Amy Adams has been hitting the gym for 'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice'.
The 'Man of Steel' actress has been working out regularly to ensure she is in excellent shape when appearing opposite Hollywood hunks Henry Cavill and Ben Affleck - who play Superman and Batman respectively - and actress Gal Gadot, who is playing superheroine Wonder Woman, in the movie.
Speaking to 'Access Hollywood', Amy - who plays intrepid reporter Lois Lane in the new Superman franchise - said: "Everyone here, they are all in such good shape. I started working out the last time I played Lois and I haven't stopped working out since. I love it!"
But Amy insists she isn't going to go on an intense gym programme like her co-stars any time soon.
She explained: "I'm not crazy. I don't have any crazy fitness routines but I do love to work out. It increases the serotonin so I find I'm a happier person when I work out, more patient, for sure."
The Oscar-nominated actress also shrugged off a potential love triangle between Lois, Superman and Wonder Woman in the upcoming superhero adventure which is filming now.
She said: "Am I interested in a love triangle? I don't know ... I hope that I can be involved with a woman on screen when we're not in a love triangle. That would be fun."
Instead Adams is hoping to inject a bit of girl power into the latest DC Comics film by having Lois and Wonder Woman unite.
She enthused: "Maybe we team up together and we work as teammates instead of adversaries?"

Zayn Malik has sparked speculation that he secretly wed Perrie Edwards.
The 'One Direction' star and the 'Little Mix' singer - who have been dating since 2011 and confirmed their engagement in August last year - are rumoured to have tied the knot after Zayn, 21, posted a photo of himself wearing a wedding band on his ring finger on his Instagram account yesterday(15.07.14).
The singer - who appears topless in the photo - posted the black and white shot along with the caption: "Blah [sic]".
The rumours have followed Zayn's decision to make his profile on the picture sharing site public sending the band's fans - known as Directioners - into a frenzy over of his current marital status.
In a previously unseen shot from February, the singer's hand also appears to have a wedding bang amongst other statement rings on his fingers, suggesting that the secret nuptials may have happened months ago.
The photo is simply captioned: "Rings 🙂 x [sic]"
Zayn - who altered the privacy settings on his Instagram account yesterday (15.07.14) - was soon trending worldwide on Twitter with the hashtag "#THANKSZAYNFORMAKINGYOURIGPUBLIC".
Meanwhile, Perrie - who celebrated her 21st birthday earlier this week - has only added fuel to the rumours after posting a shot of herself performing in Hyde Park over the weekend with a silver band on her own ring finger.
The pretty blonde recently admitted that she felt ready to tie the knot with the 'Kiss You' hitmaker.
She said: "We're young, but I think when you know, you know.
"We've been together for a while now, so it is nice."

Hollywood prankster Vitalii Sediuk has apologised to his celebrity victims.
The 25-year-old former journalist - who scaled a barrier at the 'Maleficent' premiere to confront Brad Pitt and has previously accosted stars including Bradley Cooper, Leonardo DiCaprio and Will Smith at red carpet events - insists he has changed his ways and now plans to leave Los Angeles for good to launch a modelling career in London.
He told the Hollywood Reporter: "Basically, I'm changing my life. I would like to thank Hollywood for having me this two years and a half. It was an experience that taught me a lot in life. Most importantly, I would like to say sorry for celebrities that had to deal with my stunts and thank them for being tolerant to me all this time."
However, the Ukranian prankster insisted his controversial antics - including attempting to put his head up America Ferreira's dress - have often been misunderstood and were always meant in good fun.
He added: "The motivation behind all my pranks was always positive even when some of them went wrong and were not understood by the public.
"I came to the decision to move overseas, but there's some part of me that will stay in this city. I know you will not miss me."
After his encounter with Brad in May, Sediuk was sentenced to 20 days of community service and ordered him to stay 500 yards away from all award shows, entertainment events and red carpets.
Additionally, Brad and his fiancee Angelina Jolie also took out a restraining order against him.

The 'Rocky' musical is to close after just five months on Broadway.
The stage show - which is based on the 1976 boxing movie which starred Sylvester Stallone - will play its final performance at New York's Winter Garden Theatre on August 17, after 28 previews and 188 regular performances.
According to reports, the musical - which has had mixed reviews - managed to break the $1 million mark just once since opening in March and in recent weeks has been drawing in just half of its $1,263,688 potential.
Stallone previously expressed his delight that 'Rocky' - which he wrote - had been turned into a musical.
He said: "This is really surreal.
"It is one thing with the movie. We got lucky with that and we got lucky six times, but 15 years later, a Broadway show.
"It was one of those things where I got lucky it just happen to hit a nerve, and the character lived well beyond me."
The action hero admitted his version of boxer Rocky in the film is different to Andy Karl's "romantic" version on stage.
He explained: "My Rocky was more guttural, Andy's is a little more aware of his surroundings. He has a romantic quality, I think."

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West requested a "DVD collection" and the "biggest" TV possible on their honeymoon.
The couple - who married in Florence, Italy in May - enjoyed a brief break to Cork, Limerick and Laois in Ireland, after their nuptials and though they were spotted out and about on a number of occasions, it seems as if they were planning to spend most of their time indoors.
A leaked email from Patricia L. Blanche, owner of LCF Custom Travel & Tours, to Siobhan Byrne Learat of Adams & Butler Luxury Travel has been obtained by RadarOnline.com and reads: "From what we're hearing, it would appear they're going to spend plenty of downtime at the Castle, and are looking forward to watching movies and just spending alone time together. I know you've already brought in a large TV (get the biggest one you can) and they have requested a DVD collection be brought in.

Britain's Prince William will today (16.07.14) launch a World War One parks scheme in Coventry.
The 32-year-old royal is scheduled to visit Coventry's War Memorial Park in the West Midlands of England to award it the special status to commemorate the 100th anniversary of World War One.
The park is to be one of 500 green spaces dedicated as a Centenary Field and its change in status will be confirmed in a ceremony performed by the Duke of Cambridge today (16.07.14).
The scheme, run by Fields in Trust, is designed to protect parks and other areas for future generations and land owners are also being encouraged to donate land for public use.
Prince William, 32, will lay a wreath in Coventry's War Memorial Park before unveiling a plaque and he is also expected to watch local children as they take part in sporting events and plant poppies.
Fields in Trust said the project - which is to run until 2018 - would "honour the memory of those who gave so much in World War one by securing recreational spaces in perpetuity".

Zara Phillips' husband has retired from rugby.
The 33-year-old royal - who is the daughter of Princess Anne - is married to former England rugby star Mike Tindall, who yesterday (15.07.14) announced his retirement from the sport.
Taking to Twitter, he wrote: "After 17 years it's time to retire from rugby. I have been lucky enough to play with/against some great players, two greats clubs and had some amazing times.
"Thank you to everyone who has supported me through my career."
The 35-year-old sportsman will now have more free time to spend with his and Zara's six-month-old daughter Mia Grace at their home in Gatcombe Park in Gloucestershire, South West England.
Mike played for the English national rugby team 75 times during his career and represented Bath and Gloucester at club level, making his final appearance for the latter in May when he marked the occasion by bringing his daughter onto the pitch at the end of the match.
Meanwhile, Zara Phillips - who won a silver medal at the 2012 Olympic Games in London as part of Great Britain's equestrian team - continues to train and hopes to compete in the upcoming 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Britain's Duchess of Cornwall officially opened Exeter Library yesterday (15.07.14).
The 66-year-old royal - who is currently on an official tour of the South West region of England with her husband Prince Charles - visited the library to announce its official opening.
The patron of the National Literacy Trust was caught by a surprise flashmob as she entered the library and was serenaded by the Bill Withers son 'Lovely Day'.
Duchess Camilla spoke to children, students and older people during her visit to the library, which reopened in May after a £4million refurbishment, which took 18 months to complete.
The building now has a foyer, a café, a larger children's section and thousands of new books and has also been modernised to include a digital workshop.
The library is in the centre of Exeter's cultural quarter and sits alongside the city museum, Phoenix Arts Centre and Exeter Castle.
The Duchess is also patron of the BookTrust and First Story - which help to promote literacy in young people - and as she is keen to promote the benefits of reading she's undertaken a number of engagements on this theme in the past.
While Camilla visited the library, her husband, the Duke of Cornwall toured the Royal William Yard and attended a reception to mark the 100th anniversary of the city of Plymouth.

Jon Favreau's 'Jungle Book' has found its Mowgli.
The 47-year-old actor-director has chosen 10-year-old Neel Sethi to take on the role of Mowgli in his upcoming live-action and animation reboot of the Disney classic.
In a statement, Favreau said: "Casting is the most important element of any film and finding the right kid to play Mowgli is imperative.
"Neel has tremendous talent and charisma. There is a lot riding on his little shoulders and I'm confident he can handle it."
The 'Chef' star held auditions for thousands of hopefuls from New York to New Zealand, London to Canada and India.
'Jungle Book' will mark Sethi's first big-screen appearance and he will be seen taking on the role of the orphan boy who is raised in the jungle with the help of a pack of wolves, a bear named Baloo and a black panther named Bagheera.
He joins an already star-studded cast as Idris Elba will voice the lion Shere Khan while Ben Kingsley is set to provide vocals for Bagheera.
Scarlett Johansson and Lupita Nyong'o are also in talks to voice the characters Kaa and mother wolf Rakcha respectively.
Casting director Sarah Finn added: "Neel embodies the heart, humour and daring of the character ... Even though he has no professional acting experience, his natural charisma and instincts jumped out at us."
'Jungle Book' is slated for release on October 9 2015.

Fiona Wade was the target of racist bullies at school.
The 'Emmerdale' actress - who is half-English and half-Filipino - has revealed her torment at the hands of mean-spirited youngsters when she was growing up.
She told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "When you are a little different at school it singles you out. I was into my singing, dancing and acting and so I stood out. People would call me names and I was a different race so I got picked on for that.
"It was always by the other kids. I didn't get any racist abuse from adults, thank goodness."
The soap actress found fame at a young age on children's programme 'Grange Hill', which led to even more cruel jibes.
Fiona said: "I didn't enjoy school that much. It wasn't easy. I would get picked up by these lovely cars to take me to filming and that didn't bode very well with the others. Pupils would go, 'What do you think you're doing?' "
However, Fiona was determined not to let the bullies get the best of her and remains proud of the way she dealt with the situation.
She reflected: "It was nothing I couldn't handle. When I look back now, I survived it so it is all OK. People are always going to pick on you if you are a bit different. But different is good, people should never worry about that."

Tess Daly wants to launch a hosting career in the United States.
The 'Strictly Come Dancing' presenter admits she would love to move to America if she was offered a TV job, but doesn't want to uproot her daughters - Phoebe, nine, and Amber, five - as they are still in school.
Tess, 45, told Woman magazine: "I'd love to live in the States for a couple of months a year, just because it feels like you're on holiday the whole time. I love that sunshiney, everything-is-possible vibe.
"But it's not really practical to take the kids out of school here and schlep over there to do the rounds.
"If I was offered a show on a plate, that would be very tempting.
"But, right now, the focus is on the kids."
Tess' husband, fellow TV presenter Vernon Kay, has already had a taste of the US spotlight as he hosted short-lived reality competition 'Skating with the Stars' - an American version of 'Dancing on Ice' - in 2010.
Fellow children's presenter-turned-primetime hostess Cat Deeley, meanwhile, has enjoyed success across the pond as host of 'So You Think You Can Dance'.
Cat, 37, recently earned her third Emmy Award nomination for the show.

James 'Arg' Argent and Lydia Bright reportedly spent the night together.
'The Only Way is Essex' stars have been seen rekindling their friendship on the latest series of the ITV2 reality show and while Lydia, 24, previously insisted she won't get back together with her ex, the pair are said to be romantically involved.
A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "Lyds was really adamant she didn't want to get back with Arg, but while they've been spending time together all their old feelings have come back.
"They're not officially an item again just yet, but Arg has been working hard to woo her and it's paying off."
Lydia and Arg, 26, called it quits after four years together in 2012 when Arg admitted he had cheated on her and the budding fashion designer - who recently returned to 'TOWIE' - is torn between her head and heart.
The insider explained: "Lydia still wants to be sure before they make any long-term commitments. She has reservations about their relationship, as do some of her friends and family. She doesn't want to look like a mug by taking him back after he admitted cheating on her.
"But she has realised she still has feelings for him, and since spending the night together she says she knows they are more than just friends."
