Melissa Rivers will pay tribute to her late mother, Joan Rivers, on a TV special later today (03.09.15).
The new 'Fashion Police' co-host, who was devastated when the comedienne died last September due to complications after undergoing routine throat surgery, will present a one-off show, 'Celebrating Joan,' on E! ahead of the first anniversary of her death on Friday (04.09.15).
The show will feature clips of the 81-year-old star's best bits from her time on the tongue-in-cheek fashion series, including bloopers and behind-the-scenes footage.
Melissa recently revealed she scattered Joan's ashes while on holiday in Wyoming with her son, Cooper, last month.
She said: "Coop and I took our annual family vacation to Wyoming. [The] first without my mom and scattered some of her ashes there so we can still be together every August as a family."
But she insisted they had nothing big planned to mark her anniversary.
She said: "Everyone expects me to have this big grand plan for the 4th and I am just going to be spending it with my son. He is going to go to school, I am going to go to work and come home and light a candle, and have a glass of wine."

The 'Smoke Break' hitmaker's husband Mike Fisher was forced to break a window to free their six-month-old son Isaiah Michael from their vehicle in July after their dogs accidentally locked it from the inside.
Asked about the incident, the 32-year-old star said: "It was such a random thing, we were at the airport.
"My husband and I both got out at the same time, and both shut the door at the same time, and immediately one of our dogs -- I still don't know what one it was -- jumped up on the control panel on the door. After failing to open the doors without force, Mike "ended up having to break the window."

Sofia Vergara has designed a new fragrance called Love for her upcoming wedding.
The 'Modern Family' actress, who is set to marry 'Magic Mike' star Joe Manganiello in Miami, Florida in November, says she is planning to wear the scent, which will be launched in October, when she walks down the aisle because it feels "meaningful and real" to her.
Asked why she decided to create a second perfume following the success of her self-titled debut, the 'Hot Pursuit' star said: "I'm getting married in November, and it's a very important time in my life."
But the Colombian beauty, 43, used to prefer wearing men's aftershave.
She told Women's Wear Daily: "In Colombia, we put cologne on babies. We're very into that, and grow up with perfumes and colognes being part of your daily routine. For a long time, I started liking men's colognes and perfumes -- I thought they were more interesting."
