Miley Cyrus calls herself a ‘walking joke’

Miley Cyrus has called herself a "walking joke".
The 'We Can't Stop' songstress has referred to herself as "walking joke" after she admitted that if she wasn't a pop star she would like to be a comedian.
Talking on the Australian morning chat show, 'Sunrise' on Sunday (12.10.14) Miley said: "If I wasn't here I'd like to be doing some sort of stand up comedy, so I think that this is my way of doing that. I am the joke. Look at me! I'm a walking joke."
When asked if she thinks a lot about her unusual wardrobe she said: "I didn't really think about it because that just seems so disingenuine. I'm too honest, I'm too myself.
"I never really thought about it."
Miley then explained that she is different to a lot of pop stars because she's been involved in the business since she was a child.
The 21-year-old singer said: "I just kind of grew up in this world, so fame and money, I kind of know what they give you, which isn't a lot ... even though people think it's kind of everything.
"I just decided, about a year ago, that my whole life goal was just to be happy all the time."
Speaking about her notorious performance with Robin Thicke at the 2013 MTV Music Video Awards. She added: "All the hysteria afterwards wasn't planned."

Judi Dench dreads performing with schoolchildren

Dame Judi Dench dreads having to perform with schoolchildren.
The 79-year-old actress has enjoyed an incredibly successful career that's seen her star on TV, on the stage and in award-winning films.
Yet the 'Philomena' actress admits she still harbours fears over appearing alongside schoolchildren, explaining: "I have always had a terrible fear of a lot of schoolchildren together. I don't know why but I just have."
Speaking at the Cheltenham Literature Festival, Dame Judi explained that her sense of fear was particularly acute while filming the 2006 film 'Notes on a Scandal' with Cate Blanchett, though she insists she "had a wonderful time" shooting the movie.
Dame Judi explained to the Radio Times: "On my very first day playing this rather difficult part, I was confronted by a whole school of children. I was absolutely petrified."
However, Dame Judi concedes making the movie went some way towards helping her to overcome her irrational fear.
She added: "We used several of them in the film. They all turned out to be absolutely wonderful - completely committed and enthusiastic and interesting to talk to and interested in what we were doing.
"To some extent I got over my fear."

Nicole Scherzinger wept at Whitney meeting

Nicole Scherzinger cried when she met Whitney Houston - but her idol didn't even look at her.
The 'Poison' hitmaker was a huge fan of the 'I Will Always Love You' singer - who died in February 2012 - and despite a fairly disappointing meeting with the late star, Nicole insists it was still a "beautiful moment".
She said: "I met Whitney, briefly, the story's not that great. The Pussycat Dolls were singing for a Christian Dior show and Bobby [Brown] was like 'We gotta do something together'. Whitney was in the background going, 'Come on Bobby, we gotta go'.
"I was like, 'But I love you Whitney', and then I cried and she was gone. It was beautiful at that moment for me, I made it what it needed to be but I don't think she even looked at me.
"But then I love her, she's the reason why I sing."
The 36-year-old beauty also revealed her one big "regret" in life was turning down the chance to meet Michael Jackson because she was on vocal rest ahead of a big performance.
Speaking to Graham Norton on BBC Radio 2, she said: "Michael, that's the one regret, my friend will.i.am called me, we were opening the American Music Awards and he was like, 'Michael's here in the studio, he wants to meet you'.
"I could hear him in the background but I'm so darn strict about my vocals I was like, 'No, I've gotta rest my vocals for tomorrow, I'll meet him like next week or something' and I never went and that's my one regret."

Nick Lachey worries about daughter’s boyfriends

Nick Lachey hopes his unborn daughter never dates a member of a boy band.
The former 98 Degrees singer, who is expecting a baby girl with wife Vanessa is already worried about the tot's future boyfriends, as he thinks they will only be after one thing.
He said: "I'd be a hypocrite if I didn't let her date a boy bander, but I also know the mind-set of one.
"I would have a stern talk with this young man before he ever went out with my daughter!"
The couple, who already have son Camden, two, are looking forward to meeting their new baby early next year.
The 40-year-old star, who was previously married to Jessica Simpson, said: "There's nothing like the father-daughter bond. I'm looking forward to that."
Nick also said Vanessa is enjoying her second pregnancy.
He told In Touch Weekly magazine: "Vanessa is doing great."
The heartthrob previously admitted he is thrilled their next child is a girl.
He said: "I get the best of both worlds: I get a son and now I'm going to have the experience of a little daughter, which will be a completely different, mind-blowing moment for dad. On a personal side, things could not be in a better place and I could not be more excited. It's great."

Noel Gallagher hates album title

Noel Gallagher wishes his new album had a different title.
The 'Everybody's on the Run' singer has announced the release of 'Chasing Yesterday' in March 2015 and admits he struggled to come up with a name for the record as all his ideas were "f***ing s**t".
He said: "Effectively it doesn't really have a title, I couldn't really come up with a title for it and every time I did somebody would say to me that's f****ing s**t. I literally came up with it last week but it'll have to do for now, if I could change it I would change it."
And the former Oasis rocker admits he always hates coming up with album titles and would rather fans made their own names up for his records.
Speaking during a Q and A session streamed live on Facebook, he said: "If I could stick an album out with a plain white sticker on it and say "Call it what you want" I would."
Noel - who will release new single, 'In the Heat of the Moment' next month - admits working titles for the album paid tribute to Pink Floyd and The Smiths' classic albums 'Dark Side of the Moon' and 'Meat is Murder'.
Asked about the record's working titles, he said: "'Dark Side of The Room', 'Wheat is Murder'. Look a title is a title it's really about the tunes at the end of the day."
Meanwhile, the singer also admitted one track on the album, 'Lock All the Doors' has taken 23 years to complete.
He said: "I always meant to finish it off, I kept the chorus but I could never find a way of getting the verses and chorus to tie up. One day I was coming out of Tesco Metro in Maida Vale, where I live, and it just came to me. The song is from 1993 but the chorus was so f***ing brilliant I never forgot it."

Ariana Grande: Big Sean is ‘amazing’

Ariana Grande thinks Big Sean is an "amazing" man.
The 21-year-old singer has confirmed she's dating the rapper, 26 - whom she has been linked to since August - and has nothing but kind words to say about him.
Speaking in the upcoming issue of the Sunday Telegraph's Magazine, Ariana, who lost her grandfather in July, said of her new beau: "He is one of the most amazing men in the world, and that includes my grandfather and my brother.
"I think the world of him, and he's an amazing person. That's kind of all there is to it."
The pair sparked rumours they were dating after they were caught holding hands on a behind-the-scenes camera at the MTV Video Music Awards in August.
It seems their relationship is going from strength-to-strength and they even make sure they keep their romance alive when work commitments separate them.
A source said previously: "She's [Ariana is] having a great time [on tour] but she really misses him [Big Sean], it's hard because they're in love, so of course they don't want to be apart.
"They talk every night before she goes to bed, she doesn't even want to go out after dinner with everyone because she just wants to get back to her room and talk to him, she's got it bad."
News that Ariana and the hunk - whose real name is Sean Anderson - were dating came as a shock to fans as he'd only ended his five-month engagement to 'Glee' actress Naya Rivera in April this year.

Zoe Saldana expecting twin boys

Zoe Saldana is reportedly expecting twin boys.
The 'Guardians of the Galaxy' actress - who confirmed her pregnancy for the first time last month - is set to welcome two sons into the world with her husband Marco Perego in coming months.
A source told E! News: "It's twin boys and Zoe is thrilled! Zoe has always wanted a boy."
The 36-year-old star announced she is pregnant with twins earlier this month when she was quizzed about on her plans for Halloween.
Asked if she will be dressing up for the spooky celebration, which takes place on October 31, she rubbed her growing baby bump and said: "I might. I might need three costumes. I might have to make some adjustments, but it would be nice."
Zoe's admission came a few weeks after her friend and former 'Crossroads' co-star Britney Spears accidentally let slip that the brunette beauty is having twins.
Asked whether she would like to film a sequel to her 2002 movie with Zoe, Britney said: "Who knows? That's a very good idea. But she's pregnant with twins right now. So I'm sure she's got a huge future ahead of her."
Zoe married Marco in June last year in a secret ceremony in London following a few months of dating.

Sofia Vergara hasn’t ruled out cosmetic surgery

Sofia Vergara hasn't ruled out cosmetic surgery.
The 42-year-old actress isn't totally against going under the knife or using Botox to slow down the process of ageing, but she insists she'd rather do it naturally.
Speaking to InStyle magazine, she said: 'If it makes you happier and more confident, then why not?
"But I also think you need to do your research, so you know what to expect - that you'll look fresher but not necessarily younger.
"I don't want to age, but hey, what can you do? It's a natural process. I'm trying to do it gracefully."
Meanwhile, the 'Modern Family' star admits she's having to do more exercise now that she's over 40 because she's noticed her body doesn't burn off calorific treats as quickly as it did beforehand.
She said previously: "Everyone knows that I've never been into working out. I was always very happy with what I have. Then I hit 40 and I started seeing a softness everywhere on my body."
The brunette beauty struggles to keep her sweet tooth under control and is even considering hypnosis to help her curb her addiction to sugary snacks.
She explained: "I heard about someone in LA who got hypnotised so they wouldn't eat candy. I'm seriously looking into that because I'm obsessed [with candy]."

Josh Duhamel’s son can swim

Josh Duhamel's baby son has already learnt to swim.
The 41-year-old actor is overcome with emotion when he thinks about how fast 13-month-old Axl, with whom he has with his wife Fergie, is growing up.
Speaking to PEOPLE.com, he said: "He's already swimming around in the pool, and I was like, 'What the hell happened to my baby?' He's walking all over the place, talking. He's a toddler now!
"It happens quick. Next thing you know, they're going off to college. So that's one thing I've really taken to heart, trying to be there as much as I can."
However, the 'You're Not You' star admits that, although he's proud the little one is hitting milestones, Axl has already worked out how to test his patience.
Josh said previously: "They get to a certain age and they start to test you a little bit.
"He likes sticking his fingers in holes. So he'll stick his finger up my nose. I'll be like 'no you don't do that.' Then he'll stick it up his nose. And he thinks it's funny."
Meanwhile, despite being keen to be a hands-on dad, the hunky star prefers to let his wife, whom he married in 2009, lead the way when it comes to changing stinky nappies because she's now a "professional" at it.
He explained: "In the beginning it was me, but she has improved her diaper changing skills in the last year. It's very impressive. She's as good at it as I am now.
"I had two younger sisters, so I had a lot of practice growing up. She had never held a baby before we had our little guy. Now, she's a professional."

Neil Patrick Harris lost virginity at party

Neil Patrick Harris lost his virginity at a party.
The 41-year-old actor recalled the moment he was left feeling humiliated after he got physical beneath the sheets with a woman, for the first time, at a gathering.
Speaking on NPR show 'Fresh Air', he explained: "We were at a party and some girl was there from college with a friend and [she] told my group of friends that she wanted to have sex with me because I was on a TV show. And so my friends were like, 'This is the time! It's perfect! You have to have sex right now!' It seemed perfect at the time ... so it happened.
"So it was very warm and exciting and it was done very quickly. And then she was done -- she didn't want to date me or anything ... I was sort of shell-shocked by it all. .... I thought, 'OK. Where's my pants?' And then she was gone. It was very unceremonious."
The 'How I Met Your Mother' hunk came out as gay in 2006 and is now married to David Burtka, and he insists he has no regrets about revealing his sexuality.
He explained: "I knew that [coming out] would be an inevitability sometime. I was thankfully in a relationship with David and I was very much in love with him and it started to seem uncomfortable to not recognise him.
"It seemed more insulting to him to go to a movie premiere and then I get out of the car on one door, he gets out of the car on the other door, I go down the press line by myself. That just seemed disrespectful."

Cameron Diaz not ‘looking’ to get married

Cameron Diaz is not "looking" to get married.
The 42-year-old actress has sparked rumours she's engaged to boyfriend Benji Madden after being spotted wearing a diamond on her ring finger last month, but she insists she's not planning on settling down just yet.
Speaking in the new issue of Marie Claire magazine, she said: "I'm not looking for a husband or marriage or not not looking for that stuff. I'm living, not thinking what I should or shouldn't be doing with my life."
However, despite her decision on marriage, the 'Other Woman' star admits she hasn't totally ruled out starting a family with someone in the near future.
She explained: "We live in a society where everyone has kids, so they want other people to have kids.
"There is this culture that says celebrities are supposed to be just like us, so people think, 'I have children, why doesn't she?' But I'm not going to do something because it's expected. If a family happens, then it happens. If children come to me, then I would do that, but I'm not someone who feels like she has to do something because it's expected."
However, it seems the star may have had a change of heart since striking up a relationship with the rocker as she previously said she didn't want to be a mother.
She said earlier this year: "A baby, that's all day, every day for eighteen years.
"Not having a baby might really make things easier, but that doesn't make it an easy decision.
"I like protecting people, but I was never drawn to being a mother. I have it much easier than any of them."

Scott Disick to dress-up as Batman on Halloween

Scott Disick wants to dress-up as Batman on Halloween (31.10.14).
The 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' star, 31, is looking forward to the spooky event and has already planned his outfit for the festivities, but just needs to get his hands on the fictional superhero costume.
However, the reality TV hunk insists he and his long-term girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian, 35, who is pregnant with their third child, only dress-up for the for their son Mason, five, and daughter Penelope, two.
Although, the kids are yet to decide on their costume for the event, which involves pumpkin carving, trick-or-treating and apple bobbing, but Scott believes whatever they choose to wear will be "ridiculous."
Asked what Mason and Penelope are wearing for Halloween, Scott told PEOPLE.com: "Whatever they want. Whatever is exciting them. I'm sure they'll find something ridiculous."
Meanwhile, Scott and Kourtney are currently preparing for the arrival of their third child - believed to be a baby girl - in December and have been busy decorating the new nursery with the help of Mason in their $8.5 million home in Calabasas, California.
A source said previously: "Mason loves spending time in the nursery with his mum and is helping decorate. It's almost finished."
