Jennifer Lopez has changed her name.
For the last ten years, the singer's legal name has been Jennifer Muniz, which she took from her former husband Marc Anthony's last name - his real name is Marco Muniz - when they tied the knot in 2004.
However, court documents obtained by TMZ show that Jennifer, 45, reverted to her original name on December 31, 2014.
Jennifer and Marc split in July 2011, with the 'On The Floor' hitmaker later dating dancer Casper Smart, who she separated from in the summer of 2014.
Jennifer admitted recently she felt like she was "going to die" when her marriage to Marc broke up.
Speaking on HBO documentary 'Jennifer Lopez: Dance Again', she said: "That hope, that dream, that fairytale, with that first time that dream gets blown to pieces, you feel like you're going to die.
"You feel like you failed. You feel like no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't make it work."
Jennifer said divorce was particularly agonising because she knew their children, six-year-old twins Max and Emme, would be heartbroken.
She said: "That wasn't my dream. My dream was for us to always be together.
"You never want to break up family."

Angelina Jolie's basic cooking skills aren't up to scratch.
The 39-year-old actress-turned-director - who is married to Brad Pitt - has admitted that her cooking talents are varied, depending on what the dish is.
She explained to TODAY.com: "I'm one of those people, I can learn this random exotic meal ... a really interesting Afghan dish with eggplant but I don't know how to make basic spaghetti."
It's not just her lack of cookery skills that stops her from cooking as often, with the 'Maleficent' actress admitting that she doesn't have the patience.
She said previously: "Nobody in my house wants me to do any cooking on Christmas Day. I have no patience! I start things and then I get distracted and l go and I'll start reading over there, or start playing outside with the kids.
"I think you have to be very patient to cook, I'd be designated to the chopping board! Brad would be really good at the timing and organisation."
Angelina also joked that Brad, 51, told her "not to bother" learning to cook after he tasted the dishes she had made and insisted 11-year-old son, Pax, is a better cook than her.
She shared: "Now that I'm officially a wife, I said to Brad that I was going to try to learn to cook properly. He said, 'Don't bother'... he's tasted my cooking!
"I'm not the best cook. Pax is a better cook than me. Pax likes to cook. But I try to when I can. Any house that we're in, we all chip in.
"But the kids are very sweet ... so enthusiastic anytime I cook. Especially Maddox, he's just this little man that's very supportive of me - it's like he's raised me a bit. So I cooked them all breakfast before school this morning, and he has that kind of 'Thanks, Mom! Good job!'"

Kim Kardashian West was 2014's Queen of the Tabloids.
The 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star topped Vanity Fair magazine's Tournament of Covers list, after being featured on 34 covers of the United States' tabloid magazines.
Britain's Duchess of Cambridge and 'Cake' actress, Jennifer Aniston, tied for second place after receiving 23 covers each.
The Kardashian family - including Kim, Kourtney Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kris Jenner, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner - graced nearly 20% of all covers, appearing on 54 separate issues.
The 34-year-old television personality also appeared high up in a poll which listed the worst celebrity neighbours.
Kim and her husband, Kanye West, received 22% per cent of the vote, slightly behind Justin Bieber in a survey conducted by Zillow, an online real estate database.
The company's chief marketing officer, Amy Bohutinsky said: "From his frequent run-ins with the law to his over-the-top house parties, Justin Bieber has earned himself quite a bad-boy reputation that only continued to build in 2014.
"No one wants to live on the same street as someone accused of reckless driving or egging neighbouring homes, which is likely why Bieber received the highest percentage of 'worst' votes in survey history."

Kris Jenner reportedly has her own bedroom at Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West's new mansion.
The 57-year-old matriarch has already claimed possession of one of the rooms at the couple's refurbished Calabasas home so that she can stay over when she likes and has even joked about moving in with them and their 19-month-old daughter, North.
A source told the HollywoodLife.com: "Jokingly, Kris mentioned moving in with Kim and Kanye. She has seen the property with them on several occasions and already claimed one of the bedrooms! She even peed in one of the bathrooms to mark her territory. But she'd never flat out ask to move in.
"She doesn't want to appear needy, but if she had it her way, she'd sell her estate and move right in with them."
The 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' star - who split from her husband Bruce Jenner in October 2013 - is reportedly "dreading" the day Kim, Kanye and North move out of her home, which they have been sharing with her while they wait for building works on their mansion to be finished off, and is worried she'll be lonely.
The source added: "You would think Kris would be jumping for joy to have her house back to herself, but it's the opposite. Everyone will soon be out and Kris is dreading that day."
Kris also has grown-up children Kourtney, 35, Khloe, 30, Rob, 28, from her first marriage with the late Robert Kardashian, and Kendall, 18, and Kylie, 17, with Bruce.

Johnny Depp and Amber Heard's relationship is in a "really good place."
The couple, who got engaged in January 2014, have recently fallen victim to rumours their relationship is on the rocks, but the pair couldn't have been more loved up as they rang in 2015 and celebrated Johnny's mother's 80th birthday at Ago restaurant in West Hollywood on Wednesday (31.12.14).
An eye witness told E! News: "Amber and Johnny are really happy and their relationship is in a really good place."
The duo, who first started dating in 2012 after meeting on the set of the film 'The Rum Diary', reportedly put their wedding plans on hold last month following speculation the 28-year-old actress was "unhappy" with her fiancé's strange presentation at Hollywood Film Awards in November, where he appeared to slur his words and used expletives on live TV, sparking speculation he was drunk.
A source said previously: "There's not rush to marry at the moment. Johnny is crazy in love with Amber, but there is turmoil in the relationship. She is not really ready to settle down. Amber flirts and has many different kinds of relationships."
Meanwhile, the 'Lone Ranger' star, 51, was previously in a long-term relationship with Vanessa Paradis, with whom he has two children, daughter Lily-Rose, 15, and son Jack, 12.

Usher has reportedly got engaged.
The 36-year-old singer has sparked speculation he's popped the question to his girlfriend-turned-manager Grace Miguel after the brunette beauty was spotted wearing an engagement band on her ring finger during a date with the hunk in Miami, Florida, over Christmas period last month, according to LoveBScott.com.
The news comes as no surprise to fans as the star, who has been dating Grace since 2009, gushed about his beau during a recent interview and praised her for helping him get through tough times.
He told Billboard magazine: "I have an incredible partner and manager. She has helped me through some of the hardest times in my life and my career.
"She's someone who's been able to support and understand all of who I am. Not just as a dancer or as a performer or as a singer, but as a humanitarian and a business man and as a person."
Meanwhile, this won't be the first time Usher has walked down the aisle as he tied the knot with Tameka Foster - his former personal stylist - in a civil ceremony in Atlanta in August 2007.
However, the former couple - who have sons Usher 'Cinco', seven, and Naviyd, six - separated just two years later when Usher filed for divorce in 2009.

Nicole Scherzinger tucks into comfort food when she's cold.
The former Pussycat Dolls singer, 36, admits her healthy eating routine has been hard to follow since she relocated to the UK because the miserable weather encourages her to eat curries.
Speaking to Cosmopolitan Body magazine, she said: "I'm working with Sir Trevor Nunn, who used to be artistic director of the Royal Shakespeare Company, so I want to give it my all. But when I finish work it can be really hard to eat healthily. When it's cold you just want to eat a melted-cheese panini and soup. I'm going to turn into a cup of tea and a curry by the time I leave London!"
Despite missing the warmer temperatures the US has to offer, the brunette beauty - who is dating Formula One racing driver Lewis Hamilton, 29 - prefers living in London because it "inspires" her.
She explained: "I eat differently in the UK from when I'm in LA. Over there, I'm happy eating a kale salad and sushi rolls but with this weather I've been eating a lot of curry.
"I do miss the sun in LA, but London inspires me in a different way. It's like being in a movie."

Angelina Jolie found her chickenpox outbreak "absurd."
The 39-year-old actress was forced to miss the premiere of her new film 'Unbroken' last month after she was struck down with the contagious illness and she admits the experience was bizarre.
Speaking on the 'Today' show this morning (02.01.15), Angelina told Al Roker about coming down with the itchy disease: "It was so absurd. What was even stranger, during the day before, I was doing interviews and I was like, 'what is happening?!' "
However, the 'Maleficent' was able to rest at home while her husband Brad Pitt, whom she married in August last year, and three of their six children Maddox, 13, Pax, 11, and Shiloh, eight, took the brunette beauty's place at the premiere.
She said of her children: "It was really fun that my kids took the mantle. They took it very seriously when I said, 'You've got to represent mum. You gotta do this for me. You gotta do this for Louie [Zamperini, who passed away aged 97 last year]."
Shiloh even took a special piece of the Olympic champion's wardrobe with her to the premiere.
Angelina added: "She had Louie's shoe on that he won in 1940."

Alec Baldwin's wife is expecting a baby boy.
Hilaria Baldwin took to her Instagram account today (02.01.15) to hint at the sex of the couple's unborn child and to promise that she'll document every part of her pregnancy.
Alongside a photograph of four pairs of shoes - belonging to herself, Alec, their 16-month-old daughter Carmen and their upcoming new arrival - she wrote: "So we have an announcement to make to make... can you guess?? Now, with this little baby growing inside of me, I will document for you how I am going to take care of myself while pregnant and beyond. There will be great tips if you are expecting of if you just want to learn really good exercises and nutrition tips... here we go again!!! (sic)."
The yoga fanatic announced her pregnancy yesterday (01.01.15) by posting a picture of Alec, 56, holding Carmen who is seen touching her mother's baby bump on a beach in front of a sunset.
The brunette beauty added the caption: "The sun has set on 2014 and on my year of daily#hilariaypd ....2015 is going to be very exciting as we are thrilled to announce we are expecting another little addition to our family! (tadasana)#yogapostureoftheday (sic)"
Meanwhile, the news will come as little surprise to fans of the couple - who married in June 2012 - as Alec recently admitted his 30-year-old wife is keen to have another baby in the near future.
