Kate Middleton drinking ‘green juice’ for daily ‘boost’

The Duchess of Cambridge is drinking "green juice" for an "extra boost" in the mornings.
The 33-year-old mother-of-two is currently looking after her 22-month-old son Prince George and three-weeks-old daughter Princess Charlotte at Anmer Hall, while Prince William is out working. However, her sister Pippa Middleton is looking after her, getting her juices delivered, as a "surprise".
A family source said: "Pippa arranged to have fresh juices delivered to Kate every three days. It was a surprise treat. Kate used to blend her own juices and this is much easier. She just enjoys green juice in the morning. It's Kate's go-to for an extra boost."
The Duke of Cambridge is also a convert to healthy juices thanks to his 31-year-old sister-in-law, who is studying to be a nutritionist with an eye toward writing a book on healthy eating.
The source told Us Weekly: "Pippa was the one who got them into juicing. They all love it!"
As part of her health kick, Kate has been visiting Back to the Garden, an organic farm shop near the tiny Norfolk village of Anmer, on a regular basis, and is never hassled by the public for selfies.
The source added: "(Kate) is buying fresh local produce. All organic. People give her space. No one is rushing over to ask for selfies."

Princess Beatrice on holiday in the Bahamas with her boyfriend

Princess Beatrice is in the Caribbean on her 15th holiday in less than seven months.
The 26-year-old daughter of Prince Andrew has been spotted soaking up the sun in Great Guana Cay - part of the Bahamas - with her boyfriend Dave Clark. The tiny exclusive island, which is home to 150 people, is famous for its five-and-a-half mile stretch of white sandy beach and coral reefs.
Beatrice has enjoyed a string of holidays since giving up her £20,000-a-year internship at Sony last year, following cyber attacks, and began her travels with a trip to the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
She has also been on three skiing holidays on top of multiple hot weather breaks and repeat trips to New York where she visited her sister Princess Eugenie.
The princess has still found time to carry out a number of official engagements, however, including one that saw her visit the Maple Hayes School of Dyslexia in Staffordshire last month to open a new classroom, and is also thought to have further visits lined up in the near future.
According to the MailOnline, Beatrice could soon be settling down in New York in order to take on a new job, thought to be in finance, so this trip to the Caribbean may be her last holiday of the year.

Princess Leonor of Spain has First Holy Communion

Princess Leonor of Spain had her First Holy Communion yesterday (20.05.15).
The nine-year-old heir presumptive to the Spanish throne was accompanied by her parents King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia of Spain, as well as her younger sister Princess Sofía, as she arrived at the Asunción de Nuestra Señora church in Aravaca.
The young princess was dressed smartly in her navy and grey school uniform, wore a rosary around her neck, and had her blonde hair swept back into two side plaits, while her eight-year-old sister Sofía wore a white dress with a big blue bow, and a headband to match.
The girls' mother Queen Letizia wore a pale green dress and a white guipure lace coat, as well as some quirky transparent peep-toe heels.
As the family arrived, along with Letizia's relatives and Felipe's parents, Juan Carlos I and his wife Sofia, Princess Leonor politely turned to photographers and gave them a big smile and a wave and giggled with her sister Princess Sofia.
When Juan Carlos I abdicated the throne in favour of his son in June 2014, his granddaughter Leonor became the youngest heir presumptive in Europe, and, once she actually takes the throne, she will be Spain's first queen since Isabella II, who reigned from 1833 to 1868.

Princess Charlotte has been giving Prince William ‘sleepless nights’

Prince William has been getting "sleepless nights" thanks to Princess Charlotte.
During his visit to meet the England Women's football team yesterday (20.05.15) at St George's Park in Staffordshire, in his role as president of the Football Association, the Duke of Cambridge was presented with a miniature football shirt for his newborn daughter, and revealed that she'd been "keeping him up all night."
The England Lionesses captain Steph Houghton told Us Weekly: "He said George is very lively, and Princess Charlotte has been keeping him up all night, giving him a few sleepless nights. But he said he was just happy to have them both here."
The football captain also went on to reveal that the Duke of Cambridge is "really enjoying" being a father to one-year-old Prince George, as well as Princess Charlotte.
Speaking to People magazine, Steph said: "All the girls were asking how Princess Charlotte is and Prince George and whether they keep him up all night. . . . He was saying he's obviously really enjoying being a father and Princess Charlotte is actually keeping him up--and probably why his eyes are looking a little bit tired."
William isn't going to be able to rest today (21.05.15) though, as he is due to appear at a gala to mark the 25th anniversary of the Tusk Trust, a charity that he has been the Royal Patron of since 2005.
The Prince is expected to make a short speech in front of the 300 guests, including Katherine Jenkins.

Duchess of Cornwall ‘thrilled’ to be in Ireland

The Duchess of Cornwall tried a "deceptively strong" cocktail named in her own honour while visiting Ireland.
The 67-year-old wife of Prince Charles was in Galway for the launch of the Taste of the Wild Atlantic Way Food Festival, and warned that the cocktail - created by mixologist Aileen Cunningham - was "deceptively strong", as it was made up of Irish Dingle Gin, elderflower liqueur, Mumm Champagne and Irish spring water infused with rosemary and orange.
Camilla said: "Slainte. That packs a bit of a punch! You'll need to sip it slowly as it is deceptively strong. Delicious though!"
The visit was her second of the day and came after she visited Claddagh National School to meet students taking part in a literacy support programme.
The Duchess greeted locals with the Gaelic phrase "dia daoibh" which translates as 'God be with you', and told the school she was "thrilled" to be in Ireland - one of her "favourite places in the world" - and was given a bouquet by Charlotte Elizabeth Curran who was celebrating her ninth birthday.
The King of the Claddagh Michael Lynskey said he was "proud as punch" to have her visiting their fishing community.
The 84-year-old Irishman said: "I'm all over the wall, proud as punch. It's a tremendous honour for the school
"We are proud community here and honoured to host the Duchess. Any school in Ireland would have love to have her here, so the fact that she has come to Galway is tremendous."

After meeting Prince William, Brinsley said: "I've just got a new bass player - you might know him as the Duke of Cambridge. He said 'I'm a bit good on the bass guitar' so I'm thinking of signing him up, but he's got such a lot of other duties I don't know whether he'll have time to do it."
William, who spent yesterday at a wildlife conference in Switzerland, isn't the only member of the Royal Family to boast a talent for music, as his father Prince Charles is famously good at playing the cello, while his cousin Princess Beatrice has been known to try her hand at the piano.
Brinsley, who began his career as a child actor, also spoke to the Duke about his new daughter Princess Charlotte and revealed that he too is about to become a grandfather.
Speaking to People magazine, the 'Shine' hitmaker said: "I congratulated him on the birth of Charlotte and said my son is waiting for the birth of his child so I'm about to be a grandfather."
