enjoyed about mining this character."

Jennifer Lawrence is still single.
The 'Hunger Games' actress, who previously romanced Chris Martin and Nicholas Hoult, recently sparked rumours she was dating Gabe Polsky after she spent five hours at the 'Red Army' director and producer's home in Los Angeles last Friday (12.12.14).
But a source told E! News that Gabe, 35, is actually dating the Oscar winner's best friend.
An insider previously told the New York Daily News that the actress and Gabe ordered pizzas twice during their time together, saying: "They ordered a couple of pizzas and about 30 minutes later another delivery man came with more pizza.
"They definitely weren't in there reading scripts. They were having a good time."
Gabe also recused Jennifer's dog when it ran out onto the street outside his house.
The 24-year-old star, who split from Coldplay frontman Chris, 37, in late October after almost five months of dating, departed the property later that night.
Another insider previously claimed Jennifer has been growing close to her ex-boyfriend Nicholas again over the past few weeks.
The source said: "Their relationship is getting closer and his family would love for them to get back together.
"He still adores Jennifer and so do his family.
"He's been calling her and they've been speaking regularly on Skype."

The couple, who got married in August, are set to welcome a baby into the world next year, according to E! News.
The 30-year-old singer already has six-year-old son Bronx with ex-husband Pete Wentz.
The 'Hunger Games' star Evan, 26, recently admitted he wants to have as many children as possible with the blonde beauty.
Speaking last month, he said: "I would love to [have kids]. As many as possible."
Asked about married life, he added: "It's the best thing ever.
"I've been with her now for a while so it just feels right. I'm happy to say she's my wife."
Ashlee was said to be equally keen to give a sibling to Bronx, and sources close to the couple - who married in a romantic ceremony held at Evan's mother Diana Ross' lavish home in Greenwich, Connecticut - previously said they "can't wait" to see their families grow.

A Los Angeles County judge formally signed off on the former couple's split today (18.12.14) following their separation last year after 23 years of marriage, but they won't be officially divorced until March 23, 2015, due to the six-month legal requirement.
The duo, who have daughters Kendall, 19, and Kylie, 17, together, reached an amicable financial settlement four months ago, and divided up their $60 million fortune equally.
An insider said their split was as clean as possible despite the fact they didn't sign a prenuptial agreement.
Neither of the 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' stars will receive spousal support and the judge decided not to create a custody agreement for Kylie since she will turn 18 next August, but each parent will cover her costs while she's with them, according to gossip website TMZ.com.
Another source previously revealed their negotiations were "easy and amicable" and Kris got to keep their Hidden Hills estate and her 20.5 carat diamond engagement ring, while Bruce, 64, who lives in his own bachelor pad in Malibu, got to hold on to his exclusive Sherwood Country Club membership.
The pair announced their split in October 2013 but Kris, 59, only filed for divorce last September, citing irreconcilable differences, and she listed the date of their separation as June 1, 2013.

The Coldplay frontman also pretended bodyguards for the couple, who got married in August, threatened him with a knife in a bid to get him to write and record the track 'Miracles' for the soundtrack of the 39-year-old beauty's new movie, 'Unbroken'.
Asked how the song came about, the 37-year-old rocker said: "I got a message that said, 'Meet in this undisclosed location. You'll be blindfolded and picked up by seven ex-Navy SEALS. So they kidnapped me, hit me over the head, and sprayed me with Mace. When I woke up, I was in an office, and Brad Pitt was doing push-ups as Angelina Jolie was just sitting there with her crown on.
"There was also a guy holding a knife to my throat, and she said, 'Write me a song or else.' And Brad Pitt said, 'Yeah. What she said.'
"We wrote a song and then she said, 'It's through to the final eight,' and then we had live eliminations at her house. We came in second, but the main guy chickened out."
After sharing his hilarious version of events, the British singer eventually admitted he was honoured when he was asked to appear on the film's soundtrack.
He told Vulture: "I find that a little bit of limitation is really helpful when you're trying to create... It's the same way when someone says to me, 'Here's the film and the book. Write something about that.' It's really nice to have those limitations because otherwise, where do you start?"

Chloe Grace Moretz has sprained her knee.
The 17-year-old actress, who is rumoured to be dating Brooklyn Beckham, is currently sporting a big black brace on her right leg after injuring herself while performing a stunt on the set of her upcoming movie, 'The Fifth Wave,' in Atlanta.
A spokesperson for the blonde beauty, who was photographed using crutches as she made her way through Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) on Wednesday (17.12.14), told E! News it is only a "slight sprain," adding: "She does all of her own stunts."
Chloe also assured her fans on Twitter that she is doing well after they expressed concern about her injury.
After one fan tweeted: "@ChloeGMoretz getwellsoon chloe,i hope you feeling better now," she responded: "thank you so much it's just a light sprain and I'm being extra careful."
Despite striving to do most of her own stunts, Chloe recently insisted she is "a bit of a geek in real life" and doesn't take risks.
She said: "I'm a bit of a geek in real life, but I'm very driven when it comes to my work.
"I'm not the kind of person who's going to do anything crazy and my mom makes sure I stay grounded."

Amanda Bynes wants to attend the University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles.
The 'Easy A' star, who is trying to get her life back on track after being involuntarily committed to a psychiatric hospital for the second time in October, took a tour of the campus because she wants to transfer there from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM) in San Diego, California.
The 27-year-old troubled starlet wrote on Twitter: "I took a USC campus tour yesterday it was sick! I plan on transferring from FIDM. The campus is sick!"
An eyewitness said the actress kept a low-profile and was dressed "super casually" during her visit to the university on Tuesday (16.12.14).
The insider told E! News: "She was on a tour, came in and she was just looking around the cafeteria. She was on a cart tour. She was dressed super casually, but she had her big sunglasses on. She was with just a tour guide and an assistant-type of person. I could tell she was really low key about it all.
"It was hard to tell if she was happy/excited to be there because of the sunglasses, she was covering the side of her face at a point but nothing too dramatic."
Amanda was rumoured to have dropped out of FIDM earlier this year and sources previously claimed she wanted to transfer to an educational facility in New York City.

Jenna Dewan-Tatum is desperate for her daughter to watch movies.
The 34-year-old actress - who has 18-month-old daughter Everly with husband Channing Tatum - says her little girl doesn't sit still for very long and she can't wait for her to be old enough to settle on the sofa with her to watch cartoons.
She said: "She won't even sit through five minutes of Baby Einstein. So there's no movies to be watching. Maybe in a year. Everyone says in a year -- two-and-a-half, three, is when they really start watching movies. That will be fun because I want to see them more than she does. That's the thing -- all those cartoons. It's embarrassing."
The 'Step Up' star has found one simple thing that keeps her daughter's attention engaged for lengthy periods of time.
She explained: "It's not a toy. She just loves boxes and pulling things out and in of boxes. Literally, I can give her my purse and she will pull things out and put things back in for -- I've counted -- an hour before. So far, it's been really good."
Jenna is amazed at mothers who are able to go out wearing make-up - not just because it is hard to find the time but because Everly always hides her cosmetics.
She told People magazine: "I'm like, 'How does that happen?' Everly will actually take it from me and go put it somewhere else.
"I'm like, 'OK, I need that make-up back.' It's a whole big circus in our household."
