Britain’s Prince Harry is the ideal travel companion.
The 30-year old royal has topped a pole that asked 1000 Australian participants which public figure they would most like to go away with on holiday.
And so the people have spoken.
The flame-haired prince is the people’s favourite travel chum and beat his sister-in-law Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, who came in at second place.
Actress and UN ambassador Angelina Jolie and her husband Brad Pitt, ‘The Hunger Games’ star Jennifer Lawrence, singers Taylor Swift and Katy Perry and another familiar red-head, Ed Sheeran, all nabbed a top ten spot.
The research – commissioned by HotelClub.com – is more proof that Harry’s popularity reaches the four corners of the world.
However the Prince – who left the Army in June after 10 years’ service – has little time for a holiday because he is currently working on conservation projects in southern Africa.
He’s due to return to the UK in mid-September take part in a charity walk across Britain with war veterans but will jet off soon after for official visits to Washington DC, South Africa and Lesotho.
