The 30-year-old party-planner and aunt of the royal heir has described the 11-month-old Prince as "characterful and very funny."
In the second of a two-part interview with 'Today' host Matt Lauer - which aired on Tuesday(02.07.14) - the stunning brunette opened up about her relationship with her baby nephew and admitted he has brought a lot of fun for the whole family.
She said: "He's amazing, a very dear boy. He's brought a lot of pleasure and fun for all of us, the whole family."
The pretty brunette also revealed that her relationship with her sister, Duchess Catherine of Cambridge, hasn't really changed since the 32-year-old became a member of the royal household and the pair have remained very close.
She said: "We do we have a very normal, sisterly relationship. We're very close. And, you know, we support each other and get each other's opinions and things.
"I mean, obviously she has pressures that she's taken on and things. But we spend a lot of time together. We still do a lot together as a family."
Pippa - who hit the headlines worldwide for her pert derriere when she acted as bridesmaid during her sister's wedding to Prince William in April 2011 - also believes it is their close familial bond which has kept them grounded.
She explained: "I think that's really the heart for all of us is having a really close family that we can sort of be normal with each other, treat each other normally. And that's sort of kept us all, you know, affixed to the ground."

Helen Flanagan is trying to get pregnant.
The former 'Coronation Street' star has revealed she and her footballer boyfriend Scott Sinclair are actively trying to conceive and has stopped taking her acne medication to increase the couple's chances.
She told Closer magazine: "I've been on some really strong acne medication but I've just come off it because I'm ready to start trying for a baby with Scott.
"I've always wanted to be a young mum and I now feel ready. It's something I've wanted for ages and Scott's going to be a great dad.
"I just hope it doesn't take me too long. And I'm not bothered about getting married beforehand."
The 23-year-old actress gushed over her 25-year-old boyfriend with whom she has set up a home in the south-west of England ready for their first child's arrival.
She said: "We've set up home in Bath together. I feel like I've finally got time on my hands to invest in our relationship. Scott is the perfect boyfriend. I finally feel settled and it's been really fun nesting with him."
Meanwhile, Helen - who also starred on the ITV reality series 'I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here' in 2012 - has reportedly turned down the chance to compete in the next series of Channel 5's 'Celebrity Big Brother' along with 'Gogglebox' star George Gilbey.
A source told The Sun: "The pressure is on for producers to match the last series of CBB but it's going to be tough.
"Producers hope George will be a cheeky chappie but are gutted Helen turned them down."

Karlie Kloss devotes entire room to beauty products

Karlie Kloss has a second bedroom just for beauty products.
The 21-year-old model has so many cosmetics she has been forced to give up an entire room in her New York City home just to house them.
Although the Victoria's Secret Angel insists she doesn't use them all.
She told the July edition of Elle magazine: "I have a whole second bedroom filled with products.. but I stick to the things that work.
"I like products that streamline my morning routine. "
The six-foot-one supermodel also tries to fit a work-out in to her daily routine but prefers exercising alone in her hotel room to hitting the gym.
She said: "Sometimes I get a better workout staying in my room and forcing myself to do half an hour or even 15 minutes versus going to the gym.
"Before I leave for work, I try to do something. It helps me feel better for the rest of the day."
Karlie - who has appeared on the cover of British Vogue and Harper's Bazaar - has previously said she sees herself "more as an athlete than just a model" and still hasn't decided on an official job title.
She explained to Into The Gloss: "I treat myself more as an athlete than just a model. I love to challenge myself physically and mentally.
"But I'm not a professional athlete, I'm not a professional dancer, I'm not a professional anything; I have never considered modelling an actual job title."

Julia Roberts blamed in sister’s suicide note

Julia Roberts' half-sister claimed the actress and her siblings "drove her" into depression.
Production assistant Nancy Motes died of an overdose in February and in her suicide note - which has been made public for the first time - she said her mother Betty, the 'Pretty Woman' star, actor Eric Roberts and actress Lisa Roberts Gillan deserved "nothing" because of the way they treated her.
The note, which has been obtained by MailOnline, begins by saying Nancy's fiance John Dilbeck can have "whatever he wants" of her possessions, including their dog Lucy.
It continued: "My mother and so-called 'siblings' get nothing except the memory that they are the ones that drove me into the deepest depression I've ever been in.
"I have suffered thru this disease all my life, however It has never been this bad.
"I burst into tears every morning b/c I woke up.(sic)"
The note was filed in court papers in relation to probate of Nancy's estate and has three specific sections, one addressed to John, another to her mother and Julia, and a third addressed to "everyone".
However, the section addressed to Betty and the 46-year-old actress has not been made public as it isn't in the court file and under Californian law, the Los Angeles County Coroner is only obliged to give the pages to the person to whom they are addressed.
John - who found Nancy's body - has added his note, which sees him praised as her "one true love" and begged for forgiveness by the 'Glee' assistant, who described herself as "nothing but a junky".
She wrote: "I know this will effect you the most and & I can't apologize enough.
'I was truly blessed & lucky to have you as my true love and best friend. I will carry you with me forever.... And I am so sorry."
Nancy had a rocky relationship with her famous sibling, and before her death lashed out at her on Twitter.
She wrote: "Just so you all know, America's Sweetheart is a b*****
"Do you want to be a fan of someone so cruel? She's not even that good of an actress. Happy you totally f***** me'.(sic)".

Sofía Vergara’s ex Nick Loeb trying to woo her back

Sofía Vergara's former fiance Nick Loeb is trying to woo her back.
The Colombian actress and the American businessman ended their engagement in May after two years but Nick isn't ready to let her go and reportedly travelled to New Orleans last weekend, where Sofia is currently shooting action-comedy 'Don't Mess With Texas' co-starring Reese Witherspoon, though his attempts were unsuccessful.
An insider told the New York Post's Page Six column: "Nick said he was going to New Orleans to win Sofía back...
"But they're not back together."
However, friends claim Nick, 38, is a reserve police officer for Louisiana who had to go on patrol and he spent time with Sofia's son Manolo, 22, and his cousin instead of her.
A source said: "He didn't see Sofía. He went to dinner with Manolo. They watched the Colombia [World Cup] match.
"Nick had no plans to see Sofía. The only plans he had were to hang out with Manolo and Manolo's cousin during his free time."
Sofia, 41, posted a cryptic message online after Nick's visit which read: "No one is coming to save you. This life of yours is 100 percent your responsibility."
Meanwhile, the brunette beauty also posted a number of sexy pictures online encouraging her country's team in the World Cup and no doubt showing Nick what he's missing.

Mick Jagger plans Rolling Stones museum

A Rolling Stones museum is set to open in London.
Frontman Sir Mick Jagger was so inspired by the interactive tribute to pop group ABBA in their home town of Stockholm, Sweden, that he plans to set up a similar venue for his own rock 'n' roll band in the English capital.
According to the Daily Star newspaper, ABBA singer Bjorn Ulvaeus said: "I had heard he wanted to build a similar thing in London. That is why he wanted to come here and look. He is planning a Rolling Stones museum.
"It was an inspirational visit. Mick has saved lots of clothes which they can display. He had thousands of questions. Mick took loads of photos."
As well as iconic tour costumes from their lengthy career, the Rolling Stones museum is likely to include instruments and special memorabilia courtesy of band members Mick, Keith Richards, Charlie Watts and Ronnie Wood.
Mick, 70, was driven to the Abba venue in a blacked-out Mercedes to keep his after-hours visit under wraps. He reportedly performed with a singing hologram as Bjorn took him around the museum.

Monty Python kick off final run of gigs

Monty Python had fans in hysterics as they kicked off their residency at London's The O2 arena last night (01.07.14).
The legendary comedy troupe - consisting of John Cleese, Michael Palin, Eric Idle, Terry Gilliam and Terry Jones - dusted off old sketches, including the Dead Parrot skit, to rapturous laughter from a star-studded audience that included Emma Thompson and David Walliams on the first night of their 'Monty Python Live (Mostly): One Down, Five To Go' shows.
The stars kicked off the show with a touching cartoon tribute to late sixth member Graham Chapman, who died at the age of 48 in 1989. The late funnyman continued to have a presence throughout the show, even performing the final number of the evening - 'Always Look on the Bright Side of Life' - with the five surviving members.
Speaking prior to the show, Eric explained that it was important to ensure Graham's spirit was felt during Monty Python's final shows.
He told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "Graham is on screen and even sings the last number. We want to make his presence noticeable in the show so he is not forgotten."
The gig featured a mix of live sketches - including the famed Nudge Nudge, Four Yorkshiremen and the Bruces - musical numbers and animation.
At one point, Michael stunned the crowd by stripping down to a skimpy pair of women's underwear.
The stars were joined onstage by Stephen Fry for a sketch titled Blackmail, while Stephen Hawking also made a surprise appearance in a video.
The septuagenarian comics will perform nine more gigs at The O2, with the last show on July 20 marking their final performance together as a group.

Chloe Sims: Elliott has restored faith in men

Chloe Sims says Elliott Wright has "restored my faith in men".
'The Only Way is Essex' beauty recently began dating the cousin of Mark and Jessica Wright and she has credited her new beau - who has two children with his ex-wife - with making her more open to love again after her coming out of a serious, seven-year romance.
She told Closer magazine: "I've always got on well with Elliott. And he's a hands-on dad, which I find really attractive. In Marbella recently, I was ill with bronchitis and Elliott stayed at my bedside when he could have gone out with the lads - he's been my saviour.
"Before him, I was so over men, but he's one in a million. He's restored my faith in men."
Chloe, 32, also thinks her 34-year-old boyfriend is more mature and romantic than some of the younger men on the 'TOWIE' cast.
She added: "He's a man and the true gentleman of the show. He treats women well and I love that. He's not like any of the other 'TOWIE' boys."

Michelle Keegan doesn’t like gym

Michelle Keegan can't be bothered to go to the gym.
The brunette beauty - who is preparing to tie the knot with her former 'The Only Way Is Essex' star fiancé Mark Wright - has confessed that while she likes to work out if she has plenty of spare time, she avoids it completely when she's busy with work.
She explained: "When I'm not busy I go to the gym about three times a week. But for the past two months I haven't had time.
"I wouldn't wake up and go to the gym if I had a full day of work, I just can't be bothered. I'm not that hardcore. I wish I was, but I'm not!"
The actress - whose 'Coronation Street' character Tina McIntyre was killed off earlier this year - also admitted that she usually eats what she wants and doesn't waste her time on unrealistic diets.
She told new! magazine: "I just eat everything in moderation. I never really diet because I think dieting never lasts. You can't live like that."
However, Michelle is planning to put a bit more effort into looking her best for her big day.
Quizzed on whether she wanted to change anything before the wedding, she added: "I hope to tone up a bit if I have time because it makes me feel better."

Union J tell Ella Henderson to put some clothes on

Union J are scared of Ella Henderson's new "sexy" image.
The four-piece boyband - who made it to the live finals of 'The X Factor' along with Ella in 2012 - were taken aback to see their "little sister" acting provocatively in her music video for her number one single 'Ghost'.
Jaymi, 24, told Digital Spy: "It does scare me. We remember Ella being 16 and our little sister, and she's in the music video looking sexy.
"I was like, 'Get it off, now! Put some clothes on!'"
Although the boyband - made up of Jaymi, Josh Cuthbert, JJ Hamblett and George Shelley - find Ella's seductive new look hard to accept they admitted they are thrilled for the 18-year-old after her debut track shot to the top of the charts.
Jaymi explained: "For someone who came sixth on The X Factor to be one of this year's biggest-selling artists is incredible. She's amazing. We're so proud.
"People always put two fingers up to X Factor and say it's s**t, but you can't argue with One Direction, Ella and people like that."
Jaymi also revealed he's asked Ella to perform at his upcoming wedding to his fiance Olly Marmon - although following on from the success of 'Ghost' he isn't sure she will have the time.
He said: "I did ask her. She was, but now she's going to be a global superstar I'm not sure if she'll fit it in. That would be a dream."

Katherine Heigl ‘stopped challenging’ herself

Katherine Heigl 'stopped challenging' herself in movies.
The 35-year-old actress - known for her roles in comedies such as 'Knocked Up' and '27 Dresses' - has admitted she began to feel worn down by parts in rom-coms after failing to push herself to take on a variety of roles.
She told the August issue of Marie Claire: "I had an amazing time [doing rom-coms]. I love romantic comedies. But maybe I hit it a little too hard. I couldn't say no.
"I stopped challenging myself. It became a bit by rote and, as a creative person, that can wear you down."
The 35-year-old actress - who is set to return to television in November this year in the NBC drama 'State Of Affairs' - also opened up about her decision to take time off from the industry
She explained: "That was part of why I took that time off, to ask myself, 'What do I want? What am I looking for?' and shut down all the noise.
"I had a moment where, I don't know, I was thinking, 'Maybe open a knitting store, get my money out of retirement accounts and live off that, live off the land.
"I had my moment where it all seemed so complicated and all I wanted to do was simplify."
