Jeremy Renner ‘devastated’ over divorce

Jeremy Renner is "devastated" over his wife's decision to file for divorce.
Sonni Pacheco decided to ask for a legal separation from the 43-year-old actor - with whom she has 21-month-old daughter Ava Berlin - after 10 months of marriage.
The couple's relationship reportedly started to crumble shortly after their secret nuptials but 'The Avengers' star was desperate to make things work for the sake of their child.
A source close to the 'American Hustle' star said the duo began sleeping separately some time ago, adding to Us Weekly magazine: "It wasn't traditional, but he was hopeful they could make it work for Ava. He's devastated."
Sonni is seeking physical custody of their daughter and also asked Jeremy to return her stolen passport, birth certificate and social security card in her court documents.
Renner is reportedly worried she will flee to her native Canada with Ava but the insider said the 23-year-old beauty "just wants independence".
News of their split came just four months after the 'American Hustle' star revealed he and Sonni had got married in secret.
In September, he said: "I have tried to protect my family's privacy, my wife's privacy. I don't need her to get hammered with my life.
"Privacy issues are important because I want her to go about her day without being bothered. Paps follow me around ... that's fine. But I don't like being followed when I'm with my family."

Famke Janssen hits back at Russell Crowe

Famke Janssen has hit back at Russell Crowe for claiming there are plenty of film roles for older women.
The 50-year-old actress has spoken out following the 'Noah' star's controversial comments to insist that there are still too few movies in which women take on the lead role.
Speaking about Russell's view that actresses who complain about a lack of roles are ones who are still trying to play 21 year olds instead of acting their age, Famke said: "That's interesting. I don't remember him being female.
"When you compare it to the 1920s and 30s it's a shame what's happened since then. That was the golden age for women in film. They were allowed to be smart, funny, quirky, dramatic, whatever, you name it ... that's clearly not the case anymore."
The 'Taken 3' star claims Hollywood has gone backwards by forcing female actresses into supporting roles rather than letting them be leading ladies.
Famke continued: "If you look per movie the number of male parts and female parts - and I know because I even directed one myself ['Bringing Up Bobby] and put a female [Mila Jovovich] in the lead. It's really rare [for women to take the lead]."
However, while she's unimpressed by the state of the film industry, the 'X-Men: The Last Stand' actress believes there are increasingly better roles for women in TV.
According to Us Magazine, she explained: "The good news is it's changing and it's changing largely because a lot of the shows ... are turning to women for female-driven storylines and plots. I think that's a really great departure from where we are."
Famke's comments come after 'Interstellar' actress Jessica Chastain also called Russell out on his views while Meryl Streep claimed she thought he'd been misunderstood.

Jackie Chan’s son handed jail time

Jackie Chan's son has been jailed for six months by a Beijing court on drug offences.
Jaycee Chan, 32, who was detained in August on suspicion of possessing cannabis and was charged in December with sheltering others to use drugs, was handed jail time after he pleaded guilty in Beijing's Dongcheng District Court.
Speaking in court last week, Jaycee - who faced a maximum sentence of three years - said of his arrest: "I just gave [the police] information and I confessed because I didn't know how to deal with the marijuana."
The singer-and-actor was arrested at the same time as his friend Kai Ko, who was released from police custody following a 14-day administrative detention for drug use.
Ko testified on camera that he had used drugs at Jaycee's home.
Speaking shortly after his son's arrest, 'Rush Hour' actor Jackie - who was named an official Narcotics Control Ambassador by Chinese police in 2009 - said he felt "angry, shocked and ashamed".
He blogged: "Regarding this issue with my son Jaycee, I feel very angry and very shocked. As a public figure, I'm very ashamed. As a father, I'm heartbroken
"Jaycee and I together express our deep apology to society and the public.
"I hope all young people will learn a lesson from Jaycee and stay far from the harm of drugs.
"I say to Jaycee that you have to accept the consequences when you do something wrong. As your father, I'm going to face the road together with you."

Justin Bieber’s Calvin Klein photos were ‘enlarged’

Justin Bieber's Calvin Klein photos were reportedly retouched to make his penis look bigger.
The 20-year-old singer - who has been unveiled as the face of the brand's latest underwear adverts alongside model Lara Stone - is also said to have had his biceps, back muscles and thighs enhanced by photo-editing experts.
What's more, a source connected to the shoot has claimed he behaved inappropriately on set, telling breatheheavy.com: "He was basically a douche. He hit on Lara several times and she had to stop him, basically calling him out on being just a child . . . Bieber specified he wanted to look taller and buff. Bigger bulge implied."
The claim comes shortly after Justin said his impressive-looking physique was all down to hard work.
The 'Boyfriend' hitmaker said: "I work out with my trainer, Patrick Nilsson, five days a week for about 45 minutes each. We do three days splits: back and triceps one day, chest and biceps on day two, shoulder and legs on day three, and abs every other day.
"I'm not on a special diet, but I do try to watch what I eat. I do eat unhealthy sometimes - I am a 20-year-old guy!"

James Corden isn’t sure he deserves OBE

James Corden isn't sure he deserves an OBE.
The 36-year-old star was honoured with an Excellent Order of the British Empire for his services to drama in Queen Elizabeth's New Year's Honours list and while he is "proud" to have been named as a recipient, he thinks there are plenty of others who would be far more worthy of such acclaim.
Speaking at the 'Into The Woods' premiere in central London, he told BANG Showbiz: "I haven't got my OBE yet. It's just been announced, I haven't got it. I'm genuinely honoured and proud.
"It's a strange thing when you're told you're going to get something like that. You're aware of how many people deserve it more than you do and you wonder whether you deserve it, and I don't know whether I do.
"But I'm honoured that someone somewhere thinks that I might."
James is already planning to take his mum and dad to the investiture ceremony at Buckingham Palace but he isn't expecting the queen to know who he is.
Speaking to Magic Radio's Jo Parkerson, he added: "I think the queen will probably ask me, 'Who are you?' ... I don't know! I've not given it any thought but I will take my parents. My mum's already fretting about what to wear."
The actor-and-comedian's latest role sees him appear in a star-studded cast in musical fantasy film 'Into the Woods' and he particularly enjoyed acting alongside Meryl Streep in the movie because the Hollywood actress made him feel "at ease" during filming.
He said: "She's so aware of how you feel when she walks into the room, that she really does everything she can to put you at ease.
"It makes her just the best person to work with. There are so many people in her position that could really start to abuse that position on a film set and she just couldn't be further away from that.
"I loved every single minute of working with her on this. It was something I'll never ever forget and will cherish forever."

Nick Jonas and Demi Lovato’s bowling trips

Nick Jonas and Demi Lovato go bowling together.
The former Disney stars are close friends and love hanging out but the 'Chains' singer - who is dating Olivia Culpo - admits he usually wins when they take part in their favourite activity.
He said: "We usually go bowling. I've got my own ball and shoes and everything so I'd say probably I'm the best bowler. I'm very serious about that.
"We genuinely love just hanging out and playing music. It's great just to have no agenda but to vibe out."
Despite forging a solo career away from his brothers and Jonas Brothers bandmates Joe and Kevin, Nick has stayed close to his siblings.
He said: "We try and see each other as much as we can. Kevin is in New Jersey with his wife and baby so I try to get out there and visit.
"Joe and I see each other quite a bit in LA. We're very close."
But Nick admits he initially found it "hard" working alone.
He added to heat magazine: "There are moments where I've had to adjust to it just being me. I wouldn't necessarily say that I get lonely but it is a big adjustment.
"Also, in press and things like that, it's all on me now, instead of being able to spread it out."

Jennifer Aniston: Justin Theroux was a gift from my dead ex

Jennifer Aniston thinks Justin Theroux was a gift from her dead ex.
The 'Horrible Bosses' actress - who is engaged to the 43-year-old actor - admitted that the man was "unappreciated" by her, before revealing that he "died years later of a brain tumour".
Speaking of the unnamed man, she shared to the New York Times newspaper: "He was my first love - five years we were together.
"He would have been the one. But I was 25, and I was stupid. He must have sent me Justin to make up for it all."
Meanwhile, the 45-year-old actress has revealed that the couple are having "big discussions" about marriage, with the 'Cake' actress admitting she would happily marry Justin if she could tie the knot "without all the buzzing and the noise".
When asked if the couple had already set a wedding date, she said: "There's a big discussion in our house right now: Do you just do it and say screw it? Or do you try desperately to get away with [a secret ceremony] where you don't have any fun because you're hiding in a cave somewhere?
"If we could do it without all the buzzing and the noise...It can be done. Where there's a will there's a way."

Harry Styles in ‘talks’ to star in movies

Harry Styles is in "talks" to star in a movie.
The One Direction singer has already met up with legendary film producer, Harvey Weinstein, to discuss appearing in a Hollywood blockbuster.
The 62-year-old film studio executive said: "There's no question he will enter the movie business. I get from him that he wants to. When you meet him, he's super-charismatic.
"He came to our Oscars party last year and then I went out to lunch with him. I've met him two or three times and he was very interested and charming. I think the guy is a movie star."
The 'Steal My Girl' hitmaker has already been offered a role by Harvey, who insists he's got the perfect part for the 20-year-old singer.
Harry, though, had to turn it down because of his world tour commitments with his bandmates: Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan and Zayn Malik.
Harvey shared to The Sun newspaper: "You know he's a dashing rogue - a fun-loving, spirited kind of actor that used to be in England all the time. Like David Niven or Douglas Fairbanks, he's got that vibe, he really does.
"And he doesn't even have to audition for me. We offered him a part and he couldn't do the movie because he had the tour. The amount of money their tour did is crazy, so he's got obligations."

Nicole Kidman’s daughters would ‘run’ from acting

Nicole Kidman's daughters won't be actresses.
Faith Margaret, 4, and Sunday Rose, 6 have no plans to follow in their mother's footsteps, according to the 'Paddington' star.
When asked if they would be joining the film industry when they're older, she said: "I think they would actually run the other way!
"[Acting] was just my desire and my motivation, and I don't see that in Sunday or Faith. They're like, 'Nope, we're not interested.'"
Nicole - who has the two young girls with her husband, Keith Urban - has revealed that Faith and Sunday have their own careers mapped out already.
She explained: "Sunday wants to be a vet right now and a party planner. Then she says she wants to be a stay-at-home mom and have eight children. I think that's her way of saying to me, 'Stay at home!'"
The 47-year-old actress - who also has Isabella, 22 and Connor, 19 from her previous marriage to Tom Cruise - has revealed that she nearly became the stay-at-home mother Sunday hinted at.
She shared: "At one point, I was going to stop working. It was when I was pregnant with Sunday, and I just went, 'I'm done.'
"I don't want to be in that place of pain where I'm missing things."
However, it was her own mother, Janelle, who convinced her to carry on acting as well.
She told People magazine: "My mum, who gave up her job and raised us, said, 'You should still do something creative. You should still keep a finger in the pot. I just feel that's your destiny. You shouldn't give that up completely.' I was like, 'You're right, Mum.'"
